Service in the bar area is quite slow. Staff is nice, but they seem understaffed unfortunately. Since we were at the hotel, we went a few times but unfortunately food-wise there is a lot to be desired. We really didn't enjoy anything except for the cheese curds. The texture was nice and crispy, and the inside while cheesy was also airy. Nachos needed more toppings and guacamole was turning gray. The burgers and the fried chicken sandwich we had were fine but nothing I would order again. Beer selection was limited but good and they had fun local drafts. Wine selection was subpar, especially if you only want a glass.

Birthday dinner!!

Great dinner for my wife's birthday. The host (bald white guy with beard) was great and gave us a special table. Service was great from waiter and bus girl. Food was great! Perfectly cooked steaks, filet and New York strip. Crab cakes good too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also the desert and decor was 5 star.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great experience, thank you!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The only very nice and modern place in Utah.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is classy and above the rest in cleanliness and experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The other places rate 4.5+ were good but also meh if you are not in a new location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is legit nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Prime rib Caesar salad

Ok here I go again. Back to have the Prime Rib. And let's just say I couldn't be more pissed off. You ask why? Because every Xmas I cook this for the family, and if my family comes here they will tell me to set down and order take out. It was amazing. Hats off to the staff for their service and the best Prime rid I have had.

Onion sautéed

Wife and I are staying at Hilton and had dinner at their on-site resturant (Josie Wyatt's Grille). We had Monday night special Prime Rib....best we ever had and we are 60! Service was also outstanding! What made the prime rib extra special was the head of garlic that was sautéed along with an onion! We did have to ask for horseradish and we're glad we did because it was hot!!! Just the way we like it! This hotel bar and restaurant ambience was also awesome!

Steak and potatoes soup

This is a hard place to review. Being connected to a hotel it serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had both lunch and dinner there, but were not staying in the hotel. Lunch in the bar was okay, just chicken quesadillas. Dinner was soup, salad, and a spicy shrimp appetizer. The food was good and service good. We didn't test the steakhouse claim, but from just looking around, I didn't see an upscale steak restaurant, although the prices we paid for our limited lunch and dinner meals were up there with Ruth's Chris. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bottom line, it's a pretty attractive, safe place if you don't care about the $$.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

It's pricey for what you get. Filet mignon, prime rib were not tender, bit dry. Staff is nice though

No real vegan options. A restaurant of this purported caliber should have options for vegans and plant based eaters.

We sat at this huge table in the middle, with cactus and succulents and southwest decor about the walls. Not overdone, very desert themed (of course). My wife ordered an omelette and my daughter some pancakes. I went with a biscuit that was huge - friend chicken, bacon, over easy egg, gravy, grilled jalapeños. Hit the spot, it was incredible and everything my breakfast had been missing the previous 43 years of life. Our server was Alyssa, or Alissa - the name was the same both days but spelled differently and 2 different people. Yes, it was so good and fresh and service amazing we went back a second time! I tried a different biscuit, and then and there decided I did not want to ever visit Moab and not eat here. We waited the second time to get a seat, didn't even care. Both servers were amazing, unfortunately I did NOT write their names down and I'm writing a review from a year ago, but the truly had the same name, just different spelling. In fact, our server from our first visit was there with her family as a customer when we were there the second time! As someone who spent my careers in restaurants, that is not only a testament to the quality of the food but also the culture of the establishment: you can't put a price on that. I can't wait to go back!

We got the AM Tacos (with bacon) and the Southwest Bowl (with fried chicken) and an order of Mini-Jacks. The tacos were so good! I asked for a side of green chile sauce and that made them next level. We don't recommend getting fried chicken on the SW Bowl. The bowl was great, but the chicken was only okay. A little tough and chewy and probably not the best choice for that meal. The mini jacks were the star of the show! Fluffy, light, with a hint of sweetness and served with a huge dollop of soft butter. The restaurant was busy, but our service was great and it was a relaxed vibe. Lots of folks looked like they were heading out or getting back from outdoor activities.

For dinner we had the angel hair Bolognese, the sopressata pizza with that great Italian ham, and I had the polpette with meatballs. Everything tasted fantastic. The flavors were rich, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for after a long day on the trail. Service was quick, efficient, and everyone inside was genuinely friendly. My cup was never empty and the staff stayed on top of everything without hovering. The space is more open and cavernous than intimate, so if you're looking for a cozy Italian date spot this isn't that. But if you want great food in a relaxed place, it hits the mark. We took some pizza home and ate it the next day and it was still amazing. We enjoyed the whole experience and would absolutely come back.

We were pretty excited to see a Neapolitan pizza and pasta restaurant in Moab. The reviews looked…read moresolid, and from what I remembered from our last visit many years ago, there were not many pizza options in town. We ordered the Salsiccia e Funghi, a sausage and mushroom pizza, along with the mussels in white wine sauce appetizer, homemade Italian cream sodas, and one additional limonata soda. The pizza was okay, but not the quality I would expect from a polished Neapolitan-style pizza place, especially at this price point. The mussels appetizer had potential because white wine sauce is exactly the kind of dish we usually enjoy with bread. Before ordering, I specifically asked about the bread because we like having enough to sop up the broth, the way you would expect at a good Italian restaurant. Our waitress said she would bring as much bread as we wanted. There were three of us, and the appetizer came with three pieces of bread. Given the earlier conversation, we later asked for three more pieces. The request seemed to bother her. When she delivered the extra bread, sensing her frustration, we said she could add it to the bill, and she told us she already had. That was frustrating because we had just discussed it before ordering. We were attempting to be more gracious, and she missed the mark with her response. She could have said ok, or thank you, or "no it's ok I told you could have as much bread as you wanted for the mussels" The mussels themselves were also uneven. Several had not opened during cooking, which is generally a sign that they should not be served or eaten. With mussels, the usual food-safety rule is: if they do not open during cooking, do not eat them. The FDA's consumer seafood guidance says clams, mussels, and oysters should open during cooking, and the ones that do not open should be thrown out. That made us question the quality control and preparation of the dish. The cream sodas were mixed. The berry version was delicious, but the mango version missed the mark. It was not sweet at all and tasted like the mango may not have been ripe. A little simple syrup, or ripe mango, would have helped a lot. The unripe mango soda ends up tasting a little like pine sol smells. We were also disappointed because the prices were more in line with what we would expect from a higher-quality meal. For the items noted above, plus one additional limonata soda, the meal came to over $60. I typically tip over 20%, but I took the extra bread charge off the tip, and the tip was still over 17%. Overall, this was not a terrible experience, but it was disappointing compared with what we were hoping for. The food had some good ideas, but several details felt off, and the service created a communication gap that left a bad impression.
