I'm very detail oriented and Cesar was able to match that effort which I appreciate Overall I believe pricing was fair and reasonable and I asked if he can come back to do my other countertops if he's available. Many people that see the countertop say they really liked it Thank you!

He was by far the most responsive - quick to answer calls, prompt with follow-ups, and genuinely easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. His quote was the most competitive I received. He was flexible and willing to accommodate my specific installation needs. Unfortunately, due to circumstances on my end completely unrelated to Cesar or his work, I was unable to move forward with him for this particular project - and I genuinely regret that. He was professional, personable, and gave me every reason to trust him and his work. If you are looking for a countertop installer who is reliable, fairly priced, and will actually pick up the phone - look no further. I would not hesitate to call him again for a future project and recommend him without any reservation to anyone in the market for countertop work.

One of the constant compliments that we have gotten is that it looks like it always belonged in our Tudor cottage, but it's bright and modern. Some neighbors thought we moved walls, because their design opened up the space so much. On top of the project coming out so well, they were wonderful to work with: listened well to our needs and incorporated them into the design, communicated with us daily, STAYED ON SCHEDULE, arrived ON TIME, CLEANED UP DAILY, were polite and pleasant people to have in our home for a month.

We bbq, some of us went boating, shopping, to church and enjoyed local fireworks. I love catching up on the local news. During a commercial break I was so delighted to see that Kitchen Mart was still in business after all of these years. Approximately eighteen years ago, I hired Kitchen Mart to remodel my kitchen and one of my bathrooms. I was so impressed with the quality of their work, their professionalism and how quickly they got the job done. I wish I had pictures that I could show you. All I can say is ....IF you are on the fence and looking for a company to assist you with a full or partial kitchen/bathroom remodel give them a call for a free estimate. You will not regret it!

Also, requested cash for a portion of the payment and check for the rest. Hmm, very interesting. Next, we requested for a walk through to go over the job, and he denied it saying it was all on paper. When it came time for plywood, they wanted more money for the supply (when it was already part of the bid). Plywood came to install- surprise surprise , measurements were wrong (by their own guys). Probably could have been avoided if we had done a walk through right? The fabricator had come by to measure and said all if it was wrong. Ok, well it was all done by your guys. By this time, we had had enough. We were fed up with them. Tried to call the upper ups, we emailed, and no reply. Save yourself the hassle, headache and time- go somewhere else!

Once the quartz was ready to install, the counter was cut (measured?) on one side WAY too short. The rest of the counters were measured appropriately (1.5") That did not stop the install team from installing it. It wasn't till my contractor came by and noticed did they pull it out. They then used, I guess, a stone we had left over...like a whole slab (and didn't tell us...I guess they just keep it) to cut a new piece. They came back out weeks later to install. They were again finished when I noticed the counter was still a quarter of an inch too short!! The installer kept trying to ensure me "it was fine". I'm not sure what went wrong. The measuring...trying to squeeze out the measurements so they didn't have to buy me a new slab. Some of the cuts for around the window were sub par. Needless to say, I was upset. They tried to rectify the situation, but they would have had to rip out all the counters thus putting new cabinets in jeopardy of being dinged up and adding weeks to the already drawn out project. I decided to eat it and stick with the unevenly measured countertop. The fixed the pieces around the window and caulked them better. They gave me some money back for the trouble. I am still noticing that one side is not buffed properly. When the sun hits it, it looks all scratched up. They said they would "stop by" to fix it when they are in the area. I haven't hear anything from them in a few weeks. Anyways, buyer and contractors proceed with caution. The workmanship could have been better.
