I finally decided to try Jollibee after seeing it pop up on someone's Snapchat from someone who lives up north. Since it's now in my city, I figured I'd give it a try and see what the hype was about. I ordered the two-piece meal deal, which came with two pieces of chicken, a side of fries, a drink, and a pie. I also noticed the meal included a biscuit once I received my order. The chicken looked good at first glance. However, my fries were cold when I received them. I asked the drive-thru attendant, Sam, for a fresh order, and he replaced them for me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, even the second order still wasn't very hot. For the chicken, I ordered one regular and one spicy. The spicy chicken didn't really have much heat to it, and overall the chicken tasted like standard fried chicken good but nothing particularly memorable. The biscuit was actually one of the better parts of the meal soft and flavorful. My drink of choice was a Pepsi. I was also curious to try their peach mango pie, but it wasn't my favorite. The filling reminded me of canned fruit purée, which didn't quite work for me. Overall, the experience was okay, but the food felt pretty average considering the hype. I'm glad I tried it, but it's probably not a place I would go out of my way to return to.

Having a Filipina wife demands trips to Jollibee when the radar detects one close by. We were spending the week in Florida so Jollibee was on the agenda. Not only did we visit when we arrived but we also stopped on the way out. She was able to have her Jolly Spaghetti, Chickenjoy, burger steak, rice, a yumburger, and a peach mango pie. So she was happy. Not one complaint from her. I usually keep it simple. Order a chicken sandwich(original or spicy), chickenjoy, and peach mango pies. Both visits on this trip were great. Friendly employees. Timely food delivery. Delicious chicken. Simple dining area. And perfect overall. I'm a big fan of their chicken sandwich. It always hits the spot and next time, I might just order two. Peach mango pies... they will always be one of the stars of the show. I just wish we could get them cheaply here in America like we do in the Philippines. It's always worth at least picking up two. One for now. One for a snack later.

Can't get enough of this place They have be the best spaghetti. Sweet and savory. Their fried chicken is the best. Crispy, tasty on the inside and tastes buttery. Service is fast and friendly. Small area though but clean

Jollibee is a Filipino institution! You are guaranteed amazing food and polite service! They always bend over backward to make you happy. This time I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal with spaghetti and a biscuit. They also have an ap and a rewards program. So I got an Ube pie for free as a reward. The chicken is sold in pieces or buckets. The one thing I have to say is that the pieces are somewhat random and are cut differently than I have gotten at another chicken place. But, that being said the flavor is spot on and they serve it with gravy so you can dredge it in each and every bite. The mango peach pie is so delicious and quite honestly my favorite. The ube pie is very good too, but if you don't like a sweet potato texture, it may not be for you. I have gone here many times and they reward that! If you sign up for the email program, you can get great coupons from them! Jollibee has won my heart! I go there as often as I am in East Orlando. Enjoy the pics of my Jollibee adventures!

A different take on fried chicken, just Philippines style. The chicken was OK. It was moist. The only thing is I do not eat dark meat and that is all they offer. Besides that mashed potatoes was average macaroni I did not care for but it was creamy. French fries were good. Hamburger was very tasty and the mango pie was very good. I did not care for the spaghetti at all. It was too sweet and I think it had hotdogs in it which I really did not like. I was able to switch out with no issues. The biscuit was not dry, but I do recommend eating and not reheating. Lots of different options a great place for a family to each have something for fast casual taste that would feed everyone. Small dining area Customer service was good attentive, and I was able to switch out my food to get something else

Jollibee is a fast food chain serving Filipino food. I had been wanting to try this since FOREVER. When I arrived there was a long line as it was the day after EDC Orlando ended (#IYKYK). The ambiance was lively as it was quite crowded, but not that loud. The cashier was really nice and our food came out quicker than I expected. We got the Chickenjoy Bucket, Jolly Crispy Fries, Mac n Cheese, Jolly Spaghetti, and Mashed Potato, Ube Pie, and Mango Peach Pie. The fried chicken was super crispy, flakey, and juicy. I personally liked the spicy flavor a lot. It paired well with the gravy it came with. The Jolly Crispy Fries, Mashed Potato, and Mac n Cheese were very good too. I was not a fan of the Jolly Spaghetti because I do not like spaghetti that much but also because this was a sweeter spaghetti that kind of tasted like barbecue sauce. I LOVED the Ube and Peach Mango Pies. The crust was flakey and sweet and it was just amazing desserts. I think that Jollibee is worth the hype and I would like to visit it again in the future. There are lots of food and drink options that should appease most taste palates.

I did not have high expectations of this place but I was shocked! The chicken was crispy! The chicken was a thousand times better than KFC and Popeyes. Gravy was 10/10. You have to dunk the chicken in the gravy! Peach mango pie, so good warm filling and a crispy crust! I tried the Ube pie too but it wasn't my favorite. Fast service and everything was very clean. Overall loved it!

The Rundown: tasty, fast fried chicken options, but don't plan to really eat in. The Review: I'm really surprised how this location has fallen. It appears to continue to be popular, for good reason as the food is excellent. But it never seems to improve outside of the kitchen. Walking in this latest visit there was even an exposed electrical box with loose wiring outside as you walked up. Fortunately the service and food are excellent, but it seems to be constantly battling repair and cleanliness issues. The dining area was poorly designed, almost as if they wanted to dissuade people from eating in but didn't want to make it obvious so they added some small seating options. It's always been busy when I've gone, simply adding a bar outside for standing room would even improve the dining option. It's consistency a mess - from the fountain station to people waiting for others to finish eating quickly and tables not being cleaned. Paired with the consistent HVAC issues that seem to be present each time (most recently, leaking ventilation including over the already limited seating). So if you're stopping by to sit and eat, be prepared for a less than stellar experience. But the food is great all around! I typically go with their sandwiches and I love their mashed potatoes but their spaghetti is great too. Slightly sweet, with bits of (hot dog?). Takes me back to canned spaghetti days when I was younger (this is not a diss, it tastes awesome and clearly isn't canned).

Can't ever go wrong with jollibees. I think their fried chicken is my favorite amongst the usual fried chicken fast food places. The chicken is well seasoned, but their gravy makes it heavenly. I'd recommend trying their Filipino spaghetti and adobo rice as sides. Spaghetti is on the sweeter side but is a favorite of mine. Their peach mango pie and ube pies are to die for. They're always super fresh and crunchy. They look identical to McDonald's apple pie but the crust is unmatched. Their service is always top tier when I go as well. Everyone's always super friendly but do have to warn that it is almost always incredibly busy and there's only like 6 tables in the establishment so be ready to wait and take it to go.

My husband is Filipino and has been craving Jollibee for months. We live up in Georgia where Jollibee is heartbreakingly nonexistent, so this Orlando stop felt like a pilgrimage. The moment we walked in he started giggling like a kid being told they could pick anything in a toy store. That alone was worth the trip. We ordered chicken with rice, mashed potatoes, fries, palabok, and of course the peach mango pie. Every single item hit. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the gravy tasted like comfort, the palabok was rich and nostalgic, and that peach mango pie was the kind of dessert that makes you pause mid bite and smile. Everything tasted exactly the way it was supposed to, which for him meant home. One of the highlights was when they took my husband's name and somehow heard Scissor instead of Cesar. The Lola who handed him the food had the best laugh about it and they shared a moment that was pure warmth and humor. It felt less like fast food and more like being welcomed in by family who enjoys a good joke. The restaurant was clean, well run, and buzzing with happy energy. But the staff truly made the experience. Friendly, kind, and clearly enjoying what they do. You could feel it. If you grew up with Jollibee or if you just want food that tastes like joy, this Orlando location delivers in every way. We left full, happy, and already talking about the next visit.

I love Jollibee as it is nostalgic for me. The staff was helpful and service was very quick! It was clean and lots of seating. I love how fresh my food was and the gravy is always my favorite when eating it with the chickenjoy and rice!

We went here on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't crowded just yet but by the time we left, it was already packed. The staff were polite and courteous. The place was clean and pleasant. We've been here before and we always enjoyed eating chicken joy but this time we tried the Korean fried chicken. It was okay. The chicken joy was better. We also tried the Korean burger and it was good. We got spaghetti and the palabok. I enjoyed the palabok more than the spaghetti. The Guava drink was really good and of course the mango peach pie was great. I would definitely come back here and order the chicken joy.

Jolibee is a childhood Filipino staple of mine! While this is a bit far from the area I'm at, I still make the drive every once in a while as I don't have it as bad as those that don't have it! While the menu isn't all the same in all the locations and especially not from the Philippines, I find every time I go, there is something new to try! The chickenjoy with the gravy is a must for me. A go to side would be the basic white rice but recently started trying out the palabok which is a hit or miss in this location. Most times it is okay but others the noodles can be mushy. I personally don't like the spaghetti (in general) as it does have a sweeter profile than traditional spaghetti but is a must for most Filipinos. You also can't go wrong with the aloha burger , Jolli-fries, and their Pineapple Quencher! Now for the location and service. I went on a Sunday early lunch time and decided to go in to eat inside. First, there was no one in the drive thru but they were swamped inside! Maybe it's because of the amount that each family ordered but all the crew looked to be a little flustered and all over the place to try to complete orders. We had to wait on the cashier as she was helping out on packing the orders and creating the combos. This was fine as we had time to pick what we want but a line formed very quickly. The location itself has potential but one downfall: seating. There were only 6 families seated as those were the only amount of tables they had in the store so everyone else either crowded the doors or the soda machine waiting for their orders. With the combination of lack of seating, and the wait because of the crew, it caused the dining area to be very overstimulating and crowded. Overall, will come back for the food but would probably just order through the drive thru and eat inside the car (which we ended up doing) or get it delivered.
