So this review is 9 months late .... had a full HVAC AC + Heat Pump diagnostics / repair / service performed by Pablo in Nov of 2024. Can't really say enough good things about him and the work he did, overall just a really on-point and honest process / result. He was available to come review the installation requirements within 48 hours, and provided a clear summary of work required and the reasoning behind it. His price was also fair, and the install date was within 1 week of quote. The day of the install Pablo came with his employee Eric. They were courteous and worked extremely hard (not easy going under the house and into the attic crawl space when the temperatures are in the 90's!!). Pablo custom my exhaust duct right from his car. A perfect custom job in a clutch. He's saved my project. I had some design flaw where there was not enough space clearance to fit the exhaust duct to the pre- existing vent. It was time to replace my very old gas furnace and with heat waves becoming normal I wanted a heat pump with AC. I got estimates from 4 companies and Pablo at Jr's Heating & Air impressed me the most. Pablo went over the pros and cons of ducted vs ductless and I ended up having him demolish the old system with new ducting connected to an outdoor heat pump and a blower in my basement.
