This place is amazing, The eyelash artists are absolute experts in their field.befour I try here, I had heard many horror stories about eyelash extensions - how more often than not they make you look like you had glued a hairy black caterpillar to your eyelids. I was happy to find Joy as she does a good job and was very close to my home. When I first reached out to set my first appointment she got me in right away which I was very happy about. When I made an appointment for a fill weeks in advance so I would have them done for an important event , I received a text the day before from her wanting to reschedule me as she double booked. I couldn't change my appointment as I was going out of town. The next time around I reached out again for a fill and she said she had no availability for two weeks. I think at some point this may be the reason businesses stop taking on new clientele. I was sad to my business else where as it was difficult to get an appointment with her beyond my very first one. read more

Update: I went for my 3rd refill and Joy did my lashes as usual but there wasn't enough long ones mixed in the middle so my lashes looked stubby. I pointed this out to her and she didn't seem please about my complaints. She couldn't do much but put in a few long ones because she has finished already. So back down I go and after two checks in the mirror I'm finally satisfied. I paid her and tipped her as usual. Since then i texted her as usual to schedule my fill and didn't receive a response from her at all. I texted her again 5 days later asking for an appt during certain times and dates and she didn't respond until the next day. She replied with the dates and times being booked already. These were dates a week in advance and she had always been able to accommodate and fit me in up until this time. A week later I try again and text her and receive no response for days. I texted her yet again because I really did like her work and the quality of the lashes were the best from any other place. She replied back the next afternoon telling me they only had appts that didn't work with my schedule. I gave up because it was clear she didn't care for me as a customer and didn't want to do my lashes anymore since I complained at my last appt. I've since found a new lash place so everything happens for a reason. read more

Got my lashes done 2 weeks ago and they still look great!! Did the classic set and I love them!

I started going with Joy since Oct 2017 & never had any issues I loved how she would do my lashes. She already knew what kind I wanted. I always booked in advance if not she wouldn't have anything for 2 weeks or so. She is very friendly and welcoming but the last time I went in August 2018 mind you I go every month to get a full & I explained to her I wouldn't get them done till November the beginning of the month, she was like that's fine just text me and I did & she leaves me on read. Well again I texted her maybe 3-4 more times to confirm my appointment & she leaves me on read again. Which I thought was not like her but now I knew she was ignoring me. I would always refer people to her & let her know. I think to be professional she could respond back to me & say something but she doesn't. Just know if you were paying her old prices like I was she will ignore you if you don't go for a month or so. I've been nice about it but I'm going to say the truth she will ignore you if your an old client. I was one of her usual clients and I guess that wasn't enough to keep her business with me. read more
