This was not the case when I called Brandon Bell Plumbing. My wife had found good reviews online so we called him. He responded almost immediately and confirmed a time for the next day and arrived on time. Brandon was professional, polite, and he communicated what he was going to do. He repaired my issue and charged a very reasonable price. I thought it going to be more. Everyone seems to have a tip jar out these days and plumbing is not a service you thing about tipping, but I actually thought about it after he left. Cody and Jaylen came out to service my water heater this year, and again, I just really love the team. They are prompt, super professional and just the most friendly guys you will meet. Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install. Even though Ive never met Jenna in person, she is just a delight to deal with, always gets me on the schedule promptly, and always gets me the answers I need, which is super helpful, because I am out of state. We told our warranty company to proceed with the claim. 3 days later they called and said it would cost $780.00. After going back and forth, we gave up and placed the order. They were supposed to install on Monday...surprise, surprise, this nasty woman called and said that now it was going to cost $830! My husband asked her why it increased again and she got nasty and said she deals with dummies like him every day and that he needed to do the math! Nice! Our warranty company got involved again and they told her she could not raise the price and she refused the work! I'm sure the price would have risen again when they came to install!

Lady answered and started calling me "Darlin" and "Honey." I told her I had left voicemails and she said, "I don't really use that voicemail stuff. Some people like it, but not me. I don't like texts either." She said she was not sitting at a computer so she could not look up schedules to book an appointment for me. (Who do they have working at this company?) She says she will call me back in a few hours.... No phone call. I had to call warranty co back and request a wholly new plumbing service provider. I would NOT recommend JR Plumbing. So 2300.00 later and 1 day and I got a pretty new hot water heater but still have no hot water.
