Jollibee is one of my favorite fast food places! The food is a consistent usually. I love their fried chicken, the outside is always so crispy and the inside is super juicy. I would definitely recommend spicy it's not that spicy but it gives it a little kick. I do like to get the spaghetti combo with the one piece chicken. It is a lot of food! The service here is friendly, the restaurant is clean and there is ample seating inside. Usually parking in this plaza is not too bad. read more

It is a hit or miss with their service here. There are times I have ordered the 12 pieces chicken bucket deal for 6:30pm and it was not ready or they gave my ordered away and they couldn't replenish my ordered when I got there. I waited 15 minutes and yet still didn't receive my order. I almost have them refund my ordered that day. And finally they were about to give me order as I was going to get the refund back. I still continue to place an order with them because I truly enjoy their chicken, gravy, and spaghetti. And I have an itch for it time to time. I usually ordered their 12 piece chicken bucket deal or the 6 piece chicken with the Joilbee spaghetti. Those are my favorite! Their chicken is best with rice and gravy. They have the best gravy ever and I literally drink it like soup. I don't really enjoy their palabok because it's very soggy rice noodles and becomes mushy texture. Their yum burger is very delicious. But my go to is the chicken and gravy with rice, also the spaghetti. I have attempt to make the gravy myself but I am nowhere near to flavors. I remember when I went to UC Riverside there was a Jolibee location inside a Moreno Valley Mall food court. They were selling really cheap spaghetti for $1.99 and 1 chicken drumstick for $0.99. That was cheap eats for a college student. Of course nowadays inflation and we don't see these numbers anymore. Ambiance at this location is crowded, very hard to find park especially around 6:30pm. 3 stars because there is NO holiday forward boxes or merch, no toy, sticker, or anything for children , and while other locations offer it, this one does not. If I had known that I would have ordered from another location that does offer holiday forward packaging. Please do something fun for these types of holidays. My child and partner love your chicken, so I get it for special occasions. However it's hard to make it feel special without festive packaging. Female staff are inflating balloons while people are eating. IT WAS LOUD, so disrespectful to customers. And they were just chit chatting and laughing at the back. No manners at all. 2/2/2023 First time trying their pies! PEACH MANGO PIE Delicious! Peach and Mango flavors come through. There are smaller, almost mashed peach and mango pieces in there. But mostly there was more peach and mango hot liquid oozing out when you bite into it. It was piping hot and I almost burnt my tongue! The pie was fried and it had a crispy, flaky texture like McDonald's fried Apple Pies! This is something I'd ordered again! COCONUT PINEAPPLE PIE This pie was also fried like the Peach Mango. The fillings were cut into small pieces of coconut and pineapple. Far less liquid than the Peach Mango. The coconut and pineapple flavors were there, yet more coconut forward. The two flavors were there, yet fighting for attention. Wish the coconut and pineapple fillings were mashed and had more liquidy filling in there. This was not bad, I still enjoyed it, but it still could have been better. CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered via drive-thru. No problems ordering or receiving my orders correctly. Everything was quick too! First of all, I tried to place my order on the website so that it would be easier and I kept getting an error that said that there is a missing field, when there were no missing fields. So I called over the phone at 7:49PM and the girl read the order back to me and I verified it was correct. I spelled out my name for her and everything. I asked how long it would take and they said 15-20 minutes. We get here at 820, and they have NO ORDER UNDER MY NAME so then I have to tell them my order and they find it, but it's still wrong. So they ask us to wait in the parking space and they will bring it out to us. We wait for 15 minutes in the car, until my boyfriend decides to go inside and notices there's a big bag that looks like it could be our order. Lo and behold, IT WAS OUR ORDER JUST SITTING THERE. Aloha burger without cheese is kid-friendly. If you like dark meat or unami, you might enjoy their savory fried chicken. My husband couldn't tell that the quencher drink was pineapple-flavored. If you show up half an hour early for a pre-paid pickup order, they will waste your time because all the individual components were ready, but you have to go to the counter to ask (they will not call your name even though they put it together and on the rack). I go here when I'm craving chicken. It's my second time to eat here at the Cerritos one on South Street. I'm usually at the one on Jamboree in Irvine. The Chicken is a lot more consistent as far as quality and individual size pieces I've at Irvine. Service is prompt and the Ambience here at the Cerritos one is Little better as well as the property is much larger. read more

Jollibee has gone down hill. We have been coming here since it opened. The last two time we were here we had to wait over 30 minutes for our order to be ready. My aunt and I visited on Friday evening (11/10) and were given extraordinary customer service by the manager Archie. As we were ordering on the drive through section we were given a notice that their chicken would take about 12 more minutes to cook. No problem. After paying we were asked to park further up and wait for our food. Still, not a big deal. I quickly noticed that we there were blocking the drive through exit as cars behind us start to pile up, it was a one way. The attentive employees quickly told us to go around and park in front of the restaurant. Normally this wouldn't be a significant issue, but to reach the front of the restaurant, we had to navigate through ongoing traffic, maneuver to the left lane as cars started accumulating, and make a U-turn at the stoplight. This task would not be an issue if the streets were not regularly busy but in this portion of Artesia these streets tend to always be busy. So it was a pretty hard task. But I complied. After many twists and turns we are back at the restaurant about 15 min later. Our food was not done yet which was not a problem as we weren't in a rush. Shortly our food was delivered to our parked car and I had let one of the employees know the difficulties of our drive through experience to which she relayed to Archie, the manager, and he dealt with the situation professionally and with kind manners. His dedication to customer satisfaction and his willingness to go the extra mile left us thoroughly impressed. Thanks to Archie's exemplary service, we left with a fantastic impression, and we'll undoubtedly be returning. It's always reassuring to see a manager like Archie who knows how to make a customer feel valued and appreciated. read more

Literally the only reason this place is still open is because it's Jollibee. Filipino customers will always come back because it's Jollibee. The food is good, the menu has changed a lot. Service is terrible. They don't have nice customers service anymore. I'm not sure if they're being trained properly anymore. The wait time is long despite the amount of people they have working. They always forget something. There's never a time that they didn't forget a thing. it's either utensils, gravy, peach mango pie or drink, there's always at least one thing missing. The worse part is, when you have to wait for your food, you have to park at their designated parking spots which then will make you go out of the plaza, make a U-turn in the busiest street of South St, then make a left turn back to the plaza which is always clogged with cars going jn/out. Terrible set up. They sure didn't plan this all too well. For the record, my order didn't come with peach mango pie when it should have.... I ordered the meal deal that was NOT ENTERED correctly, hence the reason I didn't get my kid's pie. We waited too long for nothing. Maybe next time, make sure your staff gets down the order correctly. The only thing that can possibly make this place great again is to relocate it and train employees properly.
