Horrible, horrible company! First all, worked with Albert. He was very hard to get a hold of, for…read moreany communication but was very quick to collect money. Also, requested cash for a portion of the payment and check for the rest. Hmm, very interesting. Next, we requested for a walk through to go over the job, and he denied it saying it was all on paper. When it came time for plywood, they wanted more money for the supply (when it was already part of the bid). Plywood came to install- surprise surprise , measurements were wrong (by their own guys). Probably could have been avoided if we had done a walk through right? The fabricator had come by to measure and said all if it was wrong. Ok, well it was all done by your guys. By this time, we had had enough. We were fed up with them. Tried to call the upper ups, we emailed, and no reply. Save yourself the hassle, headache and time- go somewhere else!

Once the quartz was ready to install, the counter was cut (measured?) on one side WAY too short. The rest of the counters were measured appropriately (1.5") That did not stop the install team from installing it. It wasn't till my contractor came by and noticed did they pull it out. They then used, I guess, a stone we had left over...like a whole slab (and didn't tell us...I guess they just keep it) to cut a new piece. They came back out weeks later to install. They were again finished when I noticed the counter was still a quarter of an inch too short!! The installer kept trying to ensure me "it was fine". I'm not sure what went wrong. The measuring...trying to squeeze out the measurements so they didn't have to buy me a new slab. Some of the cuts for around the window were sub par. Needless to say, I was upset. They tried to rectify the situation, but they would have had to rip out all the counters thus putting new cabinets in jeopardy of being dinged up and adding weeks to the already drawn out project. I decided to eat it and stick with the unevenly measured countertop. The fixed the pieces around the window and caulked them better. They gave me some money back for the trouble. I am still noticing that one side is not buffed properly. When the sun hits it, it looks all scratched up. They said they would "stop by" to fix it when they are in the area. I haven't hear anything from them in a few weeks. Anyways, buyer and contractors proceed with caution. The workmanship could have been better.
