Horrible, painful experience after receiving a pedicure. I was left with cuts around my toes and when I mentioned that she was being too abrasive, she seemed annoyed and did not offer any solution. Never going back... Yesturday i went in to get my nails done, i wanted all my nails designed so i asked how much would it be, she told me $45, i thought that was too much due to ive been to other places that do them cheaper, so i went ahead and told her id do pink instead. When she was in the process of doing my nails she filed my skin not my nail, i was surprised it didnt bleed. She acted like nothing happened, after, she told me that it would be faster if i got them done under the blue light and that she would charge me $45 and do 2 designs for free. I took my daughter and a friend here for my daughter's birthday. Both girls got pedicures and they loved it! Everyone there was incredible and provided a great experience. I'm not one to pay for pedicures/manicures, but I would go back here all the time if I did. My daughter is 8 years old and has tiny little toe nails. She requested a design and they were able to do it on every toe! I am terrible with names but the man who painted her nails was a little hesitant as he has never done a design on a child's nail. He did great and he was so sweet and polite to all of us. While we were there, there was one lady that kept having issues and the staff treated all concerns and remained calm and patient the whole time. I appreciated the way everything was handled. We even got some sweet crackers as a snack! I highly recommend this place! read more

Jolie nails does an amazing job. They are always kind and respectful of what I ask for. Linda always makes sure my cuticles and polish look perfect. It's very clean and professional. The gel manicure stays on for atleast 3 weeks and her solar nails stay on for 4 weeks without lifting or chips. They even do eyebrows! Amazing place! I decided to try Jolie Nails for the first time yesterday. Linda was very sweet! I went in unsure of what to ask for. I have grown my nails out and only wanted to put a hard layer on them to keep them from breaking. I had a few friends tell me what to ask for, but it wasn't correct. Linda knew exactly what I was wanting. She placed a full set over lay over my real nails, and then she added a beautiful shellac. I wanted to love this place based on previous reviews. However, I was a walk-in on an early Tuesday afternoon and wound up leaving with only half of the services I asked for. I walked in wanting a gel manicure and pedicure. After 1.5 hours, I'd only had a pedicure and had been sitting in the pedi chair for over 30 minutes waiting for my manicure. Others were being serviced before me at that point and I needed to get home. I got up and asked to pay out so I could leave and was told they would get right to me to sit back down. By that time I was tired, hungry, and had wasted a lot of time waiting and getting passed over for reasons I'm not aware of. So I paid for my pedicure and left. I won't be going back. read more

Linda was so nice! This was my first time getting fake nails done and I'm very pleased with how they look. I showed her a picture and she copied the shape very well. I also loved how she made a point to talk to me and make a connection with her customer instead of just talking to fellow employees. I have been going to Jolie Nails since the beginning of the summer & have had nothing but the best experiences. I have gotten my nails done about every 2-3 weeks & have gotten pedicures & my eyebrows waxed. I could go on & on about the numerous things I love about this place, but to keep it short, it is by far the best quality nails I have gotten & the friendliest staff I have encountered. I am moving tomorrow to go back to school, but will definitely go out of my way to come back here as much as possible to get my nails done. This is by far the best nail salon in Hutto! I've been to two others, and always walked away disappointed in something (bad French manicure, not sterilizing tools...). Jolie's Nails did a fantastic job on both my pedicure and gel French manicure which still looks fresh 3 full weeks later. Can't remember the owners name but she is absolutely horrible. When I arrived there were what looked like 3 employees working; come to find only the owner knew how to give a full set. I sit down to get my nails done and I tell the girl pink and white solar please. she preps my nails for the full set and then she leaves me sitting there for 30+ minutes while she gives a pedicure. In between all these a lady walks in for her appointment. The owner (as she's finishing up someone that was there prior to me) looks at me and says you can wait 15 minutes ok. I then told her that I had already been there an hour that I had to go. So she drops what she's doing and comes over to me all frustrated, and starts doing my nail the way she wants to do them. I explained to her that I wanted pink and white salor to begin with but that I now just want acrylic. She then tells me that they don't offer acrylic full set that they only offer salor (I'm guess that's because it's 10 bucks cheaper), so I point to her menu right behind her and tell her "then why is it on your menu". She then back tracks and says "it not good for you, you look better salor last longer". Not wanting to waste anymore time arguing with this moron, I tell her fine pink and white salor. So I'm sitting there getting my nails done and I notice she is going over the white tip with the pink. So I stop her and tell that isn't what I wanted. I wanted pink and white salor, she then says no you should have told from the beginning. Dumbfounded I don't respond...once she's done applying the pink and white salor the way I asked and the way she has it displayed in the window she goes over with gel. 2+ hours later I go to pay and ask for my total, she replies with 40 dollar. So I asked her how she came up with 40 when it is 35 on the menu? She says because of the gel finish. I then tell her well I didn't ask for that....and she says well it comes with. I tell her oh ok well then if it comes with it should already be included in the price listed on your menu, here's 35 dollars. My nails looks so bad because she was jumping from person to person trying to keep anyone from leaving the salon. The gel she applied wasn't applied evenly and I have bubble on more than half of my nails. The whole time I felt as if I was an inconvenience and was constantly being up sold on something. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy getting their nails done at the salon. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the work they do is mediocre. read more

I have searched for a good nail salon for months. After reading the reviews, I finally decided to try Jolie Nails. I like that you can make an appointment. The owner Linda and her husband are professional and are a good team. Most importantly is I have had consistency in the quality of my nails. Also, Linda takes care of your nails to make sure they remain healthy. So far I have gotten the gel manicure on my own nails. I received so many compliments have referred people to Linda. I drive past four nail salons and out of my town to go to Hutto because of the excellent service received. I love my nails! She keeps current and has beautiful colors. read more

This was the worst nail experience ever! I told the owner over and over what I wanted. She kept trying to tell me the way she did them was better. She simply did what she wanted to do. I told her over and over I wanted them natural..she insisted on color. She argued with me the whole time over and over to the point she made me angry. The job she did was horrible! She didn't check to see if both hands looked equal and I had tons of hang nails. She did my nails like she wanted to do them...probably because she didn't know how to do them the way I wanted!
