Eric Raibel was terrific with setting us up with our On Star, Sirius, and wifi for the vehicle. He also gave a thorough tutorial of the tech features and even provided a 'refresher ' a few days later. John from the service department was most kind and patient when I brought in the car with some questions about the ride. He took the time to listen, ride along, grab another vehicle to drive for comparison, and then go over my car to check for anything that needed adjustments. did not cover my car seat and something was on my seat I had to clean off. I bought 2 new and one gently used cars at one time in 2006. A great place to buy a car, everyone there was nice as can be. I bought another Buick in 2017, and then traded that in for a 2018 Buick. The woman at the middle service desk was extremely rude. I had questions about the service and she just quickly said "I don't know what you're talking about you weren't working with me".
