Food quality is the same as other locations (meals were hot, chicken was perfectly fried & crispy, and the spaghetti was slightly sweet & delicious). The wait in the drive through wasn't bad at all. Awful service - Went thru drive thru (said twice) SPICY and guess what i got?? Of course ALL regular. I called them since I didn't notice until I got home but yes- they close the window on you before you can even say anything so what was the point- attitude from the window so u on a hurry to leave there! I called to complain and a very insincere apology and they say to make it up I can drive back TONIGHT so they can exchange it. Poor customer service. read more

The times I've visited, the service and food have been good. Jollibee reminds me of visits to the Philippines. The main difference between the locations in the Philippines and the US is the portion sizes and the US locations don't offer a breakfast menu (at least this location doesn't). The fried chicken and peach mango pie have always been the star items. The fried chicken is consistently cooked well with the flavorful, crunchy shell and juicy meat. Don't forget to enjoy the chicken with the gravy! The spaghetti and palabok items are okay for fast food. The spaghetti is sweeter with cheesy topping, which I grew up eating. It might be a surprise for those who are thinking more of Italian style. I like the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with a crispy, juicy patty and a little kick of heat. The Yumburgers are okay, and the house spread adds a nice tangy flavor. Fries are average but pair well with the burgers and sandwiches. My overall rating is mainly for the kind service, nostalgia, and tasty food. During my last visit they ran out of spicy chicken, something I've seen a few times. Hope they can provide more availability on their popular item through the day. The dining area is kept clean, and the relaxed vibe is expected in a fast-food establishment. I'll be back. read more

So me and my wife have been wanting to try Jollibee, we have heard a lot of good and decent reviews from people. So we ordered the 6 piece combo with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw and two drinks. Price was pretty good, the food was good as well, the chicken was crispy, the spicy chicken is the better of the two but man does it kick you with the spicyness. The regular chicken was lacking flavor for me. The Cole slaw was good and the mashies were decent. The size of the sides were really small tho even for large. The food gets a 8/10 so not bad. Now the service is something else. We got a text that our food was ready, so we went to the counter and got ignored by 2 workers, we literally stood there for 8 min before we even got acknowledged. After 10 min of waiting and other people waiting to be helped as well, I had to ask them about my order. They said it was getting prepared.... So why would the app let me know my food is ready to get picked up if they are still working on it?. No hello, no thank you, no customer service. Service would be 1/10 l. The ambience is fine, they have a lot of seating and it's well lit. They are busy for the most part but seems like they don't have a good system. I would rate my experience a 6/10. Service goes a long way for me. And sadly they really disappointed me. I'll rather go the Pollo Campero or Church's Chicken. But hey it was nice to try a new spot read more

I have to admit I used to be a Jollibee hater . . . until I found my inner Chickenjoy! For me, the fried chicken is a perfect combination of moist, tender chicken with salty, crispy skin--just what fried chicken should be. Goes great with the steamed white rice, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The pineapple quencher and a peach mango pie complete the meal. My husband and I will enjoy this as an afternoon Sunday "Lunner" meal because our full tummies won't have room for anything else the rest of the day/night. Absolutely awful experience, especially for my first time having Jollibee. Ordered online with an anticipated pick-up time of 6:45pm. Arrived to a disorganized chaotic mess of a restaurant: - There was no clear designated area that specified where to inquire about online orders. The only way we found our way to the online order queue was because we recognized a sea of people with their phones out, mumbling how late their food was was - There was sadly only one individual handling the online orders. The remainder of the staff behind the counter were either behind the register, informing patrons that there was a 1-hour delay for orders, or calling out orders. Again, this made it confusing because there were no distinguished markers indicating if they were calling out for restaurant orders only or online as well - Despite the app indicating when my order would be ready for pick-up (6:45pm), it took 45 minutes before my food was actually served. And before anyone tries to tell me that it's just a suggested time, I also was notified that my order was "complete," but when I finally caught someone's attention from behind the counter, they said it was still being worked on. Wtf? By the end of it, the food I had ordered was lukewarm, soggy, and underwhelming. What a poor representation of Filipino fast food. read more

I'll give this place a 3.5 stars. Me personally, I thought it was just ok. Nothing to write home about. The chicken sandwich was just like any other fast food chicken sandwich, to me. Nothing fancy. Good enough. The fries were alright. I didn't care for the spaghetti. I had a bite of my husband's chicken. It was juicy and moist. My son and husband liked it more than I did... they enjoyed the spaghetti. My husband said that it was oddly good. I will say, the peach mango pie was pretty good. This is our family's go-to place for Filipino fast food! We also like to order the chicken bucket, half original and half spicy. It goes with gravy in the side. The chicken is always crispy and yummy! We tried the chicken sandwiches for the first time! It was surprisingly good! The chicken is very thick and we liked condiments (spicy came with jalapeños and aloha came with taco and pineapple). I think our most favorite food to order is the ube pies!!!! It is soooo good!!! It says it's on the menu limited time, but I really hope they keep it on the menu. The crust is crunchy and the ube feeling is not too sweet. We usually go through the drive through, which is pretty quick service. The inside is pretty big with plenty of seating. The workers speak both English and Tagalog! Food service sucks...15 minutes of waiting just so they can resolve an issue with one customer. It's ridiculous how they just don't want to void the transaction while trying to assist or resolve the issue with the customer (they finally voided the transaction when the line was out the door). Really way better than Mc Donalds and any fast food chains but one thing i would probably comment here is their inconsistency of cooking their food. I ate here on 9/24/2024 and got FOOD POISONING. I ordered 1 pc original chicken and spaghetti with Ube pie. I believe it was the chicken that gave me food poisoning. My partner ordered the spicy chicken and had the runs. He also noticed slight pink in my piece of chicken. I was throwing up/on the toilet for over 12 hours. Would suggest sauce on the side. Also ordered a small Adobo rice. Delicious. One friend ordered a meal of two chicken pieces & fries. She wanted a chicken breast & offered to pay extra but was told that item isn't offered with the combo. Another friend ordered the chicken combo with spaghetti. Unimpressed. The disappointment I feel when I finally got to have Jollibee for the first time and it does not live up to the hype. My husband ordered the bucket treat c which comes with 10 pieces of extra crispy chicken spicy, mashed potatoes, gravy and fries. We also got a side of spaghetti. The food was fresh, chicken definitely was crispy but it was not spicy and very mediocre in flavor. The spaghetti was super sweet and the sauce was thick. Mashed potatoes and gravy were ok. I have zero idea why this rating is so low. I've tried nearly 100% of the menu and everything was very good to excellent. The only negative I have for them is all three visits and they didn't have any French fries. The chicken sandwiches are my favorite. And for my money it's the best fast food chicken sandwich in the game right now. Very well seasoned, thick, and juicy. And that goes for both the original and spicy. The Mayo/aioli on the original is my preference. Those great fried chicken qualities does translate to the chicken joy as well. With much added desirable crunch. And the spicy is actually spicy. Gravy comes with it and I put almost everything in the gravy. Including the solid rice which the gravy greatly upgrades. Spaghetti is good. Different but not in a bad way. Topped with cheese and containing extra sweetness. It's it's own dish and is deserving of a try. Lastly, my 2nd favorite: The Pies. Another selection for best in the fast food game right now. Jollibee is one of my favorite fast food places! The food is a consistent usually. I love their fried chicken, the outside is always so crispy and the inside is super juicy. I would definitely recommend spicy it's not that spicy but it gives it a little kick. I do like to get the spaghetti combo with the one piece chicken. It is a lot of food!
