I specifically asked about any extra charges since one of my neighbor bad experience from them in the past. She said No extra charges, just parts and labor. I got invoice for $225 an hour, $425 for control box instead of $350 (same exact item number) plus extra $98 misc and additonal $30 fuel charge. Total $940. (For a less then $500 job.) I called and asked about this sudden change and I was been answered very rudely, that the person who quoted you prices didnot know, that this is a business. She gave you residencial prices. She said I am the office manager and I know better. (Despite the service call was for business with business name and address).

We tried to meet them on site, and they came early and were gone by the time we got there. They never return phone calls, and don't send out invoices in a timely manner. We were supposed to have a walk through on the system once completed, and it never happened, even though we tried to set it up and called to ask about it. The girl in the office is nice and took our name and number, but we never got a call back - about anything.

Only after continued follow-ups did they begin calling weekly; however, Matt still refused to provide any timeline for when drilling would start. He later stated that the 30-day timeframe was only said verbally and was "a wish," not a commitment, despite it being the basis on which we agreed to move forward. The permit was allegedly approved, yet there has been no mobilization, no start date, and no accountability. Accepting a deposit, providing an estimated timeframe, and then dismissing it afterward while refusing to give a schedule is extremely unprofessional. Based on our experience, we would not recommend proceeding without clear, written timelines and firm commitments.
