DO NOT GO HERE! This place doesn't deserve even a single star. I (very politely) tried to show the owner all of the stains on my daughter's dress and she inexplicably started to raise her voice at me, called me "typical" (whatever that means?), and aggressively pulled the dress out of my hands. I told her I was just trying to be helpful and asked her to give me the dress back. She quickly pushed it in my direction and, after asking if she treats all her customers this way, I left the store. The whole thing was so bizarre - this woman is awful and obviously a screwball. Please save your time and money and take your business elsewhere. read more

The older man here tried to grab my p*nis! This happened a couple years back. It was the first time I came to get my suit sized, thought it might have been an accident. When I returned to pick up my suit after it was tailored, he opened the curtain as I was trying my suit on to make sure it fit as expected and grabbed my thigh as I tried the pants on, attempted to move up and I literally had to shove him off!! This might sound like a joke, but I'm being completely honest. If you bring a child here, DO NOT DROP THEM OFF! Stay there for the measurements, stay inside the dressing room and be present at ALL times! read more

This is the best seamstress! Not only are they great at what they do, they are the nicest people in the world. They are so accommodating. I had a dress that required a lot of work and they were able to get it done so quickly for me. They even added a sleeve detail to the dress to make it fancier for my occasion. I was looking for a good tailor to alter a bridesmaid dress for my sister in laws wedding. I will never use New Perfect Fit ever again. I brought the dress to them about two weeks ago. It is an off the shoulder, satin gown and I needed them to take in the waist/shoulders and hem the bottom. They asked me to come in last week for a fitting and told me that it would be ready for pick up today. During the fitting, one shoulder was tighter than the other which I thought was odd considering they pinned everything while I tried the dress on but I let it go thinking this is what fittings are for. However, today I went to pick the dress up, and when I tried it on the shoulders we're still uneven. Additionally, there was a stain on the sleeve as well as the bottom hem of the dress. I brought this dress into them brand new and perfectly clean, having only removed the tags moments before bringing it into them. They are now cleaning it for me and I'll have to pick it up tomorrow which is very inconvenient as it was supposed to be completed by today at the latest. The wife is very sweet but the husband who does the alterations rushes through the pinning and clearly doesn't pay much attention to his work. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the alternations, and the fact that they tried to give me back my dress dirty is completely unacceptable. They are charging me $130 to take in the dress and hem the bottom which is very pricey but wouldn't bother me if they did an excellent job. Do yourself a favor and take your clothing elsewhere. read more

I often go to New Perfect Fit because it is convenient to where I live. This family run business is very reliable and professional. They aren't cheap but they are good! My husband's food stained ties always come back impeccable. In fact, everything I dry clean here has come back impeccable. I have not done wash and press shirts. Alterations are also good. They are excellent tailors. Check them out! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the parking is hit or miss and I often have to park across the street but knowing that ahead of time makes it ok. read more

I have never had a terrible experience at the tailor's and this was the worst ever. Don't bother with this one if you care about your time, clothes, and money. First of all, the lady tailor had me come back 3xs as she didnt have my clothes ready the first time and then last minute increased the price for each item, but initially made it seem it was just a $10 increase. Terrible service, and horrible experience. Just grateful to get my clothes back. read more

I needed a dress hemmed for my bridal shower and I was a bit nervous because of the fabric and design (white lace with flowers) but they did a beautiful job. I had an awful experience here at this so called dry cleaner. They destroyed my gown that I was wearing to a wedding. They only had to shorten the sleeves of the gown and they cut the sleeve so much that the dress was literally awful. I couldn't lift my arms and the whole front of the dress went up around two inches. They couldn't communicate with me and were screaming at me. The husband / owner kept yelling at me in a rage that the dress is fine. I asked if they saved the fabric so I could get it fixed since the sleeves would have to be lengthened and they didn't understand the word fabric. They were so rude. I returned and said I want to just pick up the dress and leave so I could take it somewhere else to try to fix it. . The husband rolled it up into a ball and threw it at me. It was beyond. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this shop. read more

I went to this tailor as I needed to have a dress altered within 12 hours. (My fault for not realizing the dress didn't fit the day before the wedding!) I called them at 7:30am in a panic and they assured me they'd help me out and to come in. I went in and they were SO nice and I picked up my dress at 4:30pm and it was PERFECT and beautiful. I definitely found a new spot to bring all of my alterations. read more

Best tailoring you will EVER find. Pro: -As the name implies, Mr. Kim will make your clothes fit PERFECTLY. -Prompt. I needed something tailored for a wedding ASAP and Mr. Kim got it done in a day, whereas other places told me that it would take them at least three days. -Mrs. Kim (petite asian lady) is soooo kind, but I don't see her that often at the store anymore. -Clean. The fitting room and the whole place it kept pretty clean, unlike other tailoring places. Con: -$$$ Compared to other tailoring places, they charge slightly more, but I think it's worth it. I would rather pay a little more and get it done perfectly than pay little and have it re-done. -Mr. Kim can be abrupt at times, but I think he means well. At least, I hope. read more

He was attentive and made sure that not only did the dress fit perfectly, but it was also done on time.
