The gentleman who answered the phone was straightforward and helpful. He quoted me the price right away and walked me through exactly how the same-day pickup would work, so I felt confident going in. Once I arrived, the experience was seamless. They had me try the jeans on, asked how I wanted them hemmed, and even offered different heel heights so I could see how the length would look depending on my shoes. Since I was wearing flats that day, I went barefoot and stood on a pedestal while they pinned everything to my exact preference - it felt really personalized and thorough. I understand that everyone values their work differently so I didn't question the pricing I just told him I was going to check in with another seamstress I had spoken to as well. His response was to tell me not to come back. I thought I had misheard him but he repeated himself and said "don't come back we have enough business." Based on the empty, sad look of their store and other yelp reviews I doubt that but incase you're looking for a new seamstress you might want to looks somewhere else because apparently they already have enough customers. Oh and I was able to find another seamstress right near by that was willing do so the alterations and steam the dress for less than half the price.

I went out of my way to make sure every single time. Despite this, they laundered it, charged me the same rate as dry cleaning, and then lied about it. Eventually, someone there admitted to me that it was being laundered and not dry cleaned. This is very sad to see, and I know it's something that other dry cleaners do. I was shocked and disappointed to see it happen here. It's a shame because even though they assured me that going forward it would be done right, I can't go there. Trust has been compromised and I can't support a business that engages in these kinds of scams, then lies to cover it up. Now i can't walk to my dry cleaner, but at least I'll hopefully get what I'm asking for (and paying for).
