I had such a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A today that I felt compelled to leave a review. I placed a mobile order through the app, but after submitting my payment, I received an error message saying the transaction didn't go through. Thinking it was a glitch, I tried again and got the same message. When I checked my bank account, I realized I had actually been charged twice. I went inside the restaurant for help, and every team member I interacted with was kind and professional. The cashier assisted me, then involved another team member, and eventually someone who I believe was the field operator or manager on duty. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but I want him to know how much I appreciated his help. What stood out most was how he handled the situation. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone or questioning my concerns. Instead, he treated me like a valued customer, apologized for the issue, and worked to find a solution even though it clearly wasn't his fault. Rather than asking me to pay again while the duplicate charges were being resolved, they were able to use a promo code to cover my order so I could leave with the food I had already paid for. To make things even better, they gave my kids free ice cream. That small gesture meant a lot. As a Registered Nurse, I understand that errors and system issues happen. What matters most is how people respond when they do. This team handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. My 11-year-old son even said, "This is 10 out of 10 service," and honestly, I agree. Because of the way this situation was handled, I left feeling appreciated and confident that I will continue returning to this location. It's been a while since I've ordered the Chick-Fil-A Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal with their waffle fries and had forgotten how good this sandwich was. I always order their Spicy Southwest chicken salad but wanted something different today. This spicy chicken sandwich has boneless seasoned chicken breast with a buttered bun and dill pickles. I like to dip the sandwich in their honey mustard Chick-Fil-A sauce...so delicious!! I eat here pretty often and the food is usually good except for today. The nuggets were significantly smaller and they were very hard as if they were leftovers from yesterday's batch. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the bread was very hard, again as if it was a leftover sandwich. I did not enjoy my meal at all and feel ripped off. I really enjoy this CFA. I especially love it when Jerry is there! He is one of the cheeriest, most helpful staff members. He always engages me in interesting conversation and he seems to really care about what I have to say. He's a very friendly guy. And he's very thorough in his work. If I was an employer, I would want him as an employee! I believe my cashier's name was Symphony. She was nice and friendly. This is my first time trying the chicken club and it was quite delicious. Don't bother making a mobile order! I placed an order through the app and was happy to see the mobile order line only had 3 people waiting vs the regular line that was at where the cones first start for both lanes. I made the wrong decision as I ended up waiting for everyone to drive past me and the line clear out until I got my order. Cherry on top was not even getting utensils when I had ordered 2 salads that had cold nuggets. What was so great? -greetings from the moment we walked in -Lots of employees -We ordered and sat down for maybe 2 min and the food arrived at our table! I am a red member, which usually means you've spent quite a bit of money to get there. I've always enjoyed the food but lately this location has been lacking. This past weekend, it was really busy so I didn't mind waiting an extra few minutes for my food but not 20-35 minutes. The parking lot was ridiculously full, there were no parking spaces so I was directed to the pickup line (I had a curbside order). It seemed like the priority was the drive-thru. The car that was in front of me ended up parking in the VIP spot and going inside and they waited about 10min before they got their food and I am not sure how long they waited outside. Later I was directed to the VIP spot and I thought it would expedite my order but I still sat there and waited. After waiting for 10min I found one of the chick-fil-a members and I asked her if I could just receive a refund so I could leave and she got the manager and she came out with an attitude. Didn't say "Hello" or "Sorry for the wait" not anything! I read the last 4 of my order number and she asked what the order was then came out 3mins later with my order but I requested a refund. I checked the app and still didn't receive the refund. I ended up giving the food to a homeless man, since my boyfriend got us food instead. It was extremely hot that day and they were busy plus I had groceries in the back of my car, if it wasn't for all of those variables I would of went back in and requested the manager again, hand her the food and request the refund like I asked for previously. Anytime someone request a refund after an extended wait time of that magnitude it should not be met with that kind of attitude nor should you give any form of resistance. My kids LOVE Chick-fil-a and this is the only reason I have the app. To make ordering and pick up easier. Today, I was done. The mobile "pick up" area is garbage. There is nothing positive about it. You wait longer than the actual drive thru- EVERY SINGLE TIME. To top it off they always forget an item. Fries, the drink or even the toy. I've gotten a FREE item every single visit because of their mistake. Yes, I love a free brownie or a free milkshake, but you get to the point where you just want to have a nice experience and leave without driving back to get your order right. I went in drive thru today and the boy at the window had an attitude. First off, there was a sandwich missing which I did not care about he gave it to me after. Everyone makes mistakes but everyone does not need to have an attitude. When I asked for a couple more sauces he did not give me them to me and told me there's already enough sauces in the bag. Let me preface this by saying I'm all about Chick-fil-A. BUT lately this location for the past year has been slacking. We live near this location so the review will be for this one. I do all methods of ordering so DoorDash is not the only way we get food. We often do DoorDash through the CFA mobile app. Most of the time the order is incorrect or incomplete. I always dispute it but I hate when it looks like I am taking advantage but the order is actually incorrect. Our order was delivered about 30 mins ago. This is a large fry below. Now I have been in the inside and it looks like the managers are bagging the food a lot of the time. (By the shirts) why no one looked at this and told the cooks that it was not enough fries in this box. Nothing in the bag. Then you put the sauce and paper towels on top of the fries. Then the Mac n cheese is always burnt on the top. The problem I have with that is that it's for my picky 2 year old. One day they put old Mac n cheese in there and put some fresh on top of that. Like you dig in and find old Mac n cheese. They have not been consistent and it's disappointing bc CFA is my favorite restaurants. Food prices have gone up and the quality is dropping. Will it change? I don't know. They try to make things up but when I get the reward item it's just as worst.
