Dr. Lee is a top tier dentist. I've been wary of dentists because I've had traumatic experiences with various doctors in the past, and this man is far from that. I came for my wisdom tooth extraction which is already an intimidating procedure because of what I've heard other people go through. He did 1 last week and 1 yesterday; it was quick and painless. After my 2 sessions, I can honestly say that he is very good at his craft. It changed my perspective of the dental practice. Being in the medical field myself, I can tell that he cares about patients; not just for sake of being polite and doing his job, but truly taking care of people. It showed more when i watched him do tasks that he could have easily passed on to other people. I think it says a lot about a person's character when you see that they aren't too big for the small things. Not only is he great at his craft, but a doctor that isn't too good for patient's concerns is the doctor I want. To say that everyone in the office was very professional and friendly is an understatement. It's my first time there but it felt like I've been going there for years. Yeah, that's the kind of environment it is... from the front office to the back, they all had a warm and reassuring welcome. By my 2nd extraction, I knew that they will do a good job and i trusted them to do their thing. They give you a full breakdown of the prices before you begin, based on what he recommends we need; which is a whole lot better than getting slapped with a bill after. I just want to say thank you Dr. Lee, I very much appreciate the quality and care you provide for me. The staff are very welcoming and accomodating to my scheduling. Dr. Lee does amazing work and he explains to me his concerns and advice for my teeth and answers all my questions. Compared to my previous dentist, Dr. Lee truly dedicates his time to provide the upmost care for his patients. When I had to replace my fillings, the whole case was pratically pain free, he took his time and there was no urgency to finish quickly. Another example, I needed to have my wisdom tooth removed since it was already out, he gave me an option for either sedation or local numbing medication. I went with the local numbing and the case went pretty well and quick. Dr. Lee was very gracious with the local numbing meds, I practically felt nothing and by a couple of tugs my tooth was out! I had a traumatic experience with a dentist and so I always have put off visiting dentists. I found a good dentist but he moved away, and I was in search of another dentist. After some trials and errors, I found Dr. Lee. I've been a patient of Dr. Lee for a couple of years now. I brought my husband with me so he is a patient of Dr. Lee as well. His whole office is friendly, helpful and kind. His office manager Sandra is wonderful person and she knows what she is doing. She's so helpful in looking up our insurance benefits for us and answers all questions with patience- she is so awesome!! Scheduling is very easy, and they see you when you're scheduled. I really love the entire staff here. Every visit I've had is a positive one. Their office is clean with modern equipment. I love getting my cleanings with hygienist Chris, he is very gentle, thorough and my teeth always feels super clean afterwards. He is only in on Tuesdays though. Dr. Lee has filled cavities and pulled my wisdom teeth out (I still have to get my other two pulled). If I have any issues, they listen and immediately address the problem to fix it. I like that Dr. Lee takes a very conservative approach and doesn't overdo treatments. His practice is honest and that's a rarity in the dental world these days. read more

Having been to multiple dental mills in the past, I've built up fillings of mistrust against businesses that focus on profits over the well-being of their patients. I'm no longer enameled by fancy marketing promises of same-day 3D-printed crowns or other convenience-over-quality must-haves that have been drilled into us as a society. I've been going to Dr. Lee for the last 2 years, and will keep going plaque because of the quality of care he consistently delivers. I've always had a good impression since day 1, as he always takes the time to explain what's happening and what the treatment plan is. The staff are friendly. Pricing and expectations are established up front and never sugar-coated (but always reasonable). I've never been pressured into an up-sell here. None of my concerns have ever been brushed aside. Brace yourself for his uncompromising commitment to doing what's right, even if it takes more time or requires more materials. In sbite of this, wait times are excellent, but even if it took longer, it would be worth the wait. 5 stars. Would recommend to anybody who needs a tune-up for their teeth. read more

Note: I haven't actually been into the office yet, this is based off 1 phone call alone (so far). I called the office late yesterday afternoon inquiring about cash pricing for a new patient, as well as to find out if they accept my dental discount plan. I received a call back today late morning with pricing for the procedures I requested, which was very appreciated that it was so upfront (range $200-350 for filling, depending on the surfaces + other factors, $109 exam & xray, and $300 each for Invisalign retainers). She told me she would find out about the discount plan and call me back no later than Friday (it is Tuesday) and she actually called me back within just a couple minutes letting me know they do accept it, which would lower the above prices to the discounted rate specified by my plan. I was happy with the quick response time, the kindness and professionalism of Diana, as well as their upfront nature in regards to pricing. read more

I am so happy that we found Dr. Lee Dental. It was our daughter's first time at the dentist (she is 3) and he was so patient with her and made her feel so comfortable in the dentist chair for the first time. I also have a major fear of the dentist from past experiences. He was just as gentle and patient with me as he was with my daughter. He went over all the dental work that needed to be done and explained why and what I can do at home to help, as well. His staff is just as patient and kind as he is. Even on a Saturday morning, they had a smile on their face. They had all our paperwork in order and in a timely manner. They explained our benefits and knew all the answers to our questions without having to say "we have to ask the insurance about that." I came here a few weeks ago for a consult on my wisdom teeth after finding this office on yelp. My primary dentist was not able to do the extraction because of the way my teeth were positioned. Upon looking at my x-Rays, dr. Lee immediately told me that this was something he was able to do. On the day of my wisdom teeth extraction (all 4 ) one of the girls there, Sandra, was nice enough to call kaiser to get my pain medication filled for me so that I could pick it up before my appointment. That to me is the best way to serve your clients. The procedure itself wasn't too bad and Dr. Lee talked me through the entire procedure to calm my nerves. They were also able to get me in quick and on a Saturday. I just went back for my post extraction check up and decided to get ClearCorrect and, again, the entire staff was extremely friendly and thorough in explaining costs and procedures. I wanted to love this place especially since everyone is soo nice and I had the best experience when I had my first deep cleaning with the specialist there. It is unfortunate that after my crown was replaced by the dentist Joseph Lee it was never the same. I went back twice since the replacement due to continued tooth sensitivity. The first time he corrected the heighth of the tooth thinking that was the issue. The 2nd time I went in was because I now had pain along with the tooth sensitivity 5 months after. He looked at it and said everythint looked fine and that I might have an Infection and prescribed antibiotics and suggested I floss more. This was his GUESS mind you. I decided to go to another dentist for a second opinion where they actually took some X-rays and saw that I did have an Infection and I was told they should have redone my root canal and not just replace the crown. The root canal was not done properly originally so the dentist John Lee should have seen this in the xray when I came in for my first visit. After this experience I will not be going back. read more

I recommend Joseph Lee Dental to my friends and family. Very honest dentist and does quality work. The staff is has great customer service. The pricing is competitive with other dentist and I think even better then most. They have worked with me for any payments and have never had any problems with billing my insurance. Initially I was recommended there after a second root canal and I needed the crown done, since then dr lee has been my dentist and recently I took my daughter for check up and cleaning as well and Dr lee has patients to work with children. There location is always clean and wait time is minimal, they have the most current technology with a wide screen to show your X-rays. I'm really happy I found this dentist office!
