The staff is very friendly. They are quick to return calls and answer the phone. Fast at processing medical requests too. As for doctor Tangredi she is a pleasure to see. She is thorough and makes you feel welcome. She answers all my questions and makes me feel at ease, which is what they should do!!! The down side is that it is very hard to schedule an appt with her because she is always booked. Thankfully I am pretty healthy and can keep out of the office!!
