I didn't look around too much but would recommend checking them out if on the turnpike. Service was friendly and prices for the items I looked at were reasonable.

My one son has orthotics in his sneakers and they know how to find shoes to properly fit it. We love Mr. Joe and how he talks with the kids. We will come back as long as it is here. The shoes are a lil higher in price than at generic stores, but better quality. I learned working in schools (former teacher turned homeschool mama) from the PT and OT therapists that shoes are vital for proper development and posture. I saw the difference in their sessions with different shoes... I will always save so they have good footwear. They are on their feet all day just as we are and us adults notice cruddy shoes... why subject our kiddos to that.

I had an absolutely awful experience at the O'Reilly Auto Parts in New Britain. I came in regarding…read morea warranty issue for my motorcycle battery which I had purchased there. Yesterday, one of the associates tested my battery and charged my battery but told me that since it wasn't holding a charge, I should come back today to exchange it under warranty. He placed a new battery to charge for me to pick up today. When I returned, I was assisted by Danielle, and the experience quickly went downhill. She was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional from the moment I approached the counter. She raised her voice, spoke to me in a belittling tone and outright refused to honor the warranty, even though I had all the information and had just been told by another employee to come back for a replacement. To make matters worse, she threw me out of the store, which was completely uncalled for. The entire encounter was embarrassing and infuriating. I left feeling completely disrespected and I can't help but feel that her behavior may have been racially motivated based on the way she spoke to and treated me compared to other customers. She even implicated the general manager, Dylan, saying that he is aware of her "behavior" and that he is ok with it. I had to send my girlfriend to the store to buy the battery instead of being able to exchange it thru my warranty. O'Reilly Auto Parts needs to seriously address this kind of behavior. No paying customer deserves to be treated this way, especially when simply trying to resolve a legitimate warranty issue. I've always gone to O'Reilly's for parts and service, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I will be warning others to avoid it as well.

The items are the same quality as the regular store, but at a much lower cost. A brand new J. Crew Factory store just opened last week in West Hartford's Corbin's Corner. The store has a great layout, and plenty of great summer pieces, for men, women and children. Most of the store is currently on sale for 40 - 50% off. Since this store is brand new, the exterior is still under construction, but It's what's on the inside that matters. The sales associates are friendly and answered all my questions. I've already been here twice since they opened last week. I'm glad to have a factory store nearby now. It's a good idea to come in frequently as new stock comes in often.
