He responded almost immediately and confirmed a time for the next day and arrived on time. Brandon was professional, polite, and he communicated what he was going to do. Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. Rico came out on a Saturday and did an excellent job. We were extremely pleased. Then ... a few days later we had a clog in a pipe and our toilets would not flush. We called Rico. He came out and cleared the clog...but informed us that we had a broken line in our slab!! We totally freaked out! He contacted Advance Foundation for us, was here when they arrived, and handled everything! Advance Foundation had to tunnel 26 feet under our house in order for Rico to repair the line!
