First we went to JP's because it seemed like a more kid friendly location than the other ones around. We were correct! We ended up reserving the HALO birthday package and had a ton of guests come. Everyone had a blast and it was probably one of the best kids birthday parties we have had since being located here. Since the birthday we now take the 30 minute drive from Sanford to JP's just because it's such a fun and inviting atmosphere for the kids. They always have so much fun and the prices are excellent. We love JP jumpmasters! Prices are a little steep but honestly my kids can only handle about 30 minutes of jumping before they're tired. Lots of trampolines, climbing obstacle course above head, foam pit, and trampoline dodgeball. They have birthday parties, a room off by itself and then areas that are more open with some tables. We've done two birthdays there and had mostly good experiences (time mix up for employees for one so we had no assistance). Birthdays are a little pricey but the kids have such a fun time and their food is actually really good! Great place to wear your kids out, never had issues taking 2-5 year olds either. read more

This place was super cool! For being such a hole in the wall this place is decorative! It also had a coffee bar and amazing food! The GM and staff were amazing and so helpful. There's plenty of great seating for those to watch and free WiFi. Cleanliness of the building was actually awesome compared to most trampoline parks I've been to. Prices are fair for everything you order. A family oriented business based off of good old airborne values. 10/10 would come back again. The only thing I could see is they just need some more staff at the moment but otherwise this is the place. read more

**UPDATE** I'm giving this 1 more star solely because Kate, the GM, reached out to me and wanted to hear my side of the story. She was very apologetic and I appreciate her reaching out. I know the experience I had doesn't represent the business as a whole. I am still on the fence about trying them again, but Kate did make me feel welcome if I ever do decide to. I've sat on this review for a while debating if I should or shouldn't post, but decided that I would want to know on a customer and owner standpoint. Be prepared because it is quite long. Sorry. But, here goes: I booked a party for my son on April 19, 2025 @ 1-3pm. First off, our party host, Trinity, saved this experience. She was phenomenal and helped in every way she could! The first encounter was as I was taking things out of my truck for the party, I was going up the stairs and saw an elderly woman from another party trying to go down the stairs. An employee happened to walk by as the elderly woman asked "Is there a hand rail I can use?" The employee shrugs and replies "I just work here. I don't know. You'll have to ask my manager." The second encounter was when I went to the front desk to ask my party host if it was possible to get a pitcher of coke for the party. I'm looking directly at Trinity, and the other employee at the desk interrupts and says "that's something you're going to have to ask your party host." It's hard to put the exact tone into words, but it was not polite. Side note, they don't allow adding food or drinks the day of your party. I can understand food because it takes preparation, but a pitcher of coke the day of seems doable. Last encounter was at the end of the party. To pay for my party, the manager has to be the one to check me out. I paid $258 for the 2 hour slot, food, 30 extra minutes of jump time, and a coffee from their cafe (with a military discount). Since my son wanted to jump the extra 30 minutes, we were waiting in the sitting area. I do have a monster energy drink that I've had since the beginning of the party. For obvious mom reasons, I needed extra caffeine this day. I understand rules and policies, but will say there is no clear or big sign anywhere stating you can't bring outside food or drinks. I honestly just assumed that since I had the party, they allowed the outside treats and drinks we had already there. Not even 5 minutes after checking out with the manager, she comes to me and says "You can't have outside drinks. You'll have to chug that or throw it away." I replied "Oh, it's okay. I won't chug a monster. I can just throw it away." I guess I threw it away in the wrong trash can because the manager takes that bag out and puts it in another trash can to then put a new trash bag in the one I threw the monster away in. Still up to this point, I brushed off all the rudeness of how the employees were saying things. But as we're done with our last 30 minutes of jump time, we are leaving and are waiting for my husband in the foyer area. The same manager is then scolding one of the employees about customers bringing outside food and drinks. Verbatim: "You need to make sure you ask everyone if they have outside food or drinks. People want to sneak food and drinks in their purses and bring them out thinking we don't know." This was my last breaking point because of the attitude she had to the employee and how loud she was speaking to her in front of customers. I understand employees having bad days, but don't think that should be reflected in your tone towards your coworkers or customers. I also understand rules and policies and abide by them even if they seem difficult. It's just the snarkiness and attitude of HOW the employees were speaking and not WHAT they were saying. I have wanted to try JP's for multiple reasons and wanted it to be a place I'd bring my boys continuously, but I don't think we will be back willingly just because of the overall unpleasantness of the employees. read more

Was there March 30th, Sunday and she was the only one taking care of the front end of the place (cashier, greeter, food runner and cafe) it was busy for one person doing everything and she was still professional and did her best with a smile. I hope the manager realizes Nicole a valuable employee. read more

From start to finish, JP's was the best party experience we have ever had. The prices are great compared to other trampoline parks in the area, and everything was clean! What really made our party experience so great was how kind and accommodating the staff was. I truly cannot express how smooth they made the entire process. They go out of their way to help in literally any way- whether it be helping bring in or take out decorations, assisting with serving food, and helping clean up as we go. We did bring our own decorations, but they had all of the plates and tablecloth's set up when we arrived with a cute birthday sign. We have been going here quite a bit as we loved that the place was more geared towards the littler ones. The park itself isn't as nice as the others in the area, but we loved that there were more little kids than bigger. For months and months we never had any issues. Just recently an employee seems to get on us for EVERYTHING to where we no longer enjoy the place. I jump with my three year old because I'm a helicopter mom and obviously we don't do anything dangerous. This guy must get off on telling other adults what they can/cannot do and is the sole reason we won't be back. read more

Wow this place is waa opened in honor of a solider who served his country, and a tribute of who is was to his family, that alone is amazing to me, on top of that and it's amazing customer service this makes for an awesome place to have a birthday party or just a safe fun place for kids. I recently had my daughter's birthday party here and have attended a few others. Hands down the best place to hold a birthday party if you have kids. The party room has everything you need for the party. The birthday attendant help me decorate and take down the decorations. I was also notified when the pizzas I ordered would be ready. JPs opened on a Sunday afternoon right after Hurricane Florence came through the area. It was my kid's birthday, so what a great way to finally get out of the house and move around a little! There is a drink bar and mini arcade located inside as well. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The literal only drawback (mostly self-inflicted) was that I didn't purchase a wrist band as I didn't plan on jumping. The little bit I jumped on a trampoline with my 4 year old resulted in a stern talking to from one of the employees. Not their fault, but it seemed excessive at the time. read more

This was our first time going. We came with the appropriate socks but the attendant said we had to buy their's because "insurance will only cover our socks." Sounds like a deceptive practice to make more money but I let it go and bought the socks. We arrived a few minutes after the hour and bought an hour pass - never once did the attendant say that would be an issue or that they jump on the hour. Then, with 5 minute left on our time, the attendant told my kid she had to leave. As a separate issue, after I got my kid jumping, I went and ordered a coffee and the woman attending the coffee shop said she would have to call her manager because she didn't know how to make a cafe mocha. Then she came back and said I would have to go downstairs to tell the manager how to make it - mind you, my kid was still jumping and doing downstairs meant she wouldn't be attended. Compared to the other local trampoline parks, this one is mediocre. It's small and almost no investment has been made in obstacles or challenges. JP's has been our go to for an energy outlet! My daughter is 3.5 and we started going right when they opened (about a year ago) we went so much we invested in a membership and boy do we use it. My daughter LOVES it. It's the perfect size to play with your kid or sit and watch them without worry. We often go when it's not busy and if the employees notice my daughter is bored they play with her. This jump park feels like family to us. Plus they always have awesome activities. read more

If I could give negative stars, I truly would. We decided to have my child's second birthday party here as it had been recommended for small kids to us a few times. I picked it over the other two in Fayetteville for this reason. This was our first time at the park. They ended up overbooking and I had to move the party to 11:00 instead of 1:00. That's fine I let that go. The day of the party, one of the employees was exceptionally rude to one of the attendees of our party. He made a huge fuss about playing with the foam blocks when we told him we would put them back after he was done. The same employee snapped at all my guests telling them not to wear shoes out there. We didn't know, we hadn't been there before. They have a sign that says this, but it's small and not in direct sight when you walk in. He could have said this in a more pleasant manner. If you don't enjoy working around kids, you shouldn't work in a trampoline park. We were supposed to have a party host to assist us and help things run smoothly but really I just felt like we were left to fend for ourselves as no one was really directing anything. You get an hour to jump and 45 minutes in the tiniest party room ever. My child was opening her presents when someone walked in and told us we had 10 minutes to get out. I voiced my concerns to the owner and she was beyond rude. They offered us 30 minute passes to come back but I was already upset to the point I'd never come back. She gave us 50% off the party but really wasn't apologetic at all for ruining my child's birthday. Don't waste your money here. read more

Jumpmasters is clean and puts a strong emphasis on safety. When we arrived they had three computers open which made the waiver process simple. Each kid is given a pair of new socks and are instructed to watch a quick and easy safety video before jumping. This is essential because jump parks can be more dangerous than you think. read more

Quick trip to NC to visit family and took the nephew to JP's. Staff was amazing, really helpful and enthusiastic. The park was very safe, they even have a kids section!
