Beautiful clean salon they have little snacks and beverages of all kinds huge selection of nail colors and Linda does the best nails and fantastic designs and Tammy is the best for my pedicures top-notch at removing ingrown toenails I consider them my hand and feet doctors and they are the best. My favorite part is I come up with some crazy concept for a nail design, and she nailed it every time I have asked her to accomplish wild things and she has done it above and beyond. Highly recommend this salon.

I decided to hive this plac another try since I haven't been there in 20 years .My first time I was not happy with how my nails came out and topped going here she didn't do as I instructed. I told her dip with Mani and apply my personal curved nail extensions. Instead she used hers which were flat. In that case I told her to make them curved and square and use the dip powder. She gave me acrylic nails with gel! I didn't want that and the nails were not curved!!! Kim basically ignored what I wanted as a paying client. I don't like that and I am very unhappy with the nails.pluds she didn't massage my hands and fingers! That is part of the manicure! The nails are not what I wanted and not to my liking. Very unsatisfied! Holly did my pedi and she's really good .I am very pleased with her and how she took good care or my feet.

Amy at Joy's Nails in Rancho Cucamonga did an amazing job on my nails as always. I tell her what I want and she produces.

I come here to get my pedicures done and Beth does an amazing job ! She is the sweetest lady and I could not recommend her enough. Always makes sure I'm comfortable and happy. Linda gets my nails right every time. Gets down every request with no problem. These ladies are amazing and will always continue to come back !! Really truly could not recommend this place enough !

If I could give this place 10 stars I would I love love love coming here Helen is always so nice to me and my daughter she knows exactly what I like and want if I show her a picture she will do it the same or better everyone is so friendly I always feel comfortable I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very confused as to why this place has more then a 2 Star rating... should've went with my gut and not gone to this nail place. First thing, why does everyone have an attitude? I myself work in the customer service industry, and having an attitude and making a customer feel as if they are dumb is never acceptable! No need to huff & puff cause I'm not fully happy with MY service. If I ask you politely to fix something IT IS YOUR JOB to do so. Second, a pedicure and full set should not take 3 hours. I won't be this upset if the end result was immaculate.. but it was not. Also, *word to the manager*if you notice you have an unsatisfied customer YOU SHOULD do everything in your power to correct the wrong. I will not be returning read more

Best nail salon I've ever been too! I've been coming here since my sophomore year of high school so that's six years! Rhonda always takes care of me and Helen as well both are very respectful , and they listen very well to exactly what you want! I see one bad review from someone named Jessica and I completely disagree. You may have been feeling that way because you are an angry person. These woman work hard and do a great job. I was back in town visiting family and decided to get my nails done with my mom. We went to literally 3 different salons in the rancho area and all of them had a long wait (45 min+) finally I decided to check yelp and found joy nails. So happy I did, they took us right away, had multiple people on staff and did such a nice job. I also checked in to get the discount they were offering, which they were awesome about. Needless to say, this is now my moms new go to nail spot! read more

I was in town for a limited time and picked this salon because of proximity - I'm so glad I did! They were friendly, caring and skilled. Everyone in the shop greeted me and the two women who worked on my nails made sure the end result was what I wanted. I felt pampered and well taken care of. 6/26/21 Do not go here! They are overpriced for the mediocre work they do. $35 for acrylic fill for regular nail polish not gel. They are very pushy to get you to get gel. I had to tell them 4-5 times I didn't want gel. Also, very pushy to get you to choose the $40 pedicure with the 5 min massage. I don't like to be pressured like that. My husband and I were looking for a new nail salon. We are new to the area. This place definitely won't be it. I left with 2 different colored nails on my toes and fingers due to the 1st lady putting color I picked out back on shelf after doing my toes. Then she said she couldn't remember the color when it was time to paint my finger nails. They tried to match the color of my toe nails with gel samples. I had to say 4-5 times I didn't want gel on my finger nails. She tried to go back to the wall and pick the right nail color but it wasn't. At the end when it was clear the nail color was wrong she asked if everything was ok bc she knew I was upset. I told her no the nail polish on my finger nails doesn't match the one on my toes. She talked to the worker in their language and just laughed. So rude! She did nothing to remedy the situation. She did not offer to change the color to match them or give even some kind of a discount for their mistake. They are not about customer satisfaction. They are about the money. We will not be back! read more

First off, as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and felt very welcome. I didn't have an appointment but was seated in less than 10 minutes. Rhonda did my nails and I was VERY impressed. She took great care and had an eye for detail. Didn't nick me once and my nails were absolutely flawless. I haven't been this happy with my nails in years. There's always that one nail you look at and hate until your next fill. Not with Rhonda. I'm so glad I found her!!! She's my new go to!! The salon got very busy while I was there. Never once felt rushed or that Rhonda was trying to hurry to get to her next customer. This is a rarity in the nail salon business. They seem to run everything very efficiently. The sign outside has a different name, so don't let the reviews for that place fool you. I almost didn't go because of the reviews but found it under the new name. So glad I gave it a try!!! I wish I could leave no stars. Went in yesterday for a basic pedicure and manicure with no polish. Just wanted to clean up my nails. I usually go every two but wasn't near my usual salon so I decided to try this place out. Worst decision ever!!! Seriously the worst I've ever received. They sanded down the top of my nails so much their so dull and have a weird sand paper feeling. The lady wasn't even going to cut my nails until I asked her to. Worst experience ever! Horrible! Everything was horrible! Asked for a certain person based on reviews and when I got there she was busy. I've never been in so much pain during a pedicure and the lady was obviously talking about me in her language. My nails looked horrible. Uneven and just a plain mess. What a waste of money. They were all being so mean to a little old lady and when the lady asked for a manager the manager said they only come at night and they all laughed at her. So unprofessional. It was our first time here we came here because our regular place does not do acrylics well. They had good customer service however it is not a posh place no waters or beverages offered. They did a good job on the acrylics and all the gels are as we wanted along with the design. Very reasonably priced and friendly atmosphere. We will be back. read more

I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. I went to this salon a few weeks ago - I just moved here and it was close to my house. Mistake! The woman working on my nails kept pushing me to get dip when I only wanted gel. There were several people working in the store, and another woman took the color samples from me twice while I was still deciding; to replace it with powder colors. I had to say no three times; they were all working together to try to push me into something I didn't want. The woman working on my nails then proceeded to work too quickly; I've never seen someone work so fast and look at the clock so many times. 45 min later I had the worst gel manicure I've ever had that chipped within 2 days. This nails salon has a new owner and I just come to check in to do pedicure. That so amazing when they have many option to pick and I choose the $55 pedicure with charcoal flavor. The smell is very relax and this package is very helpful for dry skin. You can also pick olive flavor, however, I like lemongrass smell so that why I choose charcoal. My go to place to get my eyebrows threaded! I've been getting them threaded here for the past 4 years and I continue to come back. Helen is very detailed with cleaning then up nicely and precise in making my eyebrows to look as much as twins as they can possibly get. She's never messed up with my eyebrows these past few years that I've been getting them done with her. I was getting a fill. French tip. Simple enough, right? Wrong! Started using the wrong color, and then assured me polish would fix it. Fine. He did my broken nail last. As he's placing the nail, he keeps hanking around my finger and then blames me for the nail not being placed straight. (I have had thousands of sets, and for two years I did my own acrylic- these hands are STEADY). So, I offered to apply it myself. He said yes. As I go in to take the nail and place it, he pushes my hand back and tried to place the nail again (the glue was already dried and he didn't reapply). I then let him know, VERY kindly in the softest voice as I didn't want to make a scene, that if it was an issue I could go somewhere else and that I didn't want to stress him out. I even offered to pay for the work he already did. He. Got. Mad. He threw my hands back at me and started belligerently yelling at me and saying screw you and then switched to his language. I RAN out of there. I'm texting my husband to bring me cash to tip, and I nearly get assaulted. Over nails. Over. Nails. If anyone wants pretty nails, go to 3D nails.
