I then asked when can I expect them being hemmed, she gave me a date, said they would call, of course they didn't, so I gave them some weeks. Stopped by and they were done, but guess what..........they only take cash. Came back a few days later with cash, got my pants but felt I was over charged for the work they did. Not a fan of this place, the customer service is nonexistent, the price for small jobs is asinine, and the work was just ok.

First time Yelp reviewer here! Deserves a few minutes of my time…read more.. I was at Buyers Fair with some family members recently. A cute, pink cami caught my attention. My sister-in-law said, "why don't your bargain with them?" I know that people do this kind of thing all the time but I have never tried it, so I thought... why not?! I asked the very friendly clerk if she would take the price I was offering to pay (only a few dollars less). She needed to check with her manager. After doing so, the manager actually yelled across the room (with zero tact), "why would I do that? I sell 50 of these a week?!" His tone was dripping with condescension... completely unnecessary. His goal was clearly to embarrass me. I really felt the situation could have been handled in a much more civilized manner. The only person he successfully embarrassed was his poor store clerk. "F" for customer service Mr. Manager.

We haven't found their prices outrageous at all, but yes they do sell higher end brands, so they are not always really cheap. Great place.

We found some deals but it was hard to find anyone working to assist…read more This store made me feel like I was in a third world county. It is old and not well maintained. The Nike clothing is locked up and you have to find someone to help you unlock to be able to try on. They had one person working on the bottom floor. She had to run the register, help unlock items, and assist in finding things for customers. With that being said we did find some good deals on the clearance rack. It was just an odd experience.

Actually, I had to keep the almost $200 dress because no returns are possible. SERVICE -- Excellent service. I booked an appointment in May 2023 with stylist Brielle S., at the Cleveland location showroom. I arrived with my friend who was another bridesmaid. My appointment was smooth and Brielle was very helpful. She took my measurements and helped me adjust the dress with clips when I put it on. The bride, who does not live in Ohio, already had the dress that she wanted the bridesmaids to wear so all I had to do was come try the dress on then either order it in the store or order it at home online. While the specific colour, light blue ("cloudy") was not available to try on, I tried on a pink colour just to get an idea of how the dress would fit. Specifically, here is the dress style that I bought -- Designer: Dessy Group Style: BB123 Fabric: Lux Chiffon, Color: Cloudy Size: 8 (I'm normally a size 6 but I ordered a bit bigger due to the style of this dress where the shoulder area is more snug or tight) Extra Length: Yes I recommend Bella Bridesmaid for your dress needs. Poor service. Over priced dresses.... can't help with tailoring in house…read more I have bought over 5 bridesmaid dresses from other places but this is the WORST place to go to in CLE! Ick. All the staff I worked with didn't seem to know what they were doing. The one girl who measured me didn't seem to know what she was doing and measure incorrectly. The redhead who works there is sharp, unhelpful and kinda give off a, " I'm better than you vibe." I came to pick up my dress during my appt and said I wanted to wait for my friend who had the appt after me. The staff made me wait in the back of the store. I was a paying customer! So unprofessional. Dressed are overpriced, poor quality an and the store doesn't help with any problem that may occur with the dress. Go some place else. Be better than Bella
