Follow our antics as we do a mini food tour today. First up: Jollibee. Double Aloha Burger: Taste is good, but without the pineapple, the burger will fall flat. The patty was too overcooked for my taste. Spicy Chicken Sandwich: I LOVE this sandwich. I've been a fan of Popeyes Chicken Sandwich for a long time, BUT this may be my favorite Go To sandwich from now on. I'm a fan of black pepper, and it's evident in the batter. Also, the batter isn't as thick as Popeyes either. The chicken portion is HUGE! And the overall sandwich is JUICY! Ube Pie: Good flavor, very crispy outside, and Ube cream filling is delightful. Love us some Jollibees. It's a bit pricey for chicken but they have so much more stuff. The spicy chicken sometimes can be too spicy but we love it. We always get an extra large order of gravy. Because it's soooo good! The pies are meh. It's a hit or miss. So far 2/3 times it's been a miss. My mister has been truly disappointed. read more

This was my first time ever having Jollibee's and I was not impressed at all. I placed my order through drive thru and the worker had a cheerful voice and was really helpful. The outside of the building still looks new and clean. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with fries and a Pineapple Quencher. The worker took my payment and handed me my food in a timely manner. I unwrapped my sandwich and to my surprise it wasn't that big. It's smaller than a regular chicken sandwich from Chick-Fila or even Popeyes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the only thing spicy was the 2 slices of jalapeños. The fries were bland and needed salt, and the pineapple quencher just tasted like water downed pineapple juice. This meal was close to $12 and wasn't even worth it. To me I can get more food for a lower price at other fast food chicken chains, that tastes better. read more

This is my all time favorite fast food chicken place. Their chicken is the absolute best fried chicken in central FL. The people are friendly, fast, and courteous. The peach mango pie is the best side dessert of any fast food place. The place is always bustling, dine in, take out, drive thru, you name it! I had heard about this restaurant for many years when they were just in the Philippines, then I heard they had expanded is many western countries, including the U.S., I had been wishing to try their food as I heard they had the best fried chicken. Finally, 3 years ago they came to Orlando. I have been here a dozen times over the past year and I would probably go more often than that if I lived closer to this restaurant. read more

Went there after a stressful day, ordered an upgraded bucket meal A with 10pc chicken 50/50, a side of spaghetti and mashed potatoes. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful, and the sides are good too. The server Rowena made us to a lucky spin after and I got a mango pie. First of all, I was so disappointed with this location of Jollibee. I know they close at 11pm and we arrived at the drive thru at 10:45pm and they told us there's a lot of are out because it's closing time. I never had this experience before with the jollibee. They gave me our order but it was missing an item which is a gravy. We came back to ask for it and they didn't informed us "we're out of it" as the lady who takes the order. I have to speak up that please communicate with your customers and not add any other items we didn't ask for it's a ice way to replaced it but unfortunately it's not the right way to do it. This is how you lose customers. The man or the manager was nice enough to make one for us. So thank you for him. About the food, the fries is old and doesn't even taste the fries of jollibee. A lot of hype, finally got to visit. This location is inconveniently located right off the main highway. If you want to make the right turn to get into there you'd better not miss it as it did not connect to the parking lot's next store. They chose to violate highway safety rules to keep you in their parking lot and really it's just an inconvenience to the customer. Leaving was another hassle I ended up on some side road go in the wrong way. The city inspector that approves these prints should be fired. The dining room of the restaurant it's so small I question if dying in was an option. So keep in this in mind it's definitely not good for large groups. The primary means of Service is the drive through. The service itself was actually good. The counter was quick to take my order didn't forget the upsell and cross sell options. The guy put in the orders together and calling out your name was also having a good day at workAnd was doing a great job. The entire staff was busyI do in a great job managing the restaurant. The food itself, Well Let's just say the French fries absolutely suck. They taste like that cheap generic brand at Walmart of straight fries the frozen section. I really didn't even want the fries after eating the first one so do not buy their French fries. The sandwich I got was something Hawaiian. This was actually great! I want to go back and try more of the different chicken sandwiches they offer. What's really interested is that a fast food restaurant has spaghetti on the menu. Even though I have a cat named spaghetti Cati did not order the spaghetti so I do not know how it taste. I do imagine almost every child will want to order aside a spaghetti. This is my favorite fast food fried chicken joint. It never disappoints! Chicken is always crispy, crunchy, and flavorful. Service is pretty fast. The only thing I hate about it is that they had a spicy chicken shortage for over a year (I'm not sure if it's still on), and although they were lucky because their original chicken is good and flavorful too (something not every chicken joint can say), I only eat spicy chicken anywhere I go. read more

Keep seeing this on YouTube and the hype was unreal so finally had to come and try it! The inside was small but very clean. We got the 6 piece bucket of fried chicken, got the following sides, rice, fries, and spaghetti. It also came with a side of gravy. We also got the peach mango pies. Pineapple juice to drink. Pineapple juice was delicious, not overly sweet. Spicy fried chicken- a good amount of spice, kind of crispy, juicy inside. The gravy it came with was delicious. Would of liked a little more crunch to the chicken. Sides, fries was decent, rice was a little dry, the spaghetti was good, came with chunks of hot dog and it was sweet. The pie was ok too. Solid 3.5 stars for a first visit. Had to see what the hype was about. Well it's middle of the road for me. Favorites for me were the baked Mac n cheese, spaghetti which is not the traditional spaghetti. It's somewhat sweet with hot dogs. Yummy! Don't skip the Mango Peach pie. I'll be back for several pies. The mango refresher drink is just that...refreshing after a hot day. The chicken was ok. Nothing to break my neck over to get but it was hot and fresh. I'm not a gravy person but I tasted it and yeah, I'm not a gravy person. Lol! The biscuit was basic and could have been left out. Definitely not a Popeyes biscuit. You got Fried Chicken in my Gravy!!! You got Gravy on my Fried Chicken!!! I can see the commercials now. If you're like me, I'm sorry. But also, you probably haven't had gravy on fried chicken. Shortly after the East Orlando location opened, we ventured out at 10:30a to try their chicken. We ordered to go because that was the style at the time. (I think they have since added tables). We ordered a 6 piece, a side of spaghetti, a side of Mac n cheese and a pie. It was kind of overpriced for what you got, but it's new so F'it. The Chicken was amazing. The breading was crispy and the chicken inside was moist. What more do you want from fried chicken. It came with gravy which I had no idea it did, so I put my hand up on my hip, and dipped I dipped we dipped. Wow, gravy on fried chicken? Who knew? Apparently a happy bee did! You got spaghetti on my hot dogs!!! You got hot dogs in my spaghetti!! Uh... sorry, no thanks from me. The side of spaghetti was a joke for $5. Seriously! It was disappointing in size and I wasn't a fan of the flavor. Mrs. S. friggin loved it so that's her jam now, Jollibee Pasta. We have Mangia about a mile away... The Mac n cheese was good but nothing great.. Same with the pie. The chicken though... get that chicken! On another visit, I tried the spicy and the spicy was actually spicy, which is what spicy is supposed to be. The chicken was juicy and crispy and pretty darn good. It's spicier than the Popeye's version of Spicy, but not inedible, but everyone's tolerance ranges from infantile to Thai craziness. Is it good? Yes! Is it Expensive? Yes, considering Winn Dixie and Publix have Fried Chicken that's a lot cheaper, and you get white meat. We'll probably order here and there and now that dine-in is available, I'd be more likely to try their sandwiches as getting fried chicken to go or eating in my car isn't my cup of honey tea. I'd love to try some white meat or a wing! I hope they release their full menu soon. Some of the non chicken and spaghetti stuff looks like it would be good. I was able to drive all the way to the other side of town to get a bucket of Jollibee. The drive thru line was not busy, but I did have to wait for my food. They do offer the spicy chicken and it was consistent with other jollibee locations I've dine at. I didn't realized how spicy their chicken were, but it was edible. I do enjoy their spaghetti and it was good. You can't forget about the pineapple juice. It was refreshing. I didn't like the mango pie tho it was too sweet for me. This place is good! I have been looking forward to for a long, long time. Years, thanks to the pandemic. But now, it's time. The lines for when it opened were astronomical. I waited for a week, and I still had to wait in a two hour line. Very polarizing. I wondered, is this gonna be worth it? Turns out, yes. I sampled a bunch of things. I'll have to go back, now that the hype has died down, because I'm not actually sure if this is the actual quality of the product, or if it was compromised by the hurry, hurry, hurry of the opening rush. Anyway. The fried chicken was good! It wasn't Popeyes level, but it was certainly KFC level of good. Nice and crunchy and meaty. I was a fan. It came with a biscuit, which was unremarkable, but I was glad it was there. Chicken tenders. Good. They were long and skinny, which I like, because it makes them last longer as you dip and bit, dip and bite. And they have some pretty unique sauces, too. I forgot which ones I got, but it was nice to have choices that weren't just ketchup or BBQ or ranch. Fries, good. Mac & cheese, good. Adobo rice, surprisingly good! It's packed in there, so you get a Lot of rice. And the flavor is truly unlike anything you can get out of a drive-thru. Speaking of truly unique, the spaghetti was literally a six star dish. Well-cooked noodles, fun little slices of hot dogs, and a sweet-ish sauce that really makes this just so good. I'm gonna buy a family pack of it next time and just eat it for dinner all week long. Oh how I wish you were closer;( Such a good eat. It took a bit to get the food but when I did I was pleasantly satisfied with everything. The two drinks I got were very refreshing and the perfect amount of sweet. I'm not even a gravy eater and Jollibee certainly changed my mind on it! The chicken was hot and crispy. The spaghetti was a delicious balance of both savory and sweet and the pies were similar to McDonald's apple pies with a more tropical taste! The inside reminds me a bit of McDonald's but the little bee in the front is so cute I had to get a picture with him. I was excited to try this place and maybe I had built it up too much. I want to address some other things before I mention the food. The dining area is VERY small and the tables were very dirty. I saw no one cleaning them. The trash was overflowing and as crowded as it was the small dining area felt pretty nasty. The staff is obviously new but I did not appreciate them arguing about how to do thing while taking the orders. We tried a selection of different things and the price was OK for fast food. Chicken sandwich was not great. I feel PDQ and Chick fil-a do it much better. The hamburger was really dry with not much flavor. The fries seem a duplicate of Dairy Queen fries. I was surprised with the spaghetti since I don't normally do red sauce. I found it creamy like a tomato bisque. I noticed that the double doors at the front were locked forcing everyone to use the single side door. This would be a big safety issue if there was a fire or something. Okay, so there is a lot of hype for this place... but first thing to let you know... as far as chicken, they only offer DARK MEAT for the plates and buckets. Now, the tenders are white meat and that is what my wife ordered. She said the tenders were bland, not much flavor so you use one of the sauces. To be fair they are big and long pieces. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. I really enjoyed it as it comes with a spicy mayonnaise and fresh slices of jalapeños. I also ordered the spaghetti because I was curious... curiosity satisfied. It was a little on the sweeter side and has either pieces of sausage or hot dog in it. Not sure if I'd pay 5 bucks for it again, though. The peach mago pie was good but my wife said she prefers the pies from other joints... sorry just being honest. Now... if you are into fresh juices... the pineapple drink is delicious and super sweet. Drive through service... umm... we it was Sunday evening and the line was super long in the drive through. I'm officially obsessed! I can't wait to go back! That spaghetti was so unique and sweet and not your typical. Nobody expects spaghetti at a fried chicken place but I had to try it. I found out later it's got ham and hot dogs in the sauce. So weird but it works. The fried chicken was crispy AF and oh so juicy. I am really looking forward to trying more of the traditional Filipino dishes when they expand the menu. We got lucky and went just before 11 before the lines started to build up. I've heard so many things about Jollibee so I had to try it. The line was super long BUT they had drive thru attendants (I don't even know if that's a thing but they gave have them). The attendants gives you a menu and make sure your close enough to the car ahead of you while you wait for the person to come to your car to take your order. I ordered a three piece with fries and gravy with a drink and of course when I seen the peach mango pie I had to have it too. The chicken was ok needed some seasoning (but I guess that's how they do it) did not like the gravy. But that peach mango pie was on point!! OMG!!!! Fried chicken w/gravy, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, peach mango pie... every single item was phenomenal. Service was excellent and surprisingly quick considering the crowd (this location had been open a mere 10 days at the time of my visit). I do feel the prices are steep but after trying the food, I would pay it again and again. Will definitely return. FYI the peach mango pie is not overly sweet like typical pie. The fruit's natural flavors shine. FYI: although this location opens at 9am, there is not a separate breakfast menu. Same menu available during all hours the restaurant is open. Not sure how permanent the ordering situation is but as of January 2023: there is a roped off line outside where staff pass out menus, take your order on mobile computers, and provide a vibrating disc that alerts you when your order is ready for pickup. Then customers go inside to pay and receive the order. There was no interior seating. There is drivethru that appeared organized in multiple lanes like a Chick-fil-A situation. It was hard to determine how quickly the car line was moving. Parking appeared limited in the jollibee private lot but there are adjacent lots to park and walk over if needed. Overall, we were deterred by the outside line but decided to try anyway. Organization was excellent and we enjoyed our first experience a great deal. Highly recommend! read more

I was so excited to finally hear that Jollibee had an opening date for Orlando so of course I had to stop by! From entering the line to getting the order took about an hour and a half because of it being the grand opening but the service was phenomenal. They stopped by and gave the cars in the drive thru menus and they directed the traffic perfectly so there was no confusion on lines! Now the food, of course it's amazing! The crunch on the chicken is insane and the flavors are so so good! For the first day they had a minimum of $70 for orders which was easy because I was planning on getting food for my family. I got two ChickenJoy Buckets with the spaghetti (which is my absolute fave)! Each was 6 pieces of chicken, a family size of spaghetti and 3 of their delicious pies! Perfect for any family. Jollibee is one of my favorite fast food chains in the Philippines, but sadly, the food here is different. The spaghetti was darker and not as sweet as I remember, and the burgers had more of an American style. The chicken was great, but the gravy wasn't quite it. I've had jolibee before but never got the chicken, only tried the spaghetti and peach mango pies, so I was super excited to try the famous chicken! We waited about 2 hours in total. The staff played music occasionally outside while we waited which is nice. The service is amazing and friendly and once we ordered the food came out within 10 minutes!! I got the 3 piece with mashed potatoes. The chicken is so juicy and crispy, but the breading doesn't have much flavor. It's also pretty affordable at $13 for the combo (with drink) and honestly the chicken is so large a 2 piece would've done it for me. Definitely try the peach mango pie too! If you want to try the spaghetti just know it's very sweet for my taste. Overall I'm not sure if I would return any time soon but if I'm ever craving some juicy chicken it's in a great location with friendly staff. read more

So excited about this place finally opening up after all the talk! As a Filipino, Jollibee hits home for us. It's a huge staple in the Philippines and it's even more popular than McDonalds. They're known for their Chicken Joy which is fried chicken like no other. I ordered the meal I usually get when I get back home -- Chicken Joy with Spaghetti and White Rice. Got the meal with a Pepsi. The workers are very nice and welcoming. Surprising, I only waited less than 45 minutes in the drive thru because the dining room was way too crowded for me. I am a little upset when I came home and come to realize they didn't pack my white rice or gravy. I understand that it was opening day and crazy busy... but I got a biscuit instead of my white rice. Jollibee is a Filipino fast-food staple and its definitely something you should at least try once! I love the chicken for Jollibee, I always get the original with Palabok. This location is new so unfortunately, they don't have palabok on the menu yet, so you'll have to travel to the Tampa location to try it. The spaghetti is great side option but this not the same as Italian spaghetti. This is Filipino spaghetti, so it is a little sweeter and with hot dogs. Also don't miss the peach mango pie! And by the time we got it, there was a crowded mob of new customers waiting in a small minimally furnished warm dining area. I guess the A/C was out and they were trying to help the situation with portable A/C units that just weren't doing it. It was nicer outside! ...but at least the Spicy Chicken sammy was good enough. I have missed Jollibee. We had a few in the area where we used to live in NJ, so I was excited to learn one was opening here in Orlando. The opening kept moving back, and we were devastated. Jollibee has the best fried chicken in the chicken wars. It looks like they added some new items in the year or so we missed out on having Jollibee. We tried the biscuit and mac and cheese. These were what you would expect at a fast food joint. To my disappointment, there is currently no spicy Chickenjoy for anyone else who exclusively lives and dies by the spicy. I asked and they don't know when it will be available. Honestly, the spicy is just more flavorful to me. I did want to try the chicken sandwich anyway, but I really wanted my spicy Chickenjoy since it's been a year. That was so sad, but honestly the spicy deluxe sandwich was really good and fresh, and I was still able to get a side of gravy for dipping. At least I now have a new favorite to fall back on.
