Parking is so close to where the building is. Checked in for X-ray and we barely sat down, they already came out to call my mom. I walked her in then went outside to wait for her and I didn't even finish my phone call that they already walked her out to me in the garden!! This was totally awesome! if you have been to their Orange location, you would know and appreciate this type of timeliness to the max. Sometimes when you get there, the office is closed, even at the time you have your appointment! She's a bit too open about her personal life than REALLY paying mind to a patient's needs and health. When we come back, they asked us to pay another $60 without explaining why. We paid again but we received another bill in mail a few days later for more than $300. We asked them to review the billing code to double check if it's correct. They simply replied saying there is nothing wrong with no details. Will not come back again!
