I'd never been to Jp nail and spa cause it's relatively new but when i went in it was so clean. i didn't have an appointment and it only took 20mins to get a tech for this acrylic set. I recommend "tee" (that's definitely not how you spell her name) but she was super nice and very attentive she immediately offered me water and continued to check in after every section, nail, etc. i wish i had a photo definitely go to her if you want a job well done read more

I've been coming here for 2-years, they are a great team and the quality is consistent however the last 2-times I've come in, with an appointment I've had to wait. One time, it wasn't that big of a deal, but it was 20 minutes. Today, it would have been 25-30 minutes and I couldn't do it. I got a sitter specifically for this. I'd so much rather be told no, we can't fit you in when I called hour earlier than have to find out when I'm there. The young gal up front also told me to take a seat to wait when there was absolutely no place to sit. When you are in a tight schedule this just doesn't work. I will try one more time cause they have always been friendly and great quality, but I won't be able to shift yet again with an actual appointment. read more

I've been coming here for the last year or so and it has generally been a good experience. This last time less so. Made the appt a couple days prior and specifically asked if they would have someone who could do builder gel for a short ballerina nails in a natural nude. That I needed to build some length because my nails were uneven. Was assured that yes, they would have someone. Booked gel mani/pedis for myself and my teen. They set us up in chairs and we each had one tech doing the pedi and one doing the mani. A little awkward to have the mani being done on a pillow in my lap and things kept feeling like they were going to slide off into the foot bath. The nail tech who did my nails seemed inexperienced and unprepared. She started to set me up with Gel-X nail extensions which was not what I asked for. Then she brought out the forms to build length but couldn't seem to find the right size. Built up just one nail-it was not neatly done and when I pointed out there was polish gooping up under my nail said "she would file it out". Did not use the builder get to lengthen any of my other nails. Other techs kept coming by and checking on how she was doing. End result (see pics): *nails are all different lengths and shapes. *the one nail lengthened (left middle finger) already has a defect and looks like it will break where it attaches to natural nail soon. Hoping to let it grow a bit before I trim it back down. *the nail is all one color, no pale gradient from tip. There was a language barrier but I did provide a picture of what I was going for on my phone and left it out so she could reference it (see pics). The young woman at the reception desk was also doing some interpreting. If I had not been trying to give my teen a special outing for the last day of school, I definitely would have made more of a fuss. This seemed to be a pretty basic request and the result were....meh. Prices: Gel pedi $45 Gel mani with builder gel $65 The pedi was fine, as usual, and I'll stick to getting a basic gel pedi and plain regular mani from here-for anything more advanced I recommend going elsewhere. Oh, and the kiddo didn't get gel for her pedi-even though it was requested? Was so caught up with everything else, didn't notice until we went to pay for it. Weird. read more

I made an appointment the day of (Thursday) right when the opened for an acrylic nail fill at 5:30PM. I came in around 5:35PM and they were pretty busy. When I told them I had an appointment, they were not aware and told me it would be a few minutes, didn't get seated until 6PM and they didn't start my nails until 6:20PM - they close at 7PM. The nail technician who helped me was Kayla, she didn't seem very happy to be working on my nails as they were about to close. There were other free technicians but I believe she was the one who answer my call so she ended up doing them. Her station is in a very awkward spot as your left side will be mostly blocked by a wall, very uncomfortable. I showed her my inspo photo and I believe she did the best she could. She was rushing quite a bit, not allowing the gel to fully cure and kept messing up the design because she would pull or bump my hand trying to hurry. The final product wasn't the best, the nail base didn't match the original nail base I had previously but the designs for the polish ended up lifting since she did not allow me to cure it completely. My total for an acrylic fill with designs was $82 which I felt was really high. I tipped as well but they did not tell me there was a "convenience fee" for using card (the price generated after paying). Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place because they were very unorganized and I felt very rushed out of my service. They were also cleaning up shop the entire time once I sat down so it wasn't relaxing either. Time management and scheduling system needs to be worked on. read more

I felt like the nail technician rushed through my service because she wanted to get off work when some of the other technicians were leaving. The technician that did my gel color change was nice , but didn't fix an indentation that appeared during the drying process and I didn't recognize it til I got home. I just had a truly amazing experience with Trish. She is so funny and warm, which puts you in the relaxation space right away. But also, she makes keen observations AND she does amazing work. It's in a very convenient location if your husband doesn't want to stay and wait for you, he can go get food at any of the restaurants around. When I got my wedding nails down, all the techs congratulated me and Karen did an amazing job. When I come after work, my techs always ask me how work was. They always take the time to make me feel relaxed. I always get basic nails for work but the techs always put so much time and care when doing them. However, if you are coming in with regular polish on your toes, take the polish off at home! They charge $15 for REGULAR POLISH REMOVAL -- kind of steep. I got the Spa Special Pedicure ($45) but my total came out to $65. I didn't catch the total discrepancy until after I left, so I went back in to clarify. My total came out to $60 (they overcharged me on accident and gave me back $5 cash). I came in as a walk-in, so I was very grateful to be serviced regardless. First time there T nice girl BUT one left one of my nails crooked I should have checked before she polished them I should not have to other toe nails cut real short you can see the skin. Manager said something how my nails grow no one is going to see it. never had that problem other places I just went along with her. But it is what is then you feel bad mentioning anything your during your pedicure they start speaking in their language like they are making fun of you at least that is how you feel. Just make sure you double check everything. Ah-mazing! I came as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon. Best decision I made that day! The staff were welcoming and polite. I could feel the relaxing vibe right away. The place is clean, tastefully and beautifully decorated, with nice massage chairs and furniture. Easy listening music was being played. There were about 4 other customers at the time but they were ready for me after a few minutes. I chose the $65 "deluxe" gel pedi. Linda did a fantastic job from the perfect temperature of the water to all the massages to the shaping and polishing of my toes. It was perfect and worth the splurge (that wasn't even the most expensive option, if you really want to spoil yourself). Kaitlyn worked on my hands at the same time I was getting my feet done. I asked for a gel mani but she talked me into doing a dip powder, which was $10 more. I agreed to it, and she ended up doing a wonderful job. My natural short nails look beautiful and hopefully will last longer than gel polish. My total was $110 (not including tip), which is more than I would usually pay, but I'm telling you, the service, the results, and the atmosphere were definitely worth every penny. This was my first time coming here! My toes have finally been in decent enough shape where I'm not embarrassed to get a pedicure! This place is only about a five minute walk from my house. Very clean looking inside! We had an appointment but had to wait about five/ten minutes. I enjoyed my pedicure and got regular polish. I wanted to wait longer for my polish to dry, but the woman that did my nails came over and said I was good to go! I left and went swimming at my moms, then noticed my nails had messed up while I was in the pool!! When I used to get regular nail polish on my nails, if it was ever to smudge on the first day, or even chip within the first couple days, they would fix, FOR FREE. I went back in after a few hours, said I would get gel instead since regular had messed up so fast (I knew would be extra), and they told me it would be $25! I told her that from my pedicure ($45) that I received earlier, gel was only a $10 up charge. (Mind you I had convinced my husband to come, his first pedicure ever! :) and he got no polish, obviously...so like...didn't we kinda pay for two?? I know it doesn't work like that....but still.....) Then they told me they would give me a discount at $15. Would put 3 stars for that, but the woman that did my pedicure made my experience 5 stars. Not sure who the woman was that wanted to charge me more, but I didn't appreciate that. Seemed like she was trying to take advantage and didn't leave a great first impression. $30 tip total ($20 for myself and husband first time, $10 second time for redo) $105 for services. $135 total for two pedicures with tip. I was a walk in for a pedicure. I waited about 20 minutes before getting a chair. After I was assigned to my chair, I waited another 15/20 minutes sitting in the pedicure water. The woman who did my pedicure didn't talk much at all...which is fine. What I have a problem with is her lack of attention to detail & uncleanliness. I had to get gel removed from a previous pedicure and instead of soaking my toes with foil and acetone, she filed them down. She over filed and ended up hurting me. I said "Ow!" out loud, and then she placed the foil on to soak. The pedicure continued and I was on edge. I was disappointed to see that the file she used to shape my nails was not new. She reused a file that was used on someone else! I was hoping to come in for relaxation and self care. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. One positive is they accept Venmo, and the pedicure chairs are comfortable. read more
