I took in my car for washing and my casing of the driver's side mirror was broken by the machine. I…read moreinformed the manager that my side mirror was intact before entering the drive through wash and damaged when I came out and he didn't believe me. He argued with me and I requested him to check his video. Then he said the video doesn't show. I insisted and he sent me to his friend's auto body shop who checked the car and he sided with the manager. I drove an hour away to wash my car and the manager treated me like crap. His friend sided with him Up to now my car is not fixed. His friend sided with him. He first told me that part doesn't exist on the market. Then I told him I need to get it from the dealership and he added that am I gonna spend that much money to fix such a small thing?Then I replied why not. Then he argued and said the casing was broken before which was not true. He was already biased since him and the manager were close friends. My car is not fixed up to now but it's just the casing which has to be replaced. So I drive as is. Will never take my car there nor will I send somebody there for car washhing I gave up.

I sustained damage to my passenger side bumper, hood, and passenger door. Three Sons Auto Body was the recommended body shop by my insurance company. Dealing with Mark at Three Sons was easy! He let me know how many days it would take to do the repairs/paint and set up the rental car for me. The morning I dropped my car off, Enterprise met me at the shop with my rental, and I was able to just return it there when my repairs were done which was really convenient. A few days after I picked my car up, I noticed that there were some issues with the paint job. I called Mark to discuss it and he immediately wanted to make it right. We made arrangements for a time for me to come by so he could look at the car. He was very apologetic and said he hadn't seen this particular issue with the paint in many years. He contacted the paint vendor and had me bring my car back in a few days to be repainted. Three Sons picked up the cost of my rental car while they fixed the issue with the paint which was great. Mark was friendly and professional. The care they took in making sure I was satisfied with their work was much appreciated. I would definitely bring my car to Three Sons again if I needed any repairs and would recommend to my friends and family.

I got a quote from them from them for around $1400 which included them dissembling the car, painting it, and then reconditioning it before picking it up. When I arrived the first time, my driver mirror was still unpainted. The front splitter was painted black not green, and the hood was painted extremely poorly. They also never cleaned my car even though I was charged for it. So I had to bring it back a second time, showed them my hood was still unpainted in some areas, the car was never even cleaned even though I paid for it and my mirror was still unpainted. What appeared to be the owner came out and realized how poor of a job they did he was very nice and stated they would correct the issues but I'd have to leave my car there again, which was fine. When I picked my car up for the final time it was cleaned, no sanding dust all over my interior and exterior. But the hood was touched up very poorly, instead of repainting the whole panel again they just touched up the areas they missed very poorly instead. My mirror cap was painted green, but they broke the mounting clips and instead of telling me they broke it or getting a new mirror they used double sided tape to stick it on since can't be secured with the clips they broke and it fell off on my way home. The mirror glass shakes violently on the highway indicating they broke more than just the mirror cap that was supposed to be touched and didn't tell me they broke either.

They quickly provided a detailed estimate and ran through a few alternatives that I could think about, but sadly my insurance company determined that the car was a total loss and gave me the option of a payout for the value of the car. After agreeing to the amount, my insurance company tried to reduce the settlement and pay me considerably less. The people at Haskins were not obligated to help me negotiate with my insurance company (they were being paid their full amount regardless), but they went over and above and fought for me. They convinced my insurance company that what they were doing was not right, and I was paid every dollar I was promised! I could not have had a better outcome. I would recommend Haskins and their people to anyone (especially local Wellesley/Weston neighbors) needing automotive help. We are lucky to have this shop in town!!
