I especially appreciated my most regular attendant Nurse, Gabriela. She was punctual and regular in her scheduled time to be with me. She is very caring, competent and reassuring in all aspects of my daily treatment. My doctor was able to move me to pills just today, so I am discontinuing the service. But I have to tell you how accommodating everyone was in being willing to have Gabriela not just come to my home, but they were prepared to have her come to my Santa Claus booth at the Pilgrim Place Festival Friday and Saturday (11/9 and 11/10) so I would not miss any more time from the children than necessary. I do like many of the staff that has provided basic care needs for my mother with dementia over the last 2 years. However, Mr. Ropoza has chosen to ignore a court ordered Conservatorship that has me and my father as co-conservators by choosing to only communicate directly with my father and has chosen to freeze me out of my mother's care for months. Since February 23, 2026 when I requested specific details on my mother's care to follow up on a February 17 call, Mr. Ropoza has refused to acknowledge, much less respond, to a single one of my calls, texts or emails since. Not only is he ignoring the Conservatorship, but it is poor business practice and bad customer care for home care agency to ignore me as a legal co-conservator.
