Well, based upon my 5-star experience I tried to book a second repair appointment with HVACerz as our AC unit is aging and will need occasional repair/service. It's currently inoperational during a mild heat wave. I attempted to contact them via email, text, and their website form, and received no response. It's in the high 80's/low 90's and I don't expect them to be on my doorstep in 2 hours, but I do expect at least a call back or email from them within a few hours. Nothing, silence. There is an earlier review with Barsin for the install of a new heater unit that aged out from last year. In April, we completed the full climate control for the house with a heat pump for AC and heat. Everything is now primarily electric which our solar panels will help with costs to run the unit. He inspected my Heat Pump unit, listened to my concerns, ran the unit an assured me that it was operating correctly. He didn't try to sell me service I did not need, in fact I felt a bit bad that they left without having to do a job. But then I felt good that they were so honest. What a fantastic experience. Everything from the response to the Yelp quote for a condenser replacement, all the way to the white glove install and temp check on all registers inside. Sadly, we got a lemon of a condenser with this house. It is only eight years old, but we had issues every year with the unit we needed to replace. We toyed with the idea of replacing the compressor that was now out (and still under warranty), but that would be another band aid on our old condenser. Once we scheduled the appointment to asses the situation, Barsin and Nahira agreed that a new condenser was the way to go. They also suggested that we go with a three ton unit, as the old one was too small for the square feet it needed to cover. Nahira arrived right on time a few days after we signed the estimate that was sent over via text. Nahira installed new 30 amp disconnect box, replace the pad and a compete install for the new condenser. He was super polite, professional and immaculate. The previous condenser pad was nearly cemented to the concrete patio, and he had that removed in no time at all. Once he had this beauty charged up and running, he made sure to check the outgoing temps on each register inside. Great bunch of guys, excellent service and a very fair price to match.
