Lemon Remodeling and Services was there for me and my grandmother. We were on the search for a kitchen remodel and floor replacement throughout the unit of her duplex. Their team is profession, skilled, and friendly. They really go above and beyond to help get your remodel done and done well down to the last detail. Their communication is great. We are so happy with our kitchen remodel. We enjoyed working with Ray. He was professional, honest, and communicative from the start. With any remodel project is expected that there are hiccups along the way, but Ray handled it with care and respect. If we asked for something to get done, he took care of it. We are not people that know how to design spaces, Ray met with us at the showroom - listened the the rough vision we wanted, and guided us in picking out pieces. He clearly has a lot more experience than many project managers and has a great understanding of all the details that really matter. Furthermore his team and even the owner is super fast to communicate and respond to anything I needed during the process. They were spot on with cost estimates and billing was always clear and at the time I expected. I would not recommend this company. They put a lot of pressure on you to sign the contract because later on their favorite word is "extortion". This is the word that is commonly used in working with them because they go on a power trip after they destroy your home. They literally will tell you that they can extort whatever they want out of you otherwise you are not moving into your home. Stay away from Asaf. read more

Lemon Remodeling did a full remodel of our extremely dated 1980's kitchen and did a fantastic job! From start to finish, they were very professional and provided my wife and I with design help and suggestions before and during the construction which was invaluable given my wife and my tendency to get really bogged down second guessing our color, design, and layout choices. Ray was our project manager and he was wonderful to work with, very attentive and constantly involved in the process to make certain everything was going well. Invariably, every construction project runs into unexpected issues and surprises (You never know what you're going to get when you start breaking open walls :) ) Ray handled each issue beautifully and was even as patient as a saint when it came to my wife and I admittedly being incredibly picky :) Asaf, is the owner of the company and he was the one that we met with initially to go over the entire project in detail and he was very easy to work with and talk to, It was obvious from the start and all during the construction that he wasn't just saying he wanted us to be completely satisfied by providing the highest quality work and attention; He and Ray and Lemon Remodeling delivered! Our previous home owners "remodeled" the bathrooms themselves and they did a terrible job waterproofing. We found out we had extreme water damage and dry rot that had been going on for years. We had to completely redo two bathrooms, all the water pipes, and a closet. I searched yelp and called the 4 highest rated contractors to come out for a quote. Lemon Remodeling gave me the best price and they came on a Sunday too! I worked with Ray who was personable, professional and extremely responsive. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Lemon Remodeling took care of all aspects of the job from permitting, inspections, helping me pick out the tiling, tub and fixtures, to post construction cleaning. They even did a few extra thing for me free of charge. One example of this is putting an outlet outside the front of my house so my kid could have Christmas lights this year. So sweet! I love my new kitchen, the cabinets are not only beautiful, but it also makes cooking so much more efficient with the large drawers for pots & pans, the spice drawer makes it easy to find what I need fast. Here are the two important questions you are going to ask. First, the work Lemon Remodeling did was professional and we are completely happy with the results. Second, the price was good. Actually, significantly under a competitive bid. So, everything else I might say kind of comes in third. On the plus side, they did a few things I would not expect, including some small extra plumbing and electrical items outside the scope of the contract. While they were small additions, we were not charged, and they would have been a pain for someone handyman-challenged like me. And I know I have to say something negative so you won't think this is a fake review. On that side, communication could be improved. There were a couple of times scheduling changes were made without notifying us, and there was once it took longer to get a call back. But, I guess this might be the nature of the business. Still, one should go back to the fact that the job was finished well at at a good price. read more
