I finally tried Jollibee. I came in to get take out since I was in the area. I had to bring some home to my son as well. I went for the 6pc meal bucket with fries and upgraded to the spaghetti and 2 pineapple drinks. My son was not a fan but I was. I love sauce. I especially love fried chicken smothered with gravy. And French fries. I enjoyed the spaghetti as well. I'll get Jollibee again if I'm on this side of town again. read more

I'm excited we now have 3 Jollibee locations in Florida and this one is close to home. I always get the chickenjoy bucket with spaghetti that comes with 3 pies. It still gets busy on weekends so if you want to wait less than an hour for your food, try coming in on a weekday or non-peak hours. Good thing is that they're open late til midnight - great for the college students nearby. I also love their adobo rice. I would order extra sides to have some later at home or to bring to lunch at work because it's that good. The pineapple quencher is so refreshing! I've finally taken the ride out here to try this popular spot that most have anticipated and well....I wasn't that impressed.the chicken was spicy but I could tell they used old grease. The old grease taste overpowered the chicken overall which also made the skin super dark. the spaghetti wasn't super sweet like some described,had a hint of sweetness but wasn't for me.t the gravy was decent but the mango peach pie?? Not a fan. I didn't try the biscuits but my mother said it was similar to Popeyes. All in all at least I got to see for myself but I'm ok with this ONE time experience. read more

So Jollibee decided to open up shop here in central Florida. I've been to the ones in California and was fond of their menu. Came here today and was thrown off with theirs. I was looking forward to ordering pancit palabok but they didn't have it. Wasn't even on the menu. I was pretty bummed out about it. So we settled with the 6 piece bucket of spicy fried chicken, a side of gravy, spaghetti, mango pies and an order of fries. The fries were just meh. The chicken was really spicy but the gravy helped balance it out. Chicken was good though. I was expecting more sauce on the spaghetti or at least mixed in with the noodles and not just poured on top. I did enjoy the mango pies. We originally wanted to dine in but the place was really small. Not enough seating so we just ended up getting our order to go. They do honor military discount so that was a plus. I'm originally from the west coast so having a California chain restaurant make it's way down to Orlando was a nice change. I was hoping to see more from this location though to be honest. read more

It was nostalgic going in. It brought back the memory of being in the Philippines as a child with my mom eating Jollibee. I waited a little over 25 minutes for food (The rush was understandable and I wasn't their fault they had 4-5 workers total when I came in to eat). The food did not disappoint for fast food. There's a reason why Chick-fil-A averages $8 million per location. They serve white meat. All of the major quick service restaurant chains adapt their flavor profiles and menu to the local taste when they open locations outside of the United States. Jollibee would be well served to consider that as you try to gain market share. This is not your home market. You can make subtle changes to be more appealing to Americans while maintaining your appeal to your core base. You do not want to be a novelty, where customers try you once because they heard about the restaurant on TikTok. You want guest to come in twice or three times a month. According to a 2023 YouGov poll, 43% of Americans prefer white meat turkey, while 22% favor dark meat, and about 25% enjoy both equally. Similarly, an Associated Press/NORC poll found that 43% of Thanksgiving celebrants prefer white meat, 28% prefer dark meat, and 21% have no preference. While these polls specifically address turkey preferences, they likely reflect broader trends in poultry consumption, including chicken. The food was so so so good. It is the best fast food chicken! I got the spicy chickenjoy and it was far better than KFC, Popeyes, and even Bojangles. It was so flavorful, it didn't even really need the gravy but it was complimentary, so why not?! It was my first time trying the spaghetti and it was the second best thing after the chicken... so hearty (and quirky) but not overwhelming! First time ever and I was soooo looking forward to this given the hype behind the Bee! Let's get some Filipino fried chicken! From worst to best food items. The biscuit is terrible. Sorry Jolli. The fries are better than BK. Probably worse than everywhere else. I mean, they're fine. Just not a standout. The mashed potatoes are real mashed potatoes! Waaaay better than KFC. And at first the gravy was great. But bite after bite, I really started to dislike the gravy. Which is sad because that kills the great mashed potatoes. The chicken tenders were good quality but kind of generic. On par with KFC but not god tier like Popeyes and PDQ. FInally the spicy 2 piece chicken with thigh and drumstick. Now this is SPICY. I mean, it's the spiciest fried chicken out there hands done (not talking Nashville style). The chicken is juicy and tastes great. My issue is maybe, just maybe, its a bit too spicy. And I love spicy food! But it's getting hot and I need something to cool down and balance the flavors. Cole Slaw would be amazing. But I tell you what is absolutely the wrong side for extra spicy chicken. It's mashed potatoes and gravy. Maybe I should have gotten the pineapple cooler. Next time I'll get the regular chicken. OK, OK, OK, I feel so bad doing two stars but I really feel that this is all it deserves. This is for the chicken sandwiches. The total was about $32.00. We went in to the restaurant for a pick-up as the drive-through was pretty long. We got two meals with chicken sandwiches, one spicy and one regular. Two pies, and two pineapple drinks. The pineapple drinks were basically pineapple juice. I'm not sure what's going on with the chicken patty in the sandwich but it had a very strange texture to me and I wasn't able to finish it. It was like a mozzarella stick that you can peel. I thought it was odd that lettuce and tomato would be considered deluxe but hey, they can do what they like. The fries were nothing to write home about, they had no taste and they were cold. My favorite thing here, was the pie. It was $3.49 also! I am glad that I tried it but I feel that there are other better places for chicken sandwiches. Maybe if I am in the area and the line is not long, I will try the fried chicken. read more

Went to jollibee for the first time ever, wanted to try it and it didn't disappoint, I really liked what we ordered, I order the two chicken piece with a side of steamed rice, husband ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and we both ordered the mango pastry. I loved the fried chicken, we used the drive thru, we went on a time that wasn't busy, the service was prompt, fast and efficient and we were happy overall. I have a lot to say about Jollibee, and none of it really matches what I found in a good portion of reviews.Most reviews upon the initial grand opening of Jollibee left a lot to be desired, and I grew weary and apprehensive about even trying the food served here as I feared that the food would not live up to the massive hype surrounding the franchise. However, since I work overnight I got the benefit of being one of the first customers to be served at 0900 the other day and because of this, my food came out superb. In the following paragraphs I will break down my experience with the customer service, food, and my overall feelings about Jollibee. First, the customer service was amazing. I can't say how refreshing it was going and getting fried chicken and not having to expect awful customer service *cough* *cough* I am talking about you Popeyes. I love how they end each statement with "Have a jolly day" or something similar. It was just wholesome and considering that places like Popeyes have zero customer service most days, it was a refreshing experience to say the least. Next and perhaps most important, the food. I opted to stick with a more basic dish I knew I would like by getting the 3 Pc Spicy ChickenJoy combo with a side of fries, a biscuit, and a soda. My fries were crispy, flavorful, and fresh. As for the chicken, it was very obviously fresh, piping hot, juicy, and delicious. The breading was crunchy in the best way, and I loved the flavor. My only letdown, which was a huge upset for me, was the lack of spice. I detected not even a single hint of spice in the spicy chicken. It was flavorful, but what I really looked forward to was a nice spicy kick, which sadly never came. Also, the biscuit was pretty good. Nothing too crazy, but still delicious. Overall, I was really hoping I could finally find a replacement for Popeyes with superb chicken, customer service, and better hours (earlier open times which is great for night shifters like me who want dinner during breakfast hours). I was ready to risk it all, but with the spicy fried chicken missing it's main component of spiciness, I couldn't give the full five stars and I don't think I will be able to give up on Popeyes just yet. Don't let the super negative reviews deter you from giving Jollibee a try. I may have been slightly disappointed but in no way do I regret buying their chicken and in the event that I really am craving fried chicken and willing to sacrifice the spice factor, I would go to Jollibee in a heartbeat over Popeyes. read more

There was a long line when I went. The drive thru line was long as well. The employees did a great job of moving the line along and overall giving great customer service. But, it still took an hour for my group to get to the front of the line, but we got our food right away. I wasn't able to access online ordering, that will probably open up when there's less of a line at the restaurant. The chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, very crispy, not oily, and well-seasoned. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn't too spicy. Personally I would add more jalapeños in the future. The fries were good, not too salty. The peach mango pie was amazing and probably would go well with some vanilla ice cream. My daughter saw that Jollibee was opened, so she gave it a shot at the drive-thru. I looked online for the menu and wanted the chicken with palabok, but she said they didn't have palabok, so I went for the alternative spaghetti. It was ok. I was disappointing that they didn't have the palabok. It would have probably been better. I saw a list of top 10 fried chicken and Jollibee was #1. The food was just ok. Chicken was crispy and juicy, not the best or worse. The spicy sandwich was fine. Bun was hard and the Jalapeño gave it the heat. Big disappointment with the side of mashed potato's. You can tell they are a bad instant one and they also give you a side of gravy to dip the chicken in. That flavor was just ok. Finally! We've been waiting for Jollibee to open here and it did not disappoint! We ordered family bucket treat B, a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink (the pineapple juice is yum!) Treat B comes with a 6 piece bucket of chicken, gravy, and spaghetti. The spaghetti isn't your average one, it's a sweet spaghetti! The spicy chicken sandwich had fresh jalapeño's and siracha mayo! SO GOOD. We arrived around 1045am and waited roughly 10 minutes for our food. It was nostalgic being here! We will definitely be back (many times)! This came out to $50... I feel that it's way too expensive. We only enjoyed the fried chicken, only the original. The spicy was too spicy. The gravy tasted like gravy u would buy in a can. Nothing special about it. It was ok, not good and not bad, just tasted like a can of gravy. The spaghetti was disappointing. I heard great things about it, but it was meh. Firstly, I want to say that I absolutely love Jollibee. Its grand opening was today and of course we had to go! Got there around 9:45am and the wait was almost two hours and honestly THATS OKAY. I expected it to be longer for a grand opening. They had it very organized and even gave out buy one get one free coupons and prizes for people who came super early. Spent about $70 and my order was 2 piece chicken joy w/ fries 3 piece chicken joy w/ fries 3 tender with spaghetti And a deluxe chicken sandwhich with fries and mash potatoes. Everything was great! EXCEPT for the tenders. Cold and tasted stale. Other than that, I highly encourage people to give the fast food of the Filipino people a try because you won't regret it. read more

We have been so desperately waiting for Jollibee to open after hearing all about it from our West coast friends. How good it is, how wonderful... We waited for the lines to die down, and finally about 2-3 weeks after opening, we were able to go. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, and we also had a regular chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, and a side of Jolly spaghetti. The spicy chicken sandwich doesn't come close to either Wendy's or Chick-Fil-A in terms of spicy. The regular sandwich and tenders were reported as just "ok", and the fries were unseasoned. My oldest, who had the side of spaghetti said it was too sweet and that he wouldn't get it again. Our location also has no burgers, just the burger steak family meal. I've talked with people who've been to Jollibee about the service and food, and they said it does take time for them to work things out and get the quality better. So we may return in a year or so and try them again. But for now, skip them. read more

Never tried their Mango Peach Pie so decided to make the drive just to get that. Along with that order, I got the spaghetti and 1-piece Chicken joy. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich. The chicken joy was very crispy but lacked seasoning. For people who have never had Filipino spaghetti before, just a warning that it is different than the usual spaghetti. Instead of a tomato-based sauce, Jolibee's spaghetti has a meaty base and is pretty oily. I found the mango peach pie filling to be okay. I wished it had fruit chunks to give more texture and fewer sugar crystals on the crust. What surprised my boyfriend and me was how good the chicken sandwich is. I found the chicken to be more moist, crispy, and flavorful that the actual chickenjoy pieces. The brioche bun escalated the sandwich even more. So happy because this one finally open in orlando. First impression, staff was nice & patient; food was ready in 2min after ordering. Secondly, chicken was very juicy, the skin was very crispy. So glad to have a Jollibee's here in Orlando. The fried chicken is always crisp, all in dark meat pieces, and exceptionally well priced for the quality. But the real surprise winner of this joint is the adobo rice and the mango peach pies, the first which is so flavorful and comforting from being cooked in real chicken flavor and the second which gives major old school McDonalds apple pie vibes with a crusty exterior. I haven't yet gotten accustomed to how sweet the spaghetti sauce is, but can see how it would pair well with fried chicken. read more

The Chickenjoy Bucket Treat D is a great option to be able to sample a lot of items. I was able to get both regular and spicy fried chicken, 5 sides, 2 large gravies and 5 peach mango pies for an affordable price. The chicken is great and of course even better when dipped in the gravy. I actually enjoyed the jolly spaghetti. It does have a sweeter flavor and is different from what I've had before but I liked it. The french fries are ok, not the best but not the worst. The adobo fried rice is flavorful. The mashed potatoes taste like mashed potatoes, nothing special. The baked cheddar mac n cheese is a must! It's so thick and creamy and my favorite side. The original chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich are both good but in my opinion the original chicken sandwich is better. The biscuits are soft and buttery and the peach mango pie is crunchy and sweet. The pineapple quencher is refreshing and tastes like real pineapple juice. The claims that this is the best fried chicken don't hold up. Yes it is extremely crispy and that's about it. Absolutely no flavor to the chicken. The spaghetti to me was better than the chicken yet I don't think I would go back to eat either again. The pineapple juice was good and not watered down. The peach mango pie was just so so. It was basically a pie with flavored jelly inside. No chunks of peaches or mangos. They don't provide napkins unless you ask for them. They don't provide utensils, or any kind of plates unless you ask for them. The seating is very limited. I believe there were two booths and one large community type table. It's basically take out or drive through. It was fun to try something different but I don't see me driving out of my way again to dine here nor do I see myself going to this place even if they opened one next to my home. read more

So does it make me bad Filipino to say it's just OK? I have to say in my honest opinion it's average chicken. Eating it with gravy is just plan gross. No spicy chicken song on the counter and my favorite thing to get at any Jollibee is the Ube shakes which I haven't seen in years. Second was their garlic chicken sandwiches which I haven't seen either for years. I only go to take our Filipino out of town visitors to get that nostalgic feeling.
