Well he recommended we do some other repairs as well after he looked at the car so okay we decided to have those repairs done as well . So a few days go by and my sons car starts making a noise I called him back told him what was going on he said okay I'll take a look but then every time I asked when he could come out and look at it there was an excuse. Needless to say he never came back out and looked at it . I had to pay someone else and it ended up being some bolts that weren't tightened up . This could have just been an easy 10 minute fix of his mistake but he blew us off instead . For that I will not be going back and would not recommend him !! Very poor services

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue.
