I have been going to Dr. F for over 10 years. Now my children go there as well. I have no problems referring individuals here because I know they will be just as satisfied as I have been. Came here about a year ago to get a pair of prescription glasses. Was helped out and ended up getting an expensive pair, mind you this was being paid out of pocket. The receptionist was not as helpful as I have experienced at other optometrist. Story short, I received my glasses yet within a month the lining inside started falling apart. I was told I had warranty for them if anything were to happen. Therefore, I called to get a repair but once again got a very unprofessional receptionist saying they would call me to inform me when my new pair arrived. Least to say it's been over a year and yet I have not received my new pair or been given a call. Would not recommend this place to anyone, horrible customer service!!!!! read more

I have had a few appointments with Dr Fitzpatrick since my insurance changed & each visit I am always greeted with a smile from the front desk ladies & Dr Fitzpatrick is always prompt, professional & answers all my questions. I really enjoy that he actually takes a minute to ask me how my day is going or remembers that I have kids & will ask how they are doing. Feels like friends & family instead of an eye dr appt. The staff is welcoming and great! I arrived at the office 30 minutes early to my appointment and was still seen immediately. Dr. Fitzpatrick has a great ability to explain the cause of symptoms I was having in a way that I could understand. He recommended several treatments with specific instructions that made it easy to follow. When selecting a new pair of glasses, the staff helped me pick out a pair and broke down everything my insurance would cover and everything I would have to pay out of pocket. I've been coming to Dr. Fitzpatrick for about 3 years now. He is always super nice and the office is always clean. Last year my son had a vision test at school. The school was concerned that my son was color blind and needed glasses. I brought my son to see Dr. Fitzpatrick and my son gets anxious with any sort of Dr (he's 7yrs old). The moment my son met Dr. Fitzpatrick he felt comfortable. Dr. F was super patient with my son explaining to him step by step what he was going to do next. He made my son laugh and let my son see all the eye instruments first so that my son would know that it wasn't anything that would hurt him. It turns out my son did need glasses and is color blind but Dr. F. didn't make my son feel bad about any of these things. He explained that its nothing my son did, these things just happen. I highly recommend Dr. F he is amazing with adults but especially your nervous little ones. read more

So glad I rediscovered Dr. Fitzpatrick after my first visit a few years ago! Everything people say here is true--he is warm and professional, and his staff is equally friendly and helpful. He was very patient and helped me understand how progressive lenses and bifocals are different, and why bifocals may be best for me. Very good selection of frames as well. I'd been in a different network for a while, and then tried a couple of other optometrists--big mistake! I hope Dr. Fitzpatrick plans to stay around for a while; I certainly will. read more

Dr. Fitzpatrick is an absolutely superb Optometrist. He's a consummate professional with both an excellent knowledge of eye care and incredibly skilled at interacting with patients. For example, I've got a somewhat funky astigmatism so finding good lenses can be challenging. Yet, every time I come and visit he's got a newer, better lens for me to try out. Sure enough, each time they're better than the last. Point being, he's always on top of what's new and potentially better for his patients.
