Barsin is highly competent. I have asked him to come to my home on two occasions. He has shown up on time, and he is obviously smart and experienced. He doesn't charge any minimum diagnostic fee. He goes right to work and identifies the problem. He seems to carry all the right tools, fuses and so forth. In my case today, he needed two fuses, since the first one burnt out again right away. He then promptly fixed the problem that was causing the fuses to burn out. His charges have been very reasonable. He doesn't do any upselling (like adding unneeded services). Well, based upon my 5-star experience I tried to book a second repair appointment with HVACerz as our AC unit is aging and will need occasional repair/service. It's currently inoperational during a mild heat wave. I attempted to contact them via email, text, and their website form, and received no response. It's in the high 80's/low 90's and I don't expect them to be on my doorstep in 2 hours, but I do expect at least a call back or email from them within a few hours. Nothing, silence. Sooooo......I guess maybe they don't want/need return customers? Fine by me I submitted a project request to Yelp and had 5 folks banging down the door in seconds. Barsin and his team are wonderful to work with in getting my home into the 21st Century with energy efficiency. There is an earlier review with Barsin for the install of a new heater unit that aged out from last year. In April, we completed the full climate control for the house with a heat pump for AC and heat. Everything is now primarily electric which our solar panels will help with costs to run the unit. I called the number and Barsin answered my phone right away and scheduled come to my home for the quote in the same week. The price is very reasonable compared with the other two or three quotes I had. I waited a half year and then called him again. He gave me the same price and scheduled in the same week. The two guys came in time and got the job done in about six hours. When they left my house is clean! The next day I found the rats bite a hole on the tube from the wall connect with the condenser. I would certainly recommend HVACerz. When I called, Will was very responsive and gave me a quick turn around for an appointment. The technician Barsin arrived when he said he would. He inspected my Heat Pump unit, listened to my concerns, ran the unit an assured me that it was operating correctly. He didn't try to sell me service I did not need, in fact I felt a bit bad that they left without having to do a job. But then I felt good that they were so honest. If I do need service in the future, HVACerz is the company I will call. They are a good value. I compared their estimate to those of other companies and they came out the best.
