Unfortunately, once the contract was signed, the organization and communication we initially experienced disappeared. Scheduling became incredibly difficult, with calls and emails going unanswered. On two occasions the crew simply didn't show up on the days we had confirmed. We rearranged work schedules to be home for these appointments, yet no apologies or explanations were offered beyond "we mixed up the dates." The first phase of the project, coordinated with our roofing company, was especially frustrating. The insulation crew arrived without any understanding of the plan and without the equipment they needed, forcing them to leave and return later. This delayed our roofers and put us in an uncomfortable position having to explain the situation. Scheduling the second half of the job was equally challenging. When the crew finally arrived, they again seemed unaware of what was supposed to be done, and ultimately did not complete all the work outlined in our contract. This required scheduling a third visit, during which the team showed up without proper tools and had to borrow ours in order to finish removing old insulation. We requested a specialist afterward to confirm that everything had finally been completed, but this amounted only to a brief walkthrough and quick scan of the areas. While the insulation work itself appears to have been done well, the management and scheduling process was exceptionally poor. We shared all of these concerns with the only contact we were able to reach, yet received no real acknowledgment or resolution. Unless Green Cocoon makes significant improvements to their scheduling and internal communication, I cannot recommend them. I genuinely hope the end result of the work holds up over time, but the experience getting there was unnecessarily stressful.

He completed the audit and went over all of his findings thoroughly. He explained the improvements our home needed to be more energy efficient as well as programs that we might be eligible for (interest free loans, no cost updates and general tips to improve energy efficiency.) The next step was to get our attic more insulation and our bathroom exhaust. Younes and Hector arrived at our home as scheduled for the improvements (again ETA was communicated and they were precisely on time.) They were professional and respectful; Younes and Hector communicated every step they were doing while making sure that they kept their work station clean (they left without leaving a trace. When I need help with cooling or heating issues, Revise will be the first one I contact!

I waited all day for someone to come by. Now I have texted them to get a scheduled date and they told me next week, but nothing. Emailed again, nothing, called and all I get is answering machine. If they do not want to do the work, at least let me know so I can get someone else. If they are busy, then say that. They rebuilt all of the damaged areas and installed the new roof. The result was a structure that is better than than original. The men who did the work were pleasant to work with and took great care to clean the work area before leaving each day. The cost for the additional work was exceedingly fair. Contractor estimated 3 days and the work took approximately 3 weeks. No one has come out for the punch list items after Tom said he would send someone out about 2 weeks ago. No paperwork was provided with the sliding door- so no manufacturer warranty. We don't expect any further contact.
