Beautiful clean salon they have little snacks and beverages of all kinds huge selection of nail colors and Linda does the best nails and fantastic designs and Tammy is the best for my pedicures top-notch at removing ingrown toenails I consider them my hand and feet doctors and they are the best. My favorite part is I come up with some crazy concept for a nail design, and she nailed it every time I have asked her to accomplish wild things and she has done it above and beyond. Highly recommend this salon.

I decided to hive this plac another try since I haven't been there in 20 years .My first time I was not happy with how my nails came out and topped going here she didn't do as I instructed. I told her dip with Mani and apply my personal curved nail extensions. Instead she used hers which were flat. In that case I told her to make them curved and square and use the dip powder. She gave me acrylic nails with gel! I didn't want that and the nails were not curved!!! Kim basically ignored what I wanted as a paying client. I don't like that and I am very unhappy with the nails.pluds she didn't massage my hands and fingers! That is part of the manicure! The nails are not what I wanted and not to my liking. Very unsatisfied! Holly did my pedi and she's really good .I am very pleased with her and how she took good care or my feet.

Amy at Joy's Nails in Rancho Cucamonga did an amazing job on my nails as always. I tell her what I want and she produces.

I come here to get my pedicures done and Beth does an amazing job ! She is the sweetest lady and I could not recommend her enough. Always makes sure I'm comfortable and happy. Linda gets my nails right every time. Gets down every request with no problem. These ladies are amazing and will always continue to come back !! Really truly could not recommend this place enough !

Overpriced and shotty job! Welcoming at first and then became very pushy and rude when trying to upsell. Got a standard pedicure and fill for nails. Hate it...the length is where my regular nails are which defeats the purpose of having acrylics! The color chosen, I like. However, pedicure, I could've done it on my own. I kept saying ouch when they were using that machine to file down my nails and she kept going. They nickel and dime for everything.... All the while the lady doing my nails says why is everything going up on pricing. Hmmmm, contradiction maybe?! Never going here again!!! read more

So unfortunately not even an entire day later my nail broke. I went to get it fixed and the lady wanted to charge me, which.. I was barely ok with seeing as I had just come in the day before!! By two or three days later 3 more nails had broken!! I may not be the most gentle person but I know that I've never ruined a well done set in less than a week! This set was weakly done .. I will not be returning. Why pay top dollar for a set that doesn't even last a week? read more

Went in for a walk-in and got sat very quickly there was no wait at all Lilly was quick I was there for 30 min. I got a short full ombré set that came out to $53 w/o tip. Please save yourself the trouble of going to this horrible salon, where they do a crappy job and still want to overcharge you and rip you off. When I walked in today, I SPECIFICALLY asked for no manicure and no pedicure, JUST gel color, which would have been $30, yet got charged $70. Helen insisted that I absolutely have to get the manicure and pedicure and still blamed me, saying that I didn't ask for no manicure or pedicure. This is the scamming way they upsell and charge customers by, by adding on the manicure and pedicure, even when you didn't ask for it. Horrible, horrible service experience and I'd never go back, even if it were free. read more

I've been coming here for several months. Everyone is very friendly and the ambiance is peaceful and clean. I recommend Lee if you want your nails done. He is very meticulous, thorough and always makes sure I am pleased with his work. Lee is hands down one of the best nail technicians and his 10+ years of experience shows. I was immediately greeted and started on. Lily gave me pink and white full set with a pedicure. I absolutely loved the massage and Tina's attention to detail. My toe nails are on the shorter side and she made sure the color didn't end up on my skin. Kim did an awesome job on my toe nails adding some length to make them match. I was looking for the nearest open nail salon this Sunday and noticed they opened at 9:30am which is the earliest I found on a Sunday morning. I didn't know what to expect since it was my first time. this is by far the worst salon i have ever been to, it was completely empty when i walked in which should've been the first red flag, i got a set and a pedicure. pedicure came out fine, but hurt like a bitch. now onto the set, this is the absolute worst set i have ever gotten, every single nail is a different length, she didn't check the lengths when cutting to make sure they were the same, the nails kept popping off before she laid the acrylic and she ignored it, the nail polish is patchy and see through, the nails aren't straight and are crooked on more nails than not, my cuticles are red and inflamed, literally every single nail is different, she continued to file them down way shorter than i said i wanted, she assured me she could make the picture i had happen, but she didn't even have the right color of rhinestones and did not tell me at the beginning, waited till the very end to tell me she didn't have it. she then followed me out to my car and knocked on my window assuring me they looked good, please save your money. this was not worth $77. i cannot believe a salon would let someone walk out with these nails, it's laughable. i didn't get a name but she seemed like the manager or owner. update: the pedicure is not fine, i very literally have an infection. please don't go here. read more

I hadn't been to this nail shop in a few years but I came in and noticed they updated the pedi massage chairs, great lighting and waiting area. It's very nice inside! They were so accommodating to each client that walked in. Not pushy with upgrades. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

I saw a lot of great reviews about Helen so decided to come here bc my normal nail salon was booked up. This was last Saturday. I arrived for my 9:30am appt and they started right away. Helen did my nails: full-set gel, ombré w/pink powder, coffin shaped. I also got a pedicure. I will definitely be back. Helen does good work! The only think is it's not really the shape i was looking for. These are my nails 5 days later. They still look good. One thing, though, on Saturday night, my cuticles started to burn like hell. read more

This is a long over due review!!!! I love this spot! Everyone is great here. Helen the owner is great and always knows how to meet the desire of her customers. She does an amazing job, and being a business owner myself, my schedule is busy and her products can let met go literally over 5 weeks before a lift or broken nail. Came in here after work at 5:30 got right in for my pedi and full set from Crystal. She did an amazing job. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied with what I was getting. Great conversation too. I would definitely reccomend this place. Clean and friendly technicians and staff. Definitely worth 5 stars and more!! I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. I went to this salon a few weeks ago - I just moved here and it was close to my house. Mistake! The woman working on my nails kept pushing me to get dip when I only wanted gel. There were several people working in the store, and another woman took the color samples from me twice while I was still deciding; to replace it with powder colors. I had to say no three times; they were all working together to try to push me into something I didn't want. The woman working on my nails then proceeded to work too quickly; I've never seen someone work so fast and look at the clock so many times. 45 min later I had the worst gel manicure I've ever had that chipped within 2 days. This nails salon has a new owner and I just come to check in to do pedicure. That so amazing when they have many option to pick and I choose the $55 pedicure with charcoal flavor. The smell is very relax and this package is very helpful for dry skin. You can also pick olive flavor, however, I like lemongrass smell so that why I choose charcoal. My go to place to get my eyebrows threaded! I've been getting them threaded here for the past 4 years and I continue to come back. Helen is very detailed with cleaning then up nicely and precise in making my eyebrows to look as much as twins as they can possibly get. She's never messed up with my eyebrows these past few years that I've been getting them done with her. As he's placing the nail, he keeps hanking around my finger and then blames me for the nail not being placed straight. (I have had thousands of sets, and for two years I did my own acrylic- these hands are STEADY). So, I offered to apply it myself. He said yes. As I go in to take the nail and place it, he pushes my hand back and tried to place the nail again (the glue was already dried and he didn't reapply). I then let him know, VERY kindly in the softest voice as I didn't want to make a scene, that if it was an issue I could go somewhere else and that I didn't want to stress him out. I even offered to pay for the work he already did. He. Got. Mad. He threw my hands back at me and started belligerently yelling at me and saying screw you and then switched to his language. I RAN out of there. I'm texting my husband to bring me cash to tip, and I nearly get assaulted. Over nails. Over. Nails. If anyone wants pretty nails, go to 3D nails.
