I usually get the cut tacked on with my magic straight so I forgot how much it costs by itself nowadays. *Note to self, must reserve for once in three months maintenance if possible. Jane is skillful and always makes sure the client is happy before leaving their establishment.

Unprofessional Work, Visible Attachments, and Damaged Extensions…read more I came here for a hair extension installation and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The first installation was placed too high, not blended, not color matched, and the attachment points were clearly visible. I returned for a correction, but the issues were still not fixed. I was then charged a second time for services that should have been included in the first appointment. She didn't do the work correctly the first time, and the second time the work was still only halfway done -- yet the charges were even higher. Not honest at all, and it felt like she cared more about charging the maximum price than about my hair. My hair could have been done within an hour to an hour and a half at most, but I was kept there for over three hours because the owner kept leaving to work on other clients while her assistant worked on me. She probably spent about an hour total on my hair, yet I was sitting there for more than three hours. It felt overbooked, rushed, and money‑driven, not professional. One of my bundles was cut down to about one‑third of its original size, and the removed hair was never mentioned or returned to me. Several beads were installed incorrectly, with the hair not looped fully through the bead, leaving the strands stuck and ripping when I tried to comb it. Even after two visits, the extensions were still not blended or cut properly, and the attachment points are still visible if you look closely. For the price I paid, this should never have happened. When I attempted to resolve the issue directly, the merchant offered only a $100 refund and stated that was the maximum she was willing to provide. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision.
