My objection was to not being able to use a secured website and being forced to provide a credit card number to someone who is very hostile on the phone. 4. They demanded immediate payment with 3.5% debit card fee which doesn't leave me an option to pay by a check even though their invoice states 5 day grace period. Original review: The office staff was rude and unprofessional. The lady called me while I was out of town and immediately started arguing with me, demanding I pay them right away without any proof that the work was even done. They run everything like it's still 2005 -- they can't even send a simple link to pay with a credit card. They also charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit card, but that fee doesn't even show up on the receipt. Pretty scammy if you ask me.

They trimmed all the bushes, dug out all the weeds and timbers that were growing where they shouldn't be. Removed a small flower bed and sodded it. Removed all the railroad ties bordering the beds and replace them with new ones. Mulched all beds with cedar mulch. They even cut down a large tree with a huge active hornets nest in it. They did all the jobs right, they didn't take any shortcuts. I highly recommend Garcia's Garcia's Project Landscape and Hardscape Construction for any of your needs. I gave them 20 minutes and then called twice and even sent a text asking for an update when he didnt arrive. He didn't call back until 3 hrs after the scheduled time. When he showed up, I questioned him about not showing up at the designated time or responding when I reached out, and he just gave me an attitude. Had he explained things or even been apologetic for the THREE HOUR late arrival, I would have given them a chance, but considering I had issues with him from the beginning, I would NOT recommend this company. They gave the cheapest estimate of the companies I got quotes from, but I guess you get what you pay for.
