The store was moved and remodeled. It's now located near the right side of the Wells Fargo where the drive through ATM is. It's a bit hidden in the very back, but there were only two workers there at the moment. They were both very kind, patient, and it was wonderful to converse with them. The only reason why I gave this place five stars is because of Holly. She's the only person in SACRAMENTO who I go to, to get my nails done. They use to be called Glamorous Nails when owner Jenny use to run the place. First time I got my nails done it was horrible, the lady made three of my nails bleed. I was so upset that I told her straight up, "To pay f*ing attention." After the first time I haven't been back for about three months. I spoke to a friend of mines who always get her nails done there. Told her my experience and she told me to give it another shot and to make an appointment with Holly. Not wanting to wait until I go to LA to get my nails done, I decide 'okay one more chance'. Made a appointment with Holly. I told her my experience from the past and pointed out to the lady who did my nails before. Holly apologized for her coworker and told me she'll be careful. I was very happy with the way my nails came out. It's been two years and I'm still happy with her work. Lack of Customer Service: I went up there last Saturday morning to see if they were available for a walk in for a pedicure and eyebrows. A lady there said no sorry we don't have anything today we're busy. I asked her if she can make me an appointment for next Saturday she said okay and wrote me name down for next Saturday morning. I call today to confirm my appointment and the lady on the phone says she didn't see my name for tomorrow to come 15 minutes before my appointment. They don't have good customer service because they lady should of asked me from the beginning that they could schedule me for another day. I shouldn't have had to ask for an appointment after I just walked in. They seemed like they didn't want a new client. read more

The ladies were really nice, but my nails weren't all that great.... my nails were uneven some were thicker than the others, length was off , I also got a pedicure in which I'm not sure what it was but my big toe ended up getting swollen and it hurt a LOT any ways I had my husband look at It and puss came out of it.... Love this shop in my hood..Hannah is who I go to and she does a great job always and is so sweet. I can't remember the shop owners name but she's a crack up. All the ladies at work here are super nice. I don't like going anywhere else. I went in to get a full set on Friday at about 7 pm today is I paid extra for gel full set verse just doing fiber glass I paid 50$ my nails has chipped at the bottom and I have had 3 nails come all the way off 1 chipped sat morning the first nail came completely off sat while putting my make up on and pushing down on my face another broke sat night while making dinner why the3 broke off on Sunday morning again while doing my make up and I have and keep my nails done always so I know it's not me being to hard on them I have had them last a while month I called them this morning witch is Monday because they are closed on Sunday the lady that picked up the phone was very rude I asked if I could have someone fix them and she asked when I got off I advised her 630 mind you on Friday I was there till 8 at night we'll the lady basically told me that was to late and wanted me to go in t 730 in the morning !!! I have kids to drop off at school I asked if I could have my money back because I have basically lost all hope with them she told me no to that when I asked for the owner she also told me no I will continue to call the shop until I speak with the owner because I feel like 50 for gel and gel polish is ok but my nails should not be breaking the very next day !!!! I advise to not go here it's a waste of money and time we were there for 2 hours on Friday you see the before right after still at the shop and then the others are today hopefully the owner will respond to me in some sort of way I will be happy to change my review if this is fixed. I came here for a full since I moved from woodland and needed a new shop. The place looks very clean inside, so that mixed with how nice the ladies are is what gained this place a star. I get simple pink and white. I called ahead to make sure that they could do pink and white.... It took two hours for a fill. My nails are lumpy and look like complete crap. My seven year old son could have done them so much better. Oh, I'm forgetting to mention that after she started to file my nails down she started to ask how my regular lady normally does it! I've been going to Holly since high school. But all the ladies are lovely here. Kathy is the owner, and then there's Holly, Hannah, and Vange. I never leave disappointed! Very small establishment but always busy. Walk ins are welcomed but I strongly advise you to make an appointment before coming or they may not have time for you at that moment. Tip: the salon isn't as up to date with nail work/art trends so I would also call about their services before coming. Overall, the nails they do are nice and they work very hard! My full set of nails came off in less than a week. They lifted almost 30% and I went to another person who removed them without soaking them. That's how easy they came off. The nails were also very thick and wasn't shaped very well. It also took 1 1/2 hours which is extremely long for a me because I came in there with my natural nails. I had a picture with me of what I wanted and even though I showed the girl they didn't turn out like the picture at all and I had to ask her multiple times to reshape my nails. They're all really friendly and welcoming .. Normally other salons just want you in and out, but this is the first time I've had someone take their time in making me feel comfortable and relaxed . They always tell me, "we do eyebrow waxing but we don't have time for you right now"...I've gotten this response when the shop was full, so I understood. A decent spot I've discovered while on lunch. My first time here I didn't have a lot of time to get a manicure so Hannah was pretty quick and efficient. Good job! Second time I came I wanted to get a pedicure and a manicure (had more time). Anyway before getting my nails done I made sure to ask how much it'll cost, Hannah told me the pedicure is $20 (I only wanted the basic) and the gel manicure is $15. Tell me why her price changed after handing her a $100 bill. She gave me my change back and it was $8 less than what she originally told me the cost for my mani and pedi. Of course the generous and nice person I am, I didn't say anything plus I tipped her good. If she really needed the extra $8, She could've just told me the gel manicure is gonna cost $23.
