During the repair, he shattered the glass in the door, leaving us with more damage than we started with. At that point, we expected accountability, follow-up, and a plan to fix what he broke. Instead, he ghosted us completely. It has now been 6-9 months of no communication. He has been unresponsive to calls, texts, and follow-ups, and he never returned to fix the damage. We were left with a broken door, damaged glass, and had to source another professional to clean up the mess. He still owes us money, time, and materials. Do NOT call this Handyman / Contractor! He is not honest, he does not keep his appointments or word. He did a bid for us months ago and he MEASURED blinds wrong. So the order now will cost us about $100 more and he not only bailed on the job but he doesn't care that he made a mistake and also took an appointment with us and we scheduled it for when the guest moved out. Be an HONEST man and tell us you are bailing instead of leaving a team hanging. Now our owners are out money and time. Then we asked him to simply CHANGE an estimate via email from HIS MISTAKE so we could get the new amount approved and e wouldn't even do this. Way to own mistakes and false promises. It's so easy to make things right when you mess up too, but he wasn't even interested. I wouldn't trust him to even hang my shower curtain. He will bid you $200 and then not even show.
