Got the call this morning the permanent crown arrived and they got me in to have it put in place. The extra effort was very much appreciated! I like his dental philosophy and would recommend anyone to go there for dental needs.

I would not recommend him at all. He took a big chunk out of my tongue during a crown removal. The assistant blamed it on my tongue moving around during the procedure. I said, so the next patient is going to be told that there is a good chance a chunk of tongue will be taken out during a crown removal? They finally decided to use a tongue depressor to hold my tongue down and keep my tongue out of the way. Their excuse was that they did not anticipate the movement. What is this, the first time they have done this? Then the assistance kept running out of the office to get things. Why were they not prepared for all the tools and items they needed before I got there? There were more issues but I'm only going to concentrate on two: the chunk of tongue they took out and the disorganization. I'm not going back until Dr. Nguyen comes back.
