Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install. Rico came out on a Saturday and did an excellent job. We were extremely pleased. Then ... a few days later we had a clog in a pipe and our toilets would not flush. We called Rico. He came out and cleared the clog...but informed us that we had a broken line in our slab!! We totally freaked out! He contacted Advance Foundation for us, was here when they arrived, and handled everything! Advance Foundation had to tunnel 26 feet under our house in order for Rico to repair the line!
