It also wasn't overly salted and had just the right amount of sweetness. It was rich, indulgent and creamy. It had the perfect amount of caffeine to leave me feeling energized without the jitteriness. My friend ordered a tea and pastry and raved about hers. The seating was pretty comfortable and the ambiance was great. I liked how it wasn't too noisy, so we were able to hear one another easily. The cafe is nice and bright with gorgeous paintings on the wall and motivating quotes written beside them. They have a small shared lot that can be pretty tight to get in and out of, especially when there's large vehicles parked there. Thankfully, since it was the end of the day and most of the other businesses were closed, I was able to get in and out easily, with plenty of spots available! Precisely the sort of gamble I have come to embrace. And thus, I arrived at Reborn Coffee. As something of a coffee connoisseur myself...a title bestowed upon me by absolutely no governing body...I entered the establishment with cautious optimism and modest expectations. I was promptly greeted by a kind gentleman behind the register. His name, regrettably, remains unknown to me. A mysterious figure. A guardian of the bean, if you will. I elected to order my usual: an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. Humble? Yes. Simple? Certainly. But simplicity, when executed correctly, is one of life's greatest demonstrations of excellence. My beverage arrived approximately 3.5 milliseconds later. I was stunned. Already? Speculation began circulating within my mind. Suspicion mounted. Questions arose. Could something produced at such tremendous velocity truly possess quality? I raised the cup. I took my first sip. Gentle reader... my third eye opened. The latte was magnificent. Smooth, flavorful, refreshing, and precisely what a gentleman undertaking a high-stakes morning delivery required. Any doubts I previously harbored vanished instantaneously. I was humbled. The coffee shop is a good size with many tables available for seating inside. It has huge windows so it's nice that the natural light shines through. Really welcoming vibe and excellent customer service. During this visit we ordered the Coconut Mocha Latte and Honey Hojicha Latte. Both lattes were delicious and hot, freshly made and brewed just how I like them. The coconut and mocha were a perfect blend. It wasn't too sweet and the espresso balanced out the taste of the coconut and mocha. The Honey Hojicha is also on point as it's not too sweet. The honey didn't over power the taste of espresso. We can't wait to come back and try other coffee drinks on Reborn Coffee's menu.
