The estimate instead referenced "rear suspension" at around $700, even though I had replaced the full suspension (front and rear) only two years ago. Again, they stated the prior work did not cover this component. These inconsistencies have seriously damaged my trust. When I returned to pick up the car, an employee handed me a broken key (the electronic component had detached). Staff then made rude comments, suggesting I find another service center and telling me they no longer wanted me as a customer. A manager joined the conversation and the interaction became confrontational. The main issues appear to be vague terminology, poor communication about what parts are included in repairs, and unprofessional handling of customer concerns. What should have been a standard service appointment quickly turned into a humiliating ordeal due to the actions of an older mechanic on staff 6/8. From the moment we arrived, the unprofessionalism was staggering. The mechanic made snarky, derogatory comments about my husband to another customer right in front of him, and then deliberately ignored my husband's presence until he was forced to step forward. Even then, the mechanic refused to greet him and simply snatched the keys. The situation escalated unnecessarily when the mechanic became aggressive, falsely claiming our car's windows were illegally modified and tinted. Despite my husband remaining completely calm, polite, and explaining that the windows were factory-standard, the mechanic used it as an excuse to double down on his hostility. It was entirely clear that this was not just a case of poor customer service, but targeted bias. No paying customer should ever be subjected to this level of disrespect and malice. If you "look different", I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere to avoid being humiliated by this staff's ignorance. Management seriously needs to look into their team's behavior, as we will never step foot in this place again.

Reading up on these places I noticed CARSTAR advertising that they had special tools / machines that may help me , without having to patch and paint . So I went over to their shop and they brought out the technician, who said : Oh yeah I think I can fix that. In addition to that , the quote was $410. I took it in, they had it a day and I picked it up looking perfect?Not only did they fix the problem, they washed the car, cleaned the inside and blackened my tires , plus everyone gets a jar of delicious apple butter.Think I'm done?Oh wait... I paid cash and no one had change for a $20. So the boss said just the $400 and skip the $10. What a great place and great people who work there. Well Done!!
