    The process for me buying truck was a long process. I started probably around January and met one of the most friendliest and professional but cool sale people ever. The wonderful person was Daniela Cantu. She showed me all the trucks I wanted to look at and when I wanted a little space to think she gave it happily without. That was great. Other sales people at other locations were pushy or watched from little areas around the lot. I went back countless times and she always was available. She we up and beyond. I must have called 10 times and come to see the truck of my dreams at least 6. She told me all about the truck. She was great. I couldn't believe her patience. Especially with me shopping all the time and not buy. I thought she would have gotten annoyed but she didn't. Patient and kind and professional the entire time. I had found my truck and 4 other dealerships. But what sold me on Jordan Ford was the rapport I had with Daniela. On the time of purchase her and Tom were very transparent about everything I could expect and everything. They were awesome. I recommend this place and if you're looking for a vehicle ask for Daniela Cantu. This is my 4th Ford vehicle and by far the best sales experience. Thank you so much Daniela

    Took my car in for a safety recall. They called me later that day to tell me my car was ready. I picked it up and headed home. When I got home I put my car in reverse and got the exact same error message as before I took it in. I returned to the dealership where I was told they did the repairs ford tells them to. I told them it didn't work. I took a picture of the error display and showed them. They said I could leave my car with them and they would look at it. I ask why it was NOT checked before I was called and told it was ready. Service manager told me he would have to talk to tech before he could tell me. This just another disappointment in this dealership, they are the closest to me but have the worst ethics. I hear from them all the time wanting my business back and every time I am sorely disappointed. I keep thinking they have new people so it will be better this time, and each time it's the same poor workmanship. Save yourself the headache take your vehicle any place other than jordan ford in san antonio.

    Purchased our third vehicle from Jordan Ford, specific ally Tim Lee. In my search for a loaded unicorn vehicle (preowned 2019 priced right and extremely low mileage 10k) we also had the pleasure of working with Bill Forehand who is amazingly patient with customer indecisiveness and thorough analyzation. Once we found the we wanted we were able close the deal in 3hrs. We also worked with sales managers Soloman Ebrahim and Brandon Wood- they took care of us as loyal customers. No hidden fees or increased rates, Jordan Ford has earned our business.

First, they sold me a vehicle without properly inspecting it. I actually have audio recordings of GM admitting that they skipped required internal processes and cleared engine codes prior to selling me the car to hide the fact the vehicle had no oil in the engine. And they delivered a car that was dirty and had 30 miles left in the tank. Even worse is how recklessly they handle your highly sensitive personal data. When I took my car, I found another customer's fully signed auto loan and lease agreement left inside my vehicle. This document contained all of that person's private personal information. I immediately notified management on a Saturday about this massive security breach. Instead of securing the customer's data, they completely ignored my warning and didn't retrieve the documents until two days later. The GSM admitted on recording that they allowed the vehicle to leave the lot without verifying valid insurance, even though they had us sign official paperwork falsely stating that valid insurance was provided. They are systematically cutting corners on required state documents. When notifying the GSM of these infractions he proceeded to cut me off a lot and call me "buddy" along with his service tech calling me by a different last name. When the GSM was made aware of the vehicle not having oil which was confirmed by three different sources including myself and a autozone tech all of which were recorded by several cameras and at different angles the GSM provided a tow truck only for the camera that was recording to be disconnected from my dash. When confronted the GSM said he had nothing to do with that and the GM later when asked said " You just don't do that". On top of everything that was said, When asked directly " Not to mention, the service engine light wasn't on, which means they erased codes" the GM responded by saying "Right absolutely". The only enjoyable part of this whole situation was our interaction with the finance manager who was amazing the whole time and looked out for us which can't be said about the rest of his team. Lastly, I have management's admission of multiple other infractions fully recorded on audio and video but these were the worst of it.

If it had not been for Mr. Otiz it would not have happened. My first gentleman I spoke with was Mr. Jose Otero, the general manger of the sales department. Over the next several weeks he looked for the vehicle in the Houston regional office where initial factory distribution arrives. He found a car in another city and had Israel pick it up the day I came in and had it processed it and available the next day. During the process Israel Salvador, a senior salesman, helped finalize the purchase, and since he has been my go to man working with Mr. Otero. Also Israel has spent time explaining the operation of the new features of the car and installing a couple promised add ons. I want to reiterate how Jose much went out of his way to find my vehicle and then give me both a fair trade in for my 2020 Camry and a good price that was acceptable to me. If you want a car at Universal, seek out Israel and if necessary will work with Jose to make it happen. The final and usually most painful part of buying a car is finishing the sale in the back office. Jose de la Cruz completed the paperwork with ease. A true professional in his job.

He never followed up, I arrived at 7:24pm and had to search for him by calling the store and sadly Michael was doing amazing talking to us. James stated they didn't even have a comparable car to the one he called about getting an estimate. He said they sold it at 2pm. Mind you he called at 6. So he takes the car for the estimate and it's 29 basic car fax stuff. He wasted my time, my husbands time, it was such a bad experience that I had to call the store to be removed from their call list. I went inside to search for someone to be removed from their list and it makes me question this entire dealership. 2 stars because Michael made this experience somewhat beneficial.

USAA members - they do not want your business. They are very slow and, according to their finance guy Ray, "don't like doing business with them." How World Car lives in San Antonio and has employees like Ray confuses me. Ray was rude to USAA financing on the phone (watched that live) and personally rude to me. If the GM has not gotten involved, I would have left. Their paperwork processes are horrible. We had the deal done - and I waited in the dealership for 4 hours. I wish I could have taken a nap. The car had a flat tire. No biggie, they offered to replace it. But no one replaces one tire and they wouldn't replace two. So, I offered to buy the second since it is unsafe to have one mismatched tire. They couldn't make that happen - so I have to go find a replacement tire on my own. You always want to feel good about purchasing a new car. Joe can hook you up with that feeling but every other part of this dealership will leave you wishing you had gone somewhere else.

The truck was in an accident before they sent it to me and it was not disclosed. There was damage all over the vehicle, it was infested with roaches and it was filthy. They promised it would be detailed before it was sent, getting a car with a broken light various dents and damage was shocking. MULITPLE TIMES THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX AND HAVE DONE NOTHING. The dealer immediately called me after this review. They made a handful of promises and then went radio silence as if after all the below, a bunch of broken promises would improve the situation. They have failed to keep their word on anything! DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS DEALER. DON NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ANY LIFTED TRUCK DEALER ONLINE! The only thing they did was send me a proper registration .. AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH! Here's a kicker: THEY DID NOT HAVE PROPER TITLE. Reporting to BBB, all review channels and probably filing a lawsuit in the very near future. First, delivery of the truck completely botched. They lied, got caught apologized, eventually after missing a week of important meetings and travel, the truck came. When i made the deal I made it based on two last items: the truck would detailed and it would come with a full tank of gas. That was a condition of the deal. It came absolutely filthy and it had a 1/4 tank of gas. It even had a COCKROACH INFESTATION (NOT JOKING). The truck I bought was not the truck I received. It was damaged and obviously had been in an accident. I'm not talk a dent here or there. I'm talking about gouges through the paint damage. Damage on three of the four sides of the vehicle. Cracked lights filled with water. A Bumper that was loose and damaged. Safety issues that could have been fixed but were ignored prior to sending me the car such as electronics that turned off and on, including the gps/maps, complete infotainment. TPMS SENSORS THAT WERE FAULTY. They could have just reset the electronics at least. That's not all. They sent me the car with a temp tag WITHOUT THE REGISTRATION. to this day I do not have a registration for the truck because they CANT FIND THE TITLE TO THE CAR! Yes, four months after buying the car I have NO TITLE AND NO REGISTRATION! They have acknowledged and promise to make it right but have DONE NOTHING TO FIX ANY of of the situations. NONE of them. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SENT ME A GIFT CARD TO GO SCREW YOURSELF. I have the records and texts... I'm going to upload videos of everything. So unless you don't care about having a title and registration, you don't care about honesty, you don't care about damage that they DID NOT DISCLOSE, and you don't care about getting a vehicle with a freakin' roach infestation (which is probably illegal for them to transplant a roach infestation) I would avoid buy a car from Lifted Trucks unless you're a gambler. They have done nothing but lie and fail through my entire experience.
