After several days with no follow-up, I called again, had to provide all of my insurance information a second time, and was assured I'd receive a call back that same day. Once again -- nothing. The office staff seemed extremely disorganized, and the lack of communication was disappointing, especially for something as simple as scheduling a new patient appointment.
