The two bathrooms David did, they look amazing!!!
    Michelle D.

This is my go-to for any and all tile/home improvement needs for my renovations. So far David has done an amazing job with leveling an uneven family room/kitchen area and re-tiling it. He also installed my new island, farmhouse kitchen sink and new quartz countertops throughout. It turned out amazing and love the results! He is very attentive to my needs, easy to work with, changing the plan if necessary and working to achieve results as seen in magazines. David is amazing and if you go to anyone else for your project, you will be disappointed! So David finished two bathrooms with amazing results, here's a few pics, more to come!! Attention to detail and easy to work with as usual, I wish I had more projects to do now cause I would call David!!!

Dave from DG Tile & Stone recently worked on flooring in our bathroom in high rise condo Downtown. He removed old tiles, installed appropriate sound barrier underlayment (required in most high rises) and installed new tiles. He is very professional, efficient and friendly. We are very satisfied with this job and strongly recommed David for any tile work. I am attaching our new bathroom floor half way completed (after not even a full day). Dave only needed to come back to grout that took almost no time. As I said he is very efficient and detailed about his work.

I highly recommend DG Tile and Stone. They tiled the floors of our 3 bathrooms and laundry room. It was a relatively small job, but they treated it as if it were very important. Dave came out soon after I contacted him, and gave me good advice and a very reasonable bid. Once on the job, he and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, and completed the job on time. They worked hard, and were very professional. The floors look great! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Intentionally has incorrect address. Do not go to the location posted. You will be at city hall in Chula Vista.

Martin was exceptional throughout the project, he was highly communicative, always keeping me informed and promptly answering any questions I had. What really stood out was his expertise and guidance when it came to product selection. He offered thoughtful advice that made it easy to choose the right materials for both style and durability. The installation itself exceeded my expectations. Martin and his team handled the demo of the old countertop and backsplash quickly and efficiently, without cutting any corners. They worked with impressive speed while still maintaining excellent attention to detail, and the high quality of their workmanship was evident in every aspect of the finished product. It was clear they take pride in their work. Even more impressive was how clean and organized everything was once the job was complete. They made sure to thoroughly clean up the workspace, leaving my kitchen looking better than ever and ready to enjoy right away. On top of everything else, their pricing was very competitive, especially considering the level of quality and service provided. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The professionalism, efficiency, quality of work, and value were top-notch. I would absolutely recommend Ponce Countertops to anyone looking for countertop installation, you won't be dissatisfied!

I had multiple questions around pricing, back-and-forth with the slab yards, and he helped me navigate it all. The crew was efficient in installing the slab for our island and cleaned up everything afterwards. They also sealed the countertop before they left. The pricing was in line with what I'd expect for this type of install in San Diego.

We were told that we only needed two so we paid for those and immediately were told that we needed a third slab and they chose not to honor the rate for 3. Disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. We paid for them anyways. The main issue came in where we chose 3 slabs from a "batch" which all had the same numbers on them. I asked to make sure and were told that we were getting book matched slabs. Essentially, a left and right "shoe" that makes a pair so the fabricator can match veining properly when installing. When our fabricator showed up to pick up the slabs, they were sandwiched together so that they couldn't see the faces. Our fabricator also asked if they were book matched slabs to confirm before picking them up. SD Stone confirmed with the fabricator that they were book matched. So at this point: myself, the person with me, and the fabricator are all under the impression we are receiving book matched slabs. However, upon picking them up and arriving to the fabricators business, they found that they were not in fact book matched. Essentially, like the idea of coming home with 2 left shoes versus a left and right. We tried contacting the company and they insisted that both myself and the fabricator were informed correctly and that all sales are final and there was nothing they were willing to do. It was frustrating to deal with because it felt like both myself, the person with me, and the fabricator were being gaslit to believe that we were fully informed something that we were not. I'm sure they will respond here with their version of the story. Unfortunately, I personally would not recommend them after this experience.

Followed up every week for 3 weeks asking when will my slab be available and was always given "soon". Got a call that it was available in mid-May and went to go get it picked up. I had nothing but problems with Jose and his team but hopefully my experience will serve as a…read morewarning for others. I had LVP floors installed and had my subfloor leveled. Jose had his team/family members do the work, and though they were hard workers, they were incredibly bad at their job. The leveling was completely inadequate and I had to get them back to redo two rooms. The transition pieces were all uneven and they broke one, getting glue everywhere. Jose loves to gaslight and says "my team wouldn't do that". Of course they did and the images prove it. Multiple walls had the flooring right up against the wall instead of leaving the 1/4 inch required gap for expansion. Jose himself was the worst communicator, not saying when his team would arrive till 30 minutes before, when they weren't coming everyday and a few times wouldn't show up due to random excuses. But the worst thing of all, was how uneven the subfloor is. They put so much self-leveling that I had to severely modified doors so that they could open. It was done so poorly, the subfloor varied by a half an inch from the door frame to the wall where the door opens. This was the case on three of the doors in my place. Closet openings were even worse, being 3/4 of an inch off from one side to the other causing lots of expense and a lot of work to find a solution to get a closet door to fit. Overall, the work done is what I would expect a first time floor layer to do. Jose himself was full of excuses and loved to gaslight. The price might seem competitive, but the quality of work makes you feel like you overpaid multiple times.
