That's right guys who haven't proposed yet, you gotta buy more than one! I'm sure I sound like a knucklehead right now, but I totally forgot you had to buy a second, pretty cool ring. Besides the ridiculousness I heard that some people get a 3rd ring that goes diagonal and connects them all aside, this seemed a bit sketch. Men have been running things exclusively for almost ever, and we seem to have dropped the ball around wedding time. That said, jokingly, my gal is worth a second, and possibly even a 3rd ring(that is mostly decorative). I borrowed back my proposal ring and went to the exchange in Boca. It was a very busy day, so many customers, and of course many sellers. But the gal at Jonro was there for me. She gave me a beckon call, and we found a ring that was nice and classy within mionutes. It was too small so she said come back in 45. Within less than an hour I had the perfect ring(second), and had a great contact to share with anyone looking for something nice to add to a look. Popped in this Saturday because wifey wanted a new anklet. I saw a stunning Sapphire ring while walking the exchange, and Jon popped up and was extremely pleasant and not that pushy jeweler. We visited the entire exchange and came back as wifey deserved something special on this visit. Jon offered a couple beautiful rings at a very fair price. He explained the stones, size and makeup of each. We settled on one and a deal was quickly hatched. His wife was also part of the negotiation and a fun individual with great personality. We came back to finalize payment and were so impressed with the people AND the jewelry. These are not the typical Boca Jewelers and really amplify an experience where you want to visit again soon. It's the whole enchilada if you will. Infact we were so impressed as a family, that our working teen decided to treat himself to a piece of jewelry. STAY AWAY.... If I could give this shit hole zero stars I would. My wedding ring was 4 months old and started to turn yellow. I took it in and Jon made me feel like I was over exaggerating the color, he ultimately re-dipped it or what ever. Another 3 months go by and my ring turns yellow again. So I go back and and clearly upset and he says this is normal over time This will happen blah blah the ring wasn't even a year old. Then his wife who is also a piece of work chimes in and says sometimes the lotions and soaps you use turn your ring yellow ... I must have had a look on my face like excuse me ... what ever they tried to blame it on me saying it's my skin or what ever idk so finally after fighting with the man for 30 minutes he says he's going to remove the metal at the bottom and replace it with a stronger piece and that basically if it happens again he's not touching it. So here we are just spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a ring for him to not only give me a shitty product but then shitty customer service on top of that. If you want a good product with a proper warranty and customer service DO NOT GO HERE. Idk how these people are still in business. All those reviews are from years ago. I went to Jonro because of Jon's many years of experience as a jeweler in the diamond district of NYC. Jon took my rather boring wedding band and solitaire and turned it into a fabulous cocktail ring but still maintaining a wedding ring look. He knew my band had meaning to me (it was my grandmother's), so he creatively incorporated it into the setting.
