Came to try the new jolibee chicken tenders! They were so hot, not spicy, but steaming burn in your mouth hot. First bite my mouth was burnt. But it's pretty good with the gravy. Your team scrambled to find my order in your "system" and only then did you send it to the kitchen. That was another 20 min wait. 2. The big order included two family platters of spaghetti. One platter had 5% sauce -- an embarrassment to my Pinoy spaghetti loving guests who were looking forward to your traditional recipe. Worst part? The anemic spaghetti cost $20. 3. I filled out one of your follow up surveys to escalate this experience to your management. Your team asked for pictures and receipts (I didn't have pictures--because why would anyone take pictures of an anemic spaghetti?) I will stand on Jollibee being the best fried chicken in the area, if not the whole country. The chickenjoy is always juicy and crunchy and the spaghetti is sweet (if you like that). Service is like good, whether at the registers or at the drive thru, no other place is comparable. Nice open area inside as well, doesn't feel crowded or claustrophobic at all. The only thing setting me back is that when requesting spicy chickenjoy on more than one occasion, the chicken was considerably smaller-- almost twice as little meat. Not sure if it was just coincidence the times I've ordered it or it's this location in general, but if I'm paying for the same price food then i'm expecting the same size. read more

Bad first experience here. I specifically wanted a 6-piece SPICY chicken bucket and told me there's no more spicy after seeing a bunch of red spicy flags available. They still charged me for regular up until it was time to pick up my order and told the manager that I want all spicy chickens because I see that it's available. So Jollibee is an excellent value(especially the way this country is going lately with prices) for a great chicken meal. The service was friendly but their food was stale. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the bun was very dry and the chicken lacked seasoning. The sauce in the sandwich was ok but it wasn't spicy. What makes this spicy? The tiny pieces of jalapeño? The fries were worse! They were cold and stale. I also got the coconut mango refresher and it tasted like sugar and water. My bf got a regular chicken sandwich and a burger - both mediocre. He got the deluxe combo and look at the size of the tomato. The food here is good, but the service completely ruins the experience. We came on a quiet Sunday morning -- the place was practically empty -- so you'd think the staff would be a little friendlier or at least attentive. Instead, the woman at the register, Krista, was impatient, unfriendly, and seemed like she didn't want to be there. When we politely mentioned there was an error with our order, things somehow got worse. The attitude, the eye rolls, the dismissiveness -- all completely unnecessary. After having to re-order just to fix their mistake, Krista started avoiding us altogether and looked annoyed every time she passed by. I'm not sure how that's our fault. I even tried to mention it to another employee, and he just laughed -- as if customer frustration was funny. Not a great look for any restaurant, especially one that usually prides itself on hospitality. It's a shame because the food really is good, but the service is so unwelcoming that it's just not worth it. There are plenty of other places in the area to get good chicken and be treated decently. She chose the sig spaghetti, as well as mashed potatoes and Jollibee's famous gravy. I have eaten Jollibee chicken throughout CA and in Rome. It is consistently, lip smacking good. The same goes for the palabok. Its amazing they maintain their consistency having 1,500 locations worldwide. *(This is not a review of having been there, but whether or not I will consider going. They won't let you post without rating! ‍) It's interesting. I'm seeing a huge line of 1's for the reviews and am a little concerned about trying this place. Especially after watching a couple of videos about how popular Jollibee's has been throughout the country and number 1 in many ratings. However, it makes me wonder if this location is just badly managed? The workers can only do so much, but Management is who trains and implements much of what goes on in a store. Is the owner the person who manages the store and just needs some help themselves? That would be a corporate level concern, as some people buy franchises that are popular, but may not have the skills to manage something they've never actually been involved in. Management has always been a concern in most places that I have had less than stellar experiences. It's not that they are "bad" necessarily. Sometimes, whoever is operating management training is likely not doing the job that they might do to have better performing outcomes. I would imagine it helps if the person they're moving up in management has had a lot of success in what they have done at one of their stores. Maybe they're not big enough to have that. Maybe they hire Management from outside? I don't know. We shall see. So, do I want to try this place? I think I'm going to wait a few months to see if the ratings improve. read more

Love Jollibee! We went on Super Bowl Sunday to pick up fried chicken and it was very busy, as one would expect. In the drive thru line, they told us the wait might be around 30+ minutes, but it was actually closer to 10-15 minutes! We waited in our car in the parking lot and they brought our order directly to our car. Maybe because it was freshly cooked, but it ended up being the most perfect crispy chicken and well worth the wait :) read more
