Personally, I don't think the soy sauce had much flavor but that is not a huge deal to me. I ordered for take out and it took 20 mins to have competed at lunch time- speedy. Inside is your typical "hole in the wall" Chinese restaurant. The only smell I got was 'old' and that's because it's an old building. The tangerine chicken was almost the same as the general tso chicken, just a hint of tangerine.
