Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.

Are we ever glad we did. From the first conversation, the owner Tamara Petrick gave us a great deal. That kind of straightforward, customer-first approach is rare in the slab business, and it's what won us over from the place we'd already picked. Her installer Sergio was equally impressive -- helpful, communicative throughout the whole process, and accommodated our request for a Saturday installation, which made scheduling so much easier for us. On installation day, the team headed by Edwin arrived right on time and was professional and courteous from start to finish. They worked efficiently and skillfully, carrying in each slab piece and placing it on the countertops with real care and precision. Watching them work, it was clear these are experienced craftsmen who take pride in what they do. Tammy kept in touch before, during, and after the install to make sure everything went perfectly and that we were fully satisfied. That follow-through says a lot about how she runs her business. The finished kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Obviously, I highly recommend ADH for any level of remodeling you are thinking about. Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. I hope to update my master bathroom soon and will consult with America DreamWorks for that service.

I would like to point out that our job was an insurance claim, all the contractors were assigned by the insurance company. The only contractor we hired ourselves was S & D! Notably, you can see that my review never commented on the quality of work that his crew completed. They did a good job. The problem was the owner, who refused to communicate with us. We hired S & D in March... and due to the owners lack of response to our messages and calls, our job was not completed until the end of June. I would say, if you want to work with a company that refuses to return your calls or messages, then S & D is the company for you.

He then worked through several layouts with us to get the best design and best use of the slabs. We live three hours away from his shop and he said he would bring our remnants, make some cutting boards and a backsplash for our larder pantry. On Jan 28th, the crew arrived in a timely fashion and worked all day installing our slab. We bought them pizza and we were very pleased with the craftsmanship. The mitered edges and seams looked great! His crew was polite and knowledgeable. However, when questioned about the remnants(from two slabs), cutting boards (2x) and larder pantry backsplash, one guy said they were not cut yet. They said they'd be in this area again the following week and could bring them. We withheld payment. Steve contacted us the next morning at 7 am demanding payment and insisting the remnants had been thrown away. When challenged, (he was supposed to use the sink cutout for cutting boards), he backpedaled and said they cut into them and he'd send us pictures so we could see what he was talking about. He never sent us pictures. Then he said he would use remnants from a similar slab and deliver them to us. Begrudgingly, we paid him. Then, crickets. My husband called him for over a week and he wouldn't answer. Finally, we used someone else's phone and he picked up right away. He stated he didn't answer my husband's calls because his whole crew had been out sick (but willing to answer a different number?) We continued to call him once a week, and then daily. We started texting, and he was short and seemed angry, insisting we were getting the pantry backsplash and cutting boards for free. He agreed to do it with the slabs we had paid for. I value integrity and honesty and expect people to stick to their word. He finally had one cutting board (about 8 1/2x11 in) and the pantry backsplash delivered on March 19th and we never heard another word. My feeling about this experience--we worked exceptionally hard as the customer to get the service and product we agreed to. I felt like there was dishonesty along the way and our remnants got legs and took a hike. It's unfortunate because the craftsmanship of Steve and his crew is impressive, but I wouldn't feel comfortable referring him to a family or friend based on our experience, particularly when there was multiple opportunities to make it right.

Jeff was terrible at his job. He did one room in my home. Took him 3 days. Left gaping holes spaces…read morein hardwood flooring. I asked him about it. He said he can fix it, and he just needed some time to push on the wood to close the gap. I thought that was strange considering there's pretty large cleats in the wood and several rows of wood in between. End of the day comes, gaps are still the same. My wife had him stop 30 mins early because she was putting our kid to bed. He starts making excuses that the reason the gaps aren't closed is because he was told to stop early. I had pointed out the gaps in the morning. I was going to hold back the payment until he closed them up, but he promised how he would come back and how much of a professional he was, and how trustworthy he was, and that he needed the work. Long story short. He didn't come back. No response to messages. Also he claims that he has a contractors license. He doesn't. He provided one that's from LA and expired in 2006. Stay away

They came in, gave us an extremely fair quote and got to work asap. Both houses came out pristine, when we were able to walk on the floors after they cured it felt like i was in a showroom the floors were so beautifully done. One and done contractor, very fair and most importantly honest. I will not be going to anyone else to have my floors done, thats how good they are. My opinion: In a world of half a**ed contractors that focus more on quantity of jobs rather than quality, its refreshing to meet honest hardworking people like the man who runs this company. Jeff (the owner) is the best floor designer/installer that i have come across, and the only one i want or will (if i can help it) have do any floor work i ever need. In my humble opinion this is the company you should trust with any flooring work you need done, and that is an opinion formed by many bad experiences from crappy contractors and also good experiences from decent contractors.
