This was a great idea. Then he proceeded to draw diagrams and take notes right on his phone, finishing within an amazingly short time. I thought that his bid was very reasonable. He assembled beautiful new redwood boxes at home, with no mistakes in the measurements, and started to install them a week after he first visited my home, finishing the job 2 days after that. I was extremely pleased with the fact that he managed to transfer all of my plants from the old boxes to the new ones without damaging the plants. Some of these plants with their root balls were extremely heavy, so that the two men working really had to strain to lift them using straps. I also liked the fact that he took away all of the considerable debris, including the old rotten planter boxes, and cleaned up thoroughly. Jose is extremely smart, careful and efficient. He works from early in the morning into the evening. He has a lot of impressive machinery that he brings to the job. He listens to his customers and makes every effort to satisfy them. Yep, dumb! 1) he is super personable and as honest as can be 2) his going rate cannot be beat 3) his workmanship and attention to detail is impeccable We had to pull an old, moldy cabinet out of our master bathroom, which also meant pulling out the mirror, fixing plumbing issues, and......once the cabinet was out, it now included laying new tile as well. Sergio came over to do the prep work on Friday night for a couple hours, then was going to finish up the next day on Saturday; however, the tile needed to dry a bit longer and the paint also needed more time to dry, so he scheduled time with us on Sunday to do it instead. Sunday, being EASTER SUNDAY!!! Yep, he committed to this job and was going to finish it no matter the day. So he came over at 8am on Easter, we installed the cabinet, the vanity, the sink, the fixtures, etc and he escaped just in time for sunday services with his family. Honestly, this is a guy you can rely on and you can trust. If you don't give Sergio a shot, you'll kick yourself later. Only thing is, that this is his side job, so he really only works evening and weekends, but believe me, he is well worth it!

I hired Francisco to remodel my fairly large sized master bathroom...and, I needed to get it done in 2-3 weeks. Francisco was consistently on time, the bathroom turned out beautiful, his pricing was fair and reasonable, and he actually finished when he said he would (first time EVER in my experience with contractors). He even drove me all the way down to San Jose to pick up tile! He works with an equally conscientious and talented granite fabricator (who rightfully so, takes great pride in his work), a kind plumber, and glass cutter/shower door installer who was able to also deliver on time (despite the rush). Overall I was quite pleased. The only thing I feel I should mention...don't let him throw away any old parts until you are SURE the new ones fit (better yet, have his plumber check all the new fixtures before anything is tossed). We ran into a glitch with shower handles not fitting the shower stems and this was one area where I felt his customer service skills could have used some polishing (but, I think this is a guy thing where men can't own up to an oversight/mistake- sorry, guys). However, after many phone calls, I was able to finally locate the correct parts and he sent out his plumber who installed them promptly. Aside from the shower handle incident, I am happy with the work completed by Francisco and his team and would hire him again (and, refer him to a friend).

The job was pretty big and more than I could handle alone. They did trample a small Lime tree but I'll still give them 5 stars, as long as they replace the tree! Rogelio gave me a fair quote, I got two other quotes that were higher. He actually underestimated the height of the fence in his bid. But he is a man of his word and did not charge extra for his mistake. That's good service and shows he is a man of his word. His crew of 5 guys came in and got to work right away. They were very careful not to trample any plants or anything else for that matter. They discovered a few problems due to some questionable jobs other homeowners did 30 or more years ago. They took it all in stride, fixed the problems and found solutions that worked well. All of the crew were very polite and hard working. It was like having a bee hive buzzing through the yard. Pretty impressive!!! One thing cracked me up. Rogelio brought a microwave in so his crew could heat up their lunch. That's pretty smart and considerate of him. I suggested he get a small refrigerated for cold drinks. It was 90 plus the day they put the fence in. So yes I would highly recommend his company for remodeling jobs.
