I had a DoorDash delivery; the driver took about 15 minutes to locate me. Food was barely warm. I can't say that the temperature of my food was solely based on the time it took for the Dasher to locate me; because the quality of the food was bad. The I ordered the two piece chicken with spaghetti. The chicken was soggy and not crispy at all. The cheese on top of the spaghetti was hard as a rock and I had about three slices of hotdog. It was a total disappointment and waste of money. It's a shame that a fast food chain like Jollibee is being represented this way. On the menu they had currently unavailable under all of their hamburger selections WTF! if they can't do better; it'll be Philly's loss. read more

Whew, what a day. Came here on Saturday, September 3, 2022 with another person. Logistics first - we arrived at 1:04 pm, we ordered at 3:42 pm, we received the items at 4:15 pm and we arrived home at 4:45 pm. Yes, it was a long time however we knew that prior to coming here so we were prepared with water, full gas tank, cool AC, and chit chat in the car. The line wrapped around the entire street. Here's where the incident happened. As I was turning into the parking lot (approximately at 2:45 pm), some poor excuse of a human being cut in line WHILE smirking. After debating what seems to be eternity, we took initiative. Mark, the Flagger Force employee, went above and beyond to help us. I got out of my car and began recording the poor excuse of a human being who was in his car with a woman and three children. Mark explained to him that everyone has to wait their turn in line and that he has to leave. The man in the car proceeded to act like a child and pull his window up. He asks me why I'm recording and begins to record me as well. Because I did not want to be wrongly accused, I stated all facts - stating the time we arrived, who specifically cut in front of us, as well as allowing him the right to record me for I did nothing wrong. The man eventually left. We cannot stress enough how helpful and kind Mark was. He deserves a raise. After the incident, Christian, the employee, took our order. It came out to be $72.50. The employee at the window was also extremely friendly. I would say that the yumburger was nothing extraordinary. I enjoyed the deluxe chicken sandwich and the spicy and regular chicken wings. All in all, it was a long day. Minus one star for the car incident and that they didn't have chicken tenders yet. 4 stars for the staff and their professional experience and help. read more

Chicken is good but this jollibee is a mess. Let's go with wait times. The weekend drive thru wait time was an hour. Think about that. And the pest part of it was if you got to the drive thru, you can't leave it. It's all blocked in so you have no option but to wait for the order. The chicken is good but not enough to sit that long for. Then when I went to order, they ran out of the pies...I looked inside as I was waiting at the drive thru and there wasn't even that many people and saw that folks were waiting in there for a long time as well. Yeah I was all excited about going to Jollibee since I haven't been there since I was in LA 10+ years ago. The wait is quite long I was in the drive through about 35 minutes and I can truly say it was totally not worth it and I will never come to this over-hyped establishment. It's kind of like how people on the West Coast talk about IN N OUT BURGER. But at least IN N OUT BURGER was not that bad when you finally get the burger. Jollibee I ordered family pack chicken spaghetti, mango peach pie, beef steak, palabok fiesta. So after spending $52, I realized no spaghetti, and I wasn't about to drive back. Chicken was undercooked, beef steak looked like two mini beef Pattie's tossed in gravy mushroom and it looked awful and it tasted watery so bad something I wouldn't even give my dog to. The palabok I literally trashed after taking one bite. Overall the place was some big hype and the food and service pretty awful. I only have it 2 stars because the girl taking our order at the drive through was very nice, she has no control of the food or how the girls at the drive-through pick up were laughing swearing up a storm while I had my toddler son with me. This place is a nightmare! Sadly I didn't read some of these reviews before heading to Jollibee's. Needless to say, now that I have been, it will be my first and last visit ever. The management must be horrendous, as they are no way prepared or qualified to handle the number of customers that they have. I waited over an hour in the drive-through lane (only because there was no way to exit the line once you were in it. You would think they are pushing out gourmet dinners at the rate they were serving customers - it took forever. Also, $14.99 for a 6 piece all dark meat chicken bucket is ridiculous. I'll stay with Popeye's and Chick-Fil-A. I've been in drive-through lines twice as long in Chick-Fil-A and waited no more than 15-20 minutes. Forgot to mention - you couldn't order most of the things on the menu, as they were either out, or you had to order in some weirdo combo. I wanted the 10 piece bucket, but could only have it if I ordered three sides. What??? Wanted the spicy; they didn't have it. By the way this was at 2:15 in the afternoon ---not even a prime meal time. Definitely my worst experience in a FAST-food joint ever. read more

Terrible place to go! Very bad customer service. We waited for 2 hrs to get our online order! The food tastes bad, not the same as the other Jollibees that we have been. My partner is a Filipina and we have waited a year for the Jollibee opening. Just terrible. Absolutely the worst fried chicken I ever had. 6 pieces for $15; Popeye's 10 pieces for $15 and leaves Jollibee's in the dust. Fried chicken had no taste, the breading was soggy and grease-laden. My partner agreed it was awful. Sweet spaghetti with hot dog slices? Really? She never touched it. We looked at the brown gravy and first wondered what to do with it. She tasted it and spit it out. The peach-mango pie was overly sweet filling and deep-fried. Ugh. One order of chicken, one order of spaghetti, two pies for $28. Won't be back. Ever. read more

For fast food restaurant this is the slowest fast food I have ever been to. I have been to CA, FL and NJ is worth their fast food. Food is definitely good. Service is I guess failed to wait for to go order it should not take you 25 minutes and for dine in for 15 minutes. When this fast food first open up here in Philadelphia I was in a long line but it only took 10 minutes to get my order longer to wait in line. They should revisit their system on how they do things in this location. It's a shame other locations have a very good system. Well Jollibee international paging. One more important thing how in the world will you run out of PALABOK which is the most important and popular food customers order. I decided to update the review after coming back two more times and experiencing bad service. The second time my order was almost ready after more than hour waiting and the employee took one of my chicken sandwiches and gave it to someone who came after me so I had to wait even longer. Been to the Jollibee in Edison and this one was good but missing the full menu such as the Aloha Yumburger. Was told they'll have a full menu when things die down. Went day 2 and it was a 45 min wait in line, but the drive thru was 2-3 hours. Not worth it. Always go with the walk up. They have all these plastic gates where ppl have knocked down running over them to get in the drive thru . It's confusing asf to get inside and many people were circling around the place to get inside the drive through . ive ordered here like 10 times already and every time..... i noticed the staff are so slow. like they dont care about how many people are in line or at the drive through. they'll just take their sweet little time and not care. go to the Philippines the Jollibee employees there are all fast moving! everyone moves fast. they should monitor the staff here on how slow they're moving. they keep forgetting the utensils, napkins and straws in the bag. Retrain them all. The food is good, no complaints. The 2 star rating is because of the slow and apologetic pathetic service. FAST FOOD! this is a slow food restaurant. I saw people leaving the lines just because of how slow (not even how long) the line is. You're losing a lot of business just because your staff work so slow.!!!!!
