I needed to find a new hairstylist in the neighborhood and Jores Pierre seemed like the perfect fit! He was able to accommodate my schedule by making my appointment at 6:30pm which was very convenient. The salon itself was very clean and Pierre understood exactly what I wanted. Prior to seeing Pierre, my hair was unkempt (almost a mullet type thing going on..) so I showed him a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and he achieved it perfectly! Don't follow the map on Yelp. Finding this place was weird because the address showed something else for some reason on Yelp. Jores is actually located at Beyond Beauty Parlor on Broadway. I was able to schedule an appointment with him the day of so I could get cut before Christmas weekend. I asked him to give me a cut on the sides and a trim on the top to keep my topknot look. He is so chill and very nice and really asked what I wanted and made sure that I got what I asked. First time going here, was able to make an appointment the day of (Friday). It's within a salon, and the place is very clean and well kept. Asked for a high fade and some styling on the top. I made an appointment for both of my kids and I'm so glad I did! He replies fast with appointments, is very patient, kind and knows exactly what we wanted!!! My husband was very impressed!! Prices are good and there's parking in the back for free. He was only able to cut my oldest hair cause i told him the baby would just be too fussy. ( I just didnt want to deal with the baby crying after his nap.) BUT, I'm positive he could've perfected the haircut as well!!! We will definitely be back!
